So back in 2005 I bought a car from Grappone, had a terrible experience with them and their service department. Swore to never buy again.
Fast forward to 2015, they had the car I needed for my family. I gave them another shot.
Sherrill sold me the car, she was great. She follows up with me from time to time as well.
Recently something went wrong with it. My husband called them because the garage we took the van to stated the dealership needed to look at it for a warranty issue.
I couldn't reach Sherrill and was given to Kaitlyn in Payroll. Left her a message and she got back to us really quick.
She did some digging and found there was more than the original warranty we were told about, there was a recall on the part we were having the issue with.
She made sure the service department knew about it for us too.
I have to say, I am always weary of dealerships but Grappone has really turned themselves around from my last experience.
When we got it home, it was smoking, so my husband called. There was an issue, so they had us bring it back and gave us a loaner. Wayne was great as well.
Overall, very happy with them.
I would recommend using them. We are very thankful for their help.
