A great place to buy. After you are in your car, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. I have an "ongoing" issue with my car that they are ignoring. They sold me on 7 years of "total" coverage because I got the original manufacturers warranty plus the used car warranty. None of this matters if they will not help with the problem. They have admitted there is a problem, but they won't do anything.

On my last visit, my car was having issues starting. I asked them to look at it, but they said they did not have time. But, then they came up and tried to sell me on new tires, new breaks, new filters, new..... They never looked at the issue with my car starting.

I bought a used 2020 Ford Explorer Limited from Greene Ford on May 1st 2020. I did not have a good experience with them. I am from Tennessee so I saw the Explorer online called and made a deal with them on the phone. I asked them very plainly if there were any problems with the Explorer or if there was anything I needed to know before I drove 3 hours to purchase it. They told me that it was great car nothing wrong with it and it looked brand new and they had done a full inspection on it. I said ok sounds good I will come and sign the papers but please just give it a good wash and detail before I take delivery. I arrived and did a 60 second inspection of the Explorer and I immediately noticed the windshield had a bunch of little chips in the glass on the driver side. I also immediately noticed in the backseat someone had spilled a drink because the sticky residue was all over the passenger seat and door. I don't mean I small amount hard to notice but a very large amount that you could absolutely not miss if you just opened the door. Ok not a deal breaker but I was not happy. I negotiated $200 off the price and the manager was not happy about it and showed it. They told me that the windshield was fixable and would not cost more than $50 to repair the small chips. Ok so we go to sign the papers in the finance office. The lady there offered me all kinds of dealer add-ons like they always do. I politely declined everything and told her that I just wanted to finance the price of the Explorer and nothing else. She was not happy but had me sign a lot of papers as expected but then had me sign one electronically on a little pad and I could not see the screen. She gave me an explanation for what it was and I did not think anything of it. So I drove the Explorer home happy with the deal. The next morning I go into the garage and dripping on the garage floor is rear differential fluid. I climb under and see that the rear diff is leaking very badly. I go inside and get the paper work to find there number. I am flipping through the papers and I find a receipt for window Etching for a charge of $399.00. If you don't know what that is it is a dealer rip off scheme where they etch really small in the windows of the car the vin#. They claim that it deters theft and helps the police recover your car easier. It also comes with some kind of insurance if your car is stolen. It is a total rip off. Every car has the vin# permanently stamped in the font dash. So I go back to the garage and look for the window etching and it has not even been done to the car I purchased. I am a little upset that the finance lady charged me for a service that had not even been done. She never spoke of window etching or gave me a chance to say yes or no. She even concealed it from me by having me sign blind and then sticking the receipt in the middle of the paper work. I call up the dealership and let them know what is going on. The diff leak they told me to take it to my local Ford dealer and let them look at it. The window etching they told me that all of there cars and trucks have that dealer add on. After I told them that mine does not even have the window etching done they claimed that must be mistake. After a few calls they finally told me that they would issue a refund to the finance company. I waited 45 days and the refund never came. I called back and they said they would take another look at it. Finally they issued the refund after 2 months and me hounding them. The rear differential was fixed under warranty at my local dealer but it took almost 3 weeks. The windshield is not repairable like they said it was. I went to several window repair businesses and they all said the same thing. To many chips to repair. There are 8 chips by the way. So I will have to buy a new windshield. I do not believe that Greene Ford even inspected this Explorer as they claim they did. If you buy a car from them really look at the paperwork because they will have dealer add-ons and inspect the car yourself.

I went to other places and I received negative answers but GREEN FORD is different their put me in the work van a like. And add all the rebate available to reduce a price. This experience was wonderful.

We had been thinking about purchasing a new Ford Explorer. Bryan Mulkey met us on arrival, gave us a terrific summary of the models and features. We took a test drive and liked the truck. Bryan was quick to offer alternatives to meet our needs and was very pleasant to deal with. He made the experience great but we we not ready to buy just yet. He applied a incentive to purchase now but respected our position and let us leave. We had our mind set on a 2018, which Greene Ford did not have so we went off in search of this alternative. Our experiences at other Ford dealers was HORRIBLE and in fact we had one of them take our trade in keys hostage until we demanded them back. These experiences really made us appreciate Bryan and the way we were treated at Greene Ford.

