So I have purchased a few cars from grappone now. There sales team is absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. My gripe, however, is with the service department...

I have bought cars from both the Hyundai and Ford dealers, and in my experience there service department is something that needs to be worked on tremendously. Pulling teeth would be easier then trying to have them do something for you. Everything that you need done will take at least an hour to do. Need an oil change? An hour. Need new tires? An hour. Need new wipers? You get the point. Two weeks ago I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT and they never put my front license plate bracket on, so I made an appointment for today for them to do it. I arrived at 8am which was my scheduled time to be there and I didn't leave till 9:10. Over an hour for a simple bracket?!?!? Needless to say I hate grappone's service department and probably always will. Grappone, you guys have a great sales team and create a wonderful experience for people who are looking for cars, now you guys need to focus on improving on keeping your customers happy with an outstanding service department because as far as it goes for me, I'll be doing my service dealings at another location.
