On my 2nd lease from grappone they are amazing. All the sales and service people are extremely friendly not pushy at all, I went in thinking I Wanting a certain vehicle they pointed out the civic had everything I wanted so I saved money. Literally the only car dealership that s not pushy at all let s you take your time. My parents need a truck so we re waiting till grappone gets one in instead of buying elsewhere. Also a lot of the guys who work here come to my work and they are extremely friendly and just great people. You guys have amazing employees!
I have been watching the on line adds for almost a year to find a used low mileage Jetta hybrid to replace my daughter s 2010 TDI that VW is buying back. On Saturday, March 11, I was looking at different web sites and found that Grappone had just listed a 2014 Jetta hybrid on their web page, but it was listed as on hold. I started an online chat to ask what the on-hold status meant. The person on the other end was fantastic and checked with the store to ensure that the car was available. I was able to talk to Jen to set up an appointment to see the car in less than one hour from my phone call. My daughter and I jumped in the car and arrived at the Grappone Ford dealership 15 minutes early. We were met at the door by the head sales person (I believe that he said that his name was Dave) and he let us know that the car was ready for a test drive and that he had a sales person set up to meet with us, but that he was currently with another customer. He had Charlie Mann step away for a moment to meet with us and then copied both of our licenses so that we could test drive the car while we waited.
Imagine my surprise when we walked out to the car, were asked if we had any questions, given a briefing on test routes that are often used, and then were free to drive away from the dealership unescorted. My daughter was able to get a really good feeling for the car and we were not rushed or pressured on the test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, Charlie was ready to answer any questions that we might have. We already knew that we wanted the car, so we started the buying process. The no hassle pricing structure was familiar to me since I had purchased a Saturn in 1992 from Grappone and I am personally a fan of this non-negotiation process. At this point, Charlie introduced us to the team leader, Lindsay Gordon. She was also very kind and helpful talking directly to my 21-year-old daughter when she learned that the car was for her.
As we worked through the paper work, I was surprised to learn that we would be able to drive the car home that day. We were not planning on financing the car since the VW buy back covered the majority of the new hybrid. I expected to have to go to the bank on Monday to get a certified check, but Charlie told me that a personal check was fine and that I could even put a large amount on my credit card if I wanted to get some frequent flier miles. Charlie did walk us through their extended warranty options since the used car had a low number of miles on it, but this was not a push on his part. He understood when I told him that although I was interested in an extended warranty, I was not able to commit to their service without doing my research. When we finished, he checked with the service department and found that they needed another 45 minutes to finish their preparation and my daughter and I went out to lunch.
When we returned at 03:00, Charlie walked us out to my daughter s new Jetta hybrid, told us that she had a full tank of gas, and explained that although he would be away on vacation next week, that anyone could help me with the quoted price he had given us if we wanted to take the extended warranty option. All in all, it was a great day. Charlie was fantastic and made certain to ensure that my daughter was not ignored in the process, Lindsay checked on us several times, we were treated like our business was very important to the Grappone team. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience.

This business is honest to the core and cuts out a lot of the annoying processes that usually come with buying a car. They didn't pressure us to buy although I did end up purchasing the car .Their whole team made the signing processing fairly efficient and easy.

Although they didn't have a truck we needed in stock (at the price we wanted), they were very helpful in answering questions and offering help in finding one.
I came into New Hampshire to help my grandfather and I had to bring his car here for state inspection. It was a quick service but we also had some issues with the door and Greg went above and beyond to help me out with this issue and did a thorough check because the car hadn't moved in a couple months and they gave me some good advice to make it a smooth ride again. They did a great job an will continue to be the place I bring my Lincoln Town car anytime I have an issue.