In the end, we could not find the 2018 with the deal we desired and we returned to Bryan and Greene Ford to buy a 2019. Again, the process was made easy and the negotiation was handled professionally and with consideration. Bryan and Russ were quick to meet our requests and provide information regarding the price they were offering. We feel we received a fair deal and were treated very well by Bryan, his manager Russ, and the Finance lead Jason. Entire purchase process was completed in a couple hours and we have nothing but good things to say about Green Ford and the staff we have dealt with there.

I recently purchased a vehicle from greene ford and it was a very pleasant experience. It was a very low stress atmosphere where you didn't feel pressured into anything. I would definitely suggest going here during your car shopping. If you do I would recommend talking to logan Prater he is very nice and professional.

Brad at Greene Ford made the process much better than I ve experienced in the past. He was honest and up front about the pricing, knew the vehicle well, and was open to any question or concern. It was also one of the quickest car buying experiences I ve had. I was in and out in about 4 hours.

DO NOT GO THERE. Bought a used car less than 2 weeks ago. Has already been in shop 4x. Micheal Greene I believe his name is which is the owners son is very rude and does not care about customers. I told him I would never buy another car from there and he did not care. They act like if you are a girl you know NOTHING about cars. Car left service center today after "they couldn't find out what was wrong with it" and shut off on me 20 minutes after leaving. Jeff another manger hung up on me 2x today trying to talk with him about the car. They sell crap there DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Car I bought not even 2 weeks ago and broke down on me. One manger tells you one thing and the other one says something different. I will never go back to them again for any reason at all. Nor will I ever telll anyone to go there.

I ve taken both of our F150 s here for a multitude of services, though today was for The Works oil change/tire rotation. Such a great dealership to do business with. The service department is friendly, honest, respectful and priced fairly.
I highly recommend them and would not take my vehicles any where else. Thanks Green Ford!

Can't count how many dealers I've dealt with in my lifetime. But I can say that my experience working with Matt was stress and pressure free. Thanks also to Travis. She likewise was professional and pressure free.

Had an oil change and whoever did it left grease on my seat and steering wheel! Very unprofessional and rude to deal with. I have my doubts that they even put full synthetic oil in my car... oil was REALLY low and black (at normal maintenance) and my filter was also loose! Would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Wow! So happy with the experience.Really went out of their way to accommodate me. Need a Ford ? Get a "Greene Ford ".

After having a terrible experience with Carriage Nissan, I decided to see if Greene Ford would be a dealership I could trust to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. WOW! I am so glad that I did! This business certainly has sales and finance reps with some integrity. I very much appreciate how I was treated by Bryan (salesman) and Travis (finance). Not only did I get an awesome deal on my car, but they were very transparent with all costs and fees...nothing hidden. They also took the time to answer all my questions and to work out a deal that I could live with. As a matter of fact, I got EXACTLY the deal I asked for! They made the entire process simple and painless for me. They were straightforward with me from the start. From start to finish, I may have spent 3 hours, if that much. And I mean literally, from my first message inquiring about 2 particular cars I saw on their website, to driving away in my car! I am totally amazed at what a seamless process this was. I honestly don't believe I have ever had such a great experience when shopping for/buying a vehicle. Did I mention what a fantastic deal I was given on my car?!?!! I am still smiling. Thank you so much Bryan and Travis!!! I absolutely would recommend that anyone who is shopping for a vehicle go check out Greene Ford BEFORE going anywhere else!! I doubt you would be disappointed!

My husband and I were looking for our daughter a vehicle. We had checked online at Greene Ford and several other dealerships prior to setting out. Our first and last stop was Greene Ford. Kim came out and we hit it off, right off the bat. I told her we were there looking for a vehicle under $10,000 for our daughter's first car. She got us a list and showed us several cars. Within 5 minutes of being there my husband said " I don't care what it is, we are buying a car from this lady today!" We test drove 3 and settled on a 2011 Ford Escape. She didn't try to pressure us into something more expensive and was understanding about what we were looking for.She is AWESOME!! The whole car buying experience was AWESOME. We were in and out in a couple hours. They washed and filled up the car and away we went. Next vehicle purchase is going to be with Kim at Greene Ford!!!

