Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle!!!! I've heard the radio ads saying that they "do things differently" than other deslerships, and I wanted to believe it, so when my car was totaled I had no where to turn. I walked in there with my guard up expecting it to be like the vulture atmosphere of a corporate dealership, but it was completely the opposite! I worked with Rachel B and she was super friendly and really helped me find what was best for me financially. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car now!

Recently my husband and I visited Grappone Honda and spent several hours with Patricia Lord in our search for a new car. Patricia is very personable and welcoming and she immediately made us feel very comfortable. Her knowledge of Grappone's inventory, services and policies is sound and confident. We were taken for a test drive in both a new and used vehicle and Patricia took the time in the showroom to explore our needs and match our budget and desired features with their available stock. Her follow through was friendly and inviting and among the three dealerships that we visited our experience with Patricia far out-performed the rest.

While Gene, the sales rep, was nothing but pleasant, my experience since driving off the lot has been nothing but terrible. My 2012 used Ford Focus Titanium (purchased 2 years ago) has had issue after issue, all of which were well hidden during my test drives. Just to note a few - they topped the coolant reservoir with water, which then subsequently froze and caused the car to dangerously overheat. The techs failed to properly attach the heat shield after it was noticeable sagging during purchase, which then caused it to basically rot away. The shock absorber detached from the body of the car only 3 months after purchase.The list does go on. To top it off, the free inspections always come back with some kind of overpriced work or diagnostic needed. It s safe to say I will not be back as a customer, and I recommend others look elsewhere.

I bought my Elantra at another dealership. Was disappointed with their Service Team. When I found Grappone, I knew this was the place to be. Lee is the best! And she even remembers my name(not that I have been in an overwhelming amount of time). But normal service. I am very pleased with the service I receive, and I can't wait to be able to by my next car at Grappone. I do have 168K on it now, I am thinking soon!! Real soon!!! I think this new approach that Amanda is taking this business is a bold and great move! I support Grappone 100% at being not your typical CAR DEALER!!

Having a 2nd day from hell after the blizzard yesterday. Lost tire pressure twice between Logan and 93 Rest Area just below Concord. At the rest area I saw that the left front tire sidewall was sliced. Stopped at a Grappone dealer and asked service if they would swap out flat for my spare so I could get home to Littleton. They did, as a "do unto others" gesture (no charge), Thank you , so much

I recently purchased a "new" used-car with Grappone. I purchased 2 cars with them when I was younger, before they changed their business model to up-front and negotiation-free pricing. The last car I purchased was from a large dealership in Southern NH and the entire experience was a disaster. I felt taken advantage of and couldn't stand the thought of keeping the car long term after discovering things weren't what they seemed. After only a year, I came back to Grappone to look for a better fit. My husband and I worked with Moe. He was patient, kind, and helped us along the way. It was such a perfect experience, and much different than a typical dealership. With how simple the whole transaction was, from test drive to trade in valuation to financing, I will absolutely depend on Grappone in the future for purchasing vehicles. Great work Grappone team, you've restored my faith in dealerships.

Went there over ten years ago, enjoyed the experience, got a new Element, was happy. Returned yesterday, unaware of the fact that they no longer negotiate. They show you one price, that seems like a reasonable MSRP ballpark to begin negotiating from. Then you scroll down for the added fees price, and this is the price they won't move from. It's not a terrible price, but it's not a good price. If you're looking for a value deal, in a specific car, with certain features, reliability, safety, for a certain price... you'll be disappointed.

Weasely stuff they do. Tried to move you off your targeted car. to take all your money for a lesser car. Use the , "how much do you want to pay per month" idiocy line. Settle for less car, settle for a used car. They price the cars in part on how long they've been on the lot. They have exactly one Civic L on the lot, and the rest are LEs, same price for the L and LE, because reasons that have nothing to do with you.

The Yaris/Corrola/Fits/Civics, more entry model new cars are about $1,500 too high, the used cars are about $2,500 too high. That's a high premium to pay for the convenience of not having to haggle.

When we encountered any hurdles, they were handled professionally. The no-hassle mentality is the way to go and far less stressful.

We had a wonderful experience at Grappone! After looking at so many cars, and dealing with a few bad experiences, we settled on looking here. Sarah R. really made our experience fantastic! She was polite, not-pushy, and VERY knowledgeable. We tried out about 5 different cars and she was able to tell us a lot and help us explore what we really wanted. It felt good to not have to worry about negotiation and it also saved a lot of time. The warranty options were not overwhelming and seemed reasonably priced as well. We ended up going home with a beautiful 2016 Toyota Highlander and have been enjoying it! This was our first car buying experience here, but we will certainly be repeat customers. Highly recommend.

Great experience buying my Mazda 3 here. Salesperson was knowledgeable and able to getting me the car from elsewhere when they didn t have it in stock. They have a set price on all of there vehicles, and there is no going back and forth with negotiating. I probably could have gotten a slightly better deal elsewhere, but the process was so easy and I got a decent deal. Very likely to recommend them in the future.

I cant tell you how much the team at Grappone when over and beyond. I was in the process of buying a car with the help of my parents. My mother was admitted to the hospital during the final stages. The team at this location did everything they could possible do to make this happen and they did! Amazing they should get 10 's if not more. Thank you Elvis and team you are all amazing

Went to Grappone for an inspection sticker for my Hyundai Santa Fe along with seven recalls. The seven recalls were serviced without any issue however the inspection needed a new tail pipe to be installed in order for it to pass. They put on a completely different tailpipe than what was stock and the price was over $500 for a short tail pipe. That wasn't really communicated very well and I wasn't really impressed. Probably would not return for further service.

