After making several attempts for them to fix the recall on the door locks I finally got them almost done although that came at the cost of my driver's side door handle being broken off and when I brought it to there attention one manager took a five second look at it and said "that's been glued" well knowing I hadn't glued it I figured he meant by them and he told me to call the service manager the next day ...so I did and as I was telling him what happened he said yeah the glued door handle I said yes he said we don't glue stuff around here and offered to sell me a new one ...I didn't break it and I have carried the part to several different places and no one can find any where it's been glued ...why couldn't he just say that the person fixing it used it to push himself back to his feet when he was finished working on it and it broke off instead I was treated like I was ignorant and didn't matter. So when you come back on here with your "I apologise that you had a bad experience bull" its gonna take more than that to make up for your incompetence and that of your service team.