I bought an 'as is' used car in late March 2014 and within a few days ran into a major transmission issue. Greene Ford could have just said tough luck, but they did ultimately help me out a little bit. Like any dealership, it took a while for a response but I will likely go back for another used car in a year or two

Went in to Greene Ford expecting to drive away in a used truck. But instead drove away in a new one. And with payments I could afford. Chris JR, Kenny, Jason and all the staff there made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to get me into my new truck. It really was easy, they did SUPER. Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ive been in customer service for alot of years and they treated me exactlly how I wanted to be treated. Alot of car dealerships should go to Greene Ford and take notes on how its done!!!

Terrible place of business had a friend buy a nice used f250, first they covered a damage in the windshield with a sales sticker, 2nd a couple days later it s leaking oil and they had the audacity to ask how many miles are on the truck 70k miles and wouldn t even verify if it had a warranty, Or offer to take a look at the vehicle. He had to contact ford himself to verify the warranty and take it to a much better dealership, Akins. 0 stars Greene Ford is garbage.

His response by the way is there is nothing further we can do for you -Aaron Hughes and when told they d be going to the bbb he hung up. Really professional Aaron Hughes I hope with enough folks out there to blast your business you wake up and start treating customers correctly. Ford should discredit this dealership.

They used to be great here and the customer servic...

They used to be great here and the customer service is still pretty good face to face but the actual work performed is what left me disappointed.

My issue was with them removing a bright lights fuse from my wife's Escape from the CB panel in the cabin. There was no need for it and though not leading to an unsafe condition, it led to me having to take time to troubleshoot the issue. Also they use impact wrenches and will strip your oil drain plug heads. After them doing this twice I stopped having anything to do with them.

Maybe it's just a few bad apples, but the service department isn't what it used to be. :(

By far the worst stealership out their. I called about a truck because of the great price they had on their website, I even called to confirm the price with a sales rep named Matt. I said please send me the paper work I would like to buy it. Then I received an email from Russ Kochka "Sales Director" telling me they had a glitch in the system and they would NOT honor the price nor would they honor the price that Matt the sales rep confirmed. Russ was also talking to me via email like I was 5 and very rude and disrespectful. Saying we will Not honor that price that our website shows! and saying "With all due respect" aka go F yourself. They also said the error was fixed and its still showing the same price. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR PRICES .... THEY PULL THE BAIT-AND-SWITCH. I may take legal action on them.

Went in, after hours, to meet with sales rep, to "just look". Due to being after hours, we knew we wouldn't be able to test drive or do any paperwork.
When we arrived, car we went to see turned out to be unacceptible, so sales rep showed us another car. Higher in price, but on sale.
After some discussion, we agreed on details, price, downpayment, etc... and my daughter was able to not only test drive, but also drive off the lot with her new car, all on her own.

Great experience, I love my 2019 F-150! The buying process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Originally, I was shopping for a new F150. I shopped three other Ford stores and none of the other dealers very responsive nor helpful. It was a blessing because I found a low mile Lariat with more options than the new XLTs. Even with the extended warranty, I was able to save thousands over the new lower level trim trucks. I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

The only reason I am commenting is that I feel this dealership is being misrepresented in the way they sell you cars.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Greene Ford and we had a great experience. We went to several dealerships to look at the models we were interested in (My experience at all the dealerships was fine except the Toyota dealership but I won t go into that) We settled on the Ford Explorer because it was the best in class considering the needs of our family.

I was never pressured to sign anything and I was in control through the entire process. I even had the dealer find me the exact vehicle I wanted because it wasn t on the lot and there were no issues whatsoever with my request.

I went to this dealership twice the first time I told my sales rep I was just looking and he treated me like I was looking as he should have, he showed me what I wanted to see and answered all my questions . I then left to compare other cars. We made our mind up and went back. I then asked them to quote me a no haggle price because I don t have time for games and they did exactly that. I then went home and researched the deal they presented me and determined that it was a fair deal so I called them to initiate the sale.

Greene Ford didn t pressure me one bit, it was the other way around, I pressured them because I had to leave and pick up my kid from daycare.

I can t comment on the service department because the vehicle is new but I m sure I won t write a scathing review because I know what I am getting into before I approach situations. The owner was nice too .

Horrible service, dealership is not looking for customer satisfaction.
Scratches up my truck twice, first tech stepped on from bumper and second time when they tried to clean it ( ignored request to not clean ).