I'm not sure how many chances I gave the service department but there were issues after issues with the most basic services. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they always went out of their way to try to make it right. They were good at crisis management which is a clear sign they are bad at doing it right the first time.

Very laid back atmosphere and stress free environment. The staff was very friendly as well, very hospitable. Might not be the car i test drove but i will definitely being buying a car from here.

I went to the dealership and purchased the rubber strips and they offered to put them on free of charge. Brandon and Nick had it apart and back together in less than 2 minutes.

So back in 2005 I bought a car from Grappone, had a terrible experience with them and their service department. Swore to never buy again.
Fast forward to 2015, they had the car I needed for my family. I gave them another shot.
Sherrill sold me the car, she was great. She follows up with me from time to time as well.
Recently something went wrong with it. My husband called them because the garage we took the van to stated the dealership needed to look at it for a warranty issue.
I couldn't reach Sherrill and was given to Kaitlyn in Payroll. Left her a message and she got back to us really quick.
She did some digging and found there was more than the original warranty we were told about, there was a recall on the part we were having the issue with.
She made sure the service department knew about it for us too.
I have to say, I am always weary of dealerships but Grappone has really turned themselves around from my last experience.
When we got it home, it was smoking, so my husband called. There was an issue, so they had us bring it back and gave us a loaner. Wayne was great as well.
Overall, very happy with them.
I would recommend using them. We are very thankful for their help.

Due to an accident and total loss of my car I needed to buy a quality used car in a hurry. After a day or two of prep work checking prices online , talking to other used dealers over the phone and reading online dealer reviews I was left with the typical feeling of confusion and frustration that is common with the car buying experience. I decided to eliminate all that hassle and go with Grappone and their upfront pricing. While the listed price may have been a bit more than some of the other, smaller dealers I knew I was getting a quality vehicle from a dependable, reliable and honest dealer. Waiting around at their Hyundai dealer is actually comfortable and their public use computers are great. The peace of mind I had leaving the lot in my newly purchased car was absolutely worth it. This makes the third time I have purchased a vehicle from Grappone and I have no regrets.

I had been very turned off of car dealerships after a terrible three years with autofair leasing. I met with Toby and also Melvin about buying out my lease and possibly a trade in for the future. Not only did they assist me and give me an amazing deal without a million hidden fees and scams they explained every detail down to the "T" for me. You should never feel stupid when buying into something. I felt well informed on my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank You again guys!

Went in for my 50,000 mile checkup and discuss, while I waited on service, either buying out my car from the lease or finishing up the lease and walking away. Sales was never notified of my appointment (made a few weeks ago), so it didn't happen... pretty disappointed, we'll see if they make it up and call, or the indifference tells me they don't want my business.

The reason why I am leaving only 2 stars for the Grapone auto group is that I went on their website to get a free trade in evaluation on my car I wanted to the trade-in. The evaluation came in very close to the number that I felt the car was worth. It showed a high value and a low value. Depending on the cars condition. To finalize the cars value I have to bring it to their dealership. The sales person came out to look at the car, agreed the car was in perfect condition. They offered me less than the lowest value on the trade-in evaluation. I feel like this was a bait and hook deal just to get you into their dealership. I have done business with him in the past and felt I have gotten a good deal. This time I am not feeling the same. I am very disappointed and will find a different dealer to deal with for my cars in the future.

So I have purchased a few cars from grappone now. There sales team is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. My gripe, however, is with the service department...

I have bought cars from both the Hyundai and Ford dealers, and in my experience there service department is something that needs to be worked on tremendously. Pulling teeth would be easier then trying to have them do something for you. Everything that you need done will take at least an hour to do. Need an oil change? An hour. Need new tires? An hour. Need new wipers? You get the point. Two weeks ago I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT and they never put my front license plate bracket on, so I made an appointment for today for them to do it. I arrived at 8am which was my scheduled time to be there and I didn't leave till 9:10. Over an hour for a simple bracket?!?!? Needless to say I hate grappone's service department and probably always will. Grappone, you guys have a great sales team and create a wonderful experience for people who are looking for cars, now you guys need to focus on improving on keeping your customers happy with an outstanding service department because as far as it goes for me, I'll be doing my service dealings at another location.

First time buying from Grappone. Had the pleasure for dealing with Jill Haladay. She made buying a vehicle so "painless" The honesty of the pricing and NOT just making a sale to get the money. We were so upside down from our last buy (somewhere else) But they worked with us and we are all set now! Also met Lynda Krieger and Joe Orlando who were so great! They did so much to find the vehicle that we want at the price we needed to be at. They gave us more than what we thought for our vehicles and even asked if we would like to use one of theirs until ours was located. I will be sending friend and family here so they don't have to barter down. It's true "what you see is what you get". The price advertised is the price, please give them a try!!! My boyfriend and I worked with Charlie twice in the last 6 months. Although we didn't end up buying a car from Grappone (I decided to postpone for a few years, boyfriend bought a used vehicle that he had to travel far to get what he wanted) we had a great experience. Charlie is always smiling, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He asked when he could follow up and did as we agreed. No hassle, no pressure. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
