First time buying from Grappone. Had the pleasure for dealing with Jill Haladay. She made buying a vehicle so "painless" The honesty of the pricing and NOT just making a sale to get the money. We were so upside down from our last buy (somewhere else) But they worked with us and we are all set now! Also met Lynda Krieger and Joe Orlando who were so great! They did so much to find the vehicle that we want at the price we needed to be at. They gave us more than what we thought for our vehicles and even asked if we would like to use one of theirs until ours was located. I will be sending friend and family here so they don't have to barter down. It's true "what you see is what you get". The price advertised is the price, please give them a try!!!