5 phone calls from various people at Grappone in the past two weeks and at least an additional 6 in the few weeks before that... Ended up purchasing a car in MA from a Toyota dealer to be done with the hassle.
Also found their "non negotiation" pricing structure to be comparable if not more expensive than other local dealers listed price.
Almost two hours for service rotate tires and one plug in one tire.....could have done It in my garage in lot less time and save 40 minutes of travel time
My experience with Grappone, Concord, NH - Used Cars, and specifically with salesman Nathan No Nonsense :) McGuigan, was just awesome. We highly recommend the dealership (and Nathan). My husband and I had been looking for good quality used cars for a couple months and the Grappone website ease of use, and transparency on getting information on the car (Carfax is right there on every car) made the process go even smoother. After experiencing the Grappone way and the people, it solidified our decision to not look elsewhere; it actually wasn t even about the car anymore, really. We strongly believe in their real negotiation free ethical way of business they have embraced 100%, which speaks to the heart and core of the Grappone business. The punchline you hear from businesses so often (which never seems to ring true), is true at Grappone they do treat you like you are a part of their family. We will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. I've never bought a vehicle from them yet. But I still treated like a valuable customer. It I'm in New Hampshire when I purchase my next vehicle. It will be from the Grappone family of automobile. They truly have taken good care of my vehicles weather I'm at Toyota or Ford the staff has been good answering question and keeping me informed about suggested maintenance or just getting the work done in a timely manner. I would make higher. However I haven't done much with sale staff other then telling them I'm just browsing my trucks is in service. Maybe a question or two on stats of a vehicle. Nothing sticks out. I'll update in the future.
Their online appointment scheduling isn't reliable so always call to make an appointment. They will provide a shuttle, free of charge, for you when you drop your vehicle off to be serviced.
I have never had a positive experience at Grappone. They are there epitome of get the most money out of every customer possible. Sorry I ever stopped here.
Had 2 things accomplished. 1 what I considered a safety hazard was fixed; the second row right seat was not movable , fore or aft and its' back did not move either. They covered it under the warranty for safety reasons. The 2nd, as I was limited on time, part of the 36,000 mile checkup was accomplished fluids and tire rotation which I expected to be free but I had to pay because they did not consider changing to my mounted snow tires a rotation. All accomplished in 1hr30 minutes. Job well done and I made my next appointment on time. GRP
I had recently started working with Justin, Angela and Renee about getting into a new civic and even though they weren t able to get one because of COVID-19 complications, I still loved the experience I got and would highly recommend grappone to anyone I know I love this dealership and I hope to work with them again down the road.

Husband took car for a recall check . Did great on that. When he asked about inside handle and how we could get the cd player checked, was no help. Never even offered to order us a part or suggest were we could have the cd player checked. Your a ford dealer I would think u may know. No help with the this at all. We did not want anything for nothing. Listen to all the ads on radio about family. I guess will try to find another dealer . Good customer service, nice waiting area. They provide computer stations to use. Fee snacks and coffee. Best part they do a multipoint inspection on vehicle. Sorta like getting a report card. Tells you of possible things in near future need to replace, such as my rear brake pads, and a quote. Was with ford for 7 years, now go to Honda after purchasing another vehicle..
This place is a terrible car dealership they will charge you 10 times the price of the part. The service department is the worst you ll find the overcharge you huge stay away!!!

Started using Grappone Auto service over eight years ago for my 2003 Ranger. The service has been great and the people wonderful. Grappone was such a great experience that I convinced my wife to purchase her Honda Fit in 2008 from Grappone Honda with no regrets. It became time to trade in my 2003 Ranger for a new truck. I went to Grappone Ford. The team of Scott, Dan, Rob and Jami were great. They bent over backwards to find me a truck that I wanted in a price range that I needed, They gave me great value for my trade in. The purchasing process(paper work) was easy and relatively quick. The overview on operation of all the features in my new truck was wonderful. Highly recommend any Grappone Auto group for any auto needs.
They were closed and I was just browsing the parking lot because I'm shopping for a new vehicle and I didn't want to be bothered by salespeople. Unfortunately, they do not put the prices of their used vehicles on the vehicle, so you have no idea what they're actually going to charge you. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I used to take my Prius there when I had it for service, and I found their service department to be very good.
I bought my truck here in 2014. It was only a year old with about 21K miles on it. I have all my oil changes and other maintenance stuff done right here. It was just in because the check engine light came on and they fixed it. I am waiting for a call back as the part they changed also made it so my remote starter doesn't work. They are trying to get the okay to get a new one installed for me for free and I will have to go back for that. Greg and Dawn are terrific at the service writing desk and keep me well informed of the status of my For F-150. Thanks!
Would love it if they had mechanic on Saturday that works on pickup trucks! I have to take my husband's truck in during the week and if something is wrong Grappone has to call my husband because I have no idea what they're talking about!!
Everyone I meet here has always been very respectful, honest, I can't say that for many other Dealerships. Toyota has always had the best quality cars and trucks from my experience.

I have gotten two cars from Grappone. Both times they were more concerned about getting me into the right car, not just any car. They worked really hard to get me the best loan and a great trade-in for my old car.
