I wish I could give this company zero stars. My nightmare started when a representative of the Mokena location (the store manager, mind you) charged me for $190 worth of accessories, unbeknownst to me (pop sockets, extra long phone chargers). Not a single item was discussed or requested. I was not awarded the full (promised) trade-in value of my phone, nor was I told correct information about the cost of insurance, additional lines, etc.

Perhaps most alarming was that I have yet to receive a response from the Mokena location, the District Manager or GoWireless Headquarters. I have reached out on FIVE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS.

If even considering a purchase through GoWireless, run fast in the other direction. I cannot stress this enough.

I went into the Gowireless store in Cypress, Ca on 5/27/16. I was inquiring about a 2 for 1 sale on apple iPhones. I have a son who works for Sprint and they were promoting a 2 for 1 sale on apple iPhones. I have been a Verizon customer for several years and was told by the salesperson Ian, that they were a Verizon store, and that they too were offering the 2 for 1 sale. We proceeded to complete the transaction and I was told that we would receive a credit/gift card in the mail within 6 weeks. After 2 months we still had not received the card, nor have we as of this date. I have continually received the "run around" since. I contacted Verizon Corp.and they said that Gowireless was not a corporate store and did not show that they offered a 2 for 1 sale to me. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that their sales people would blatantly lie to me and cheat me out of approximately $700. I will contact Gowireless corporate and see if they stand behind their "pledge", which states "I am committed to my....customer's positive experience today",and "We believe that our customers are our greatest asset and we work hard everyday to exceed their expectations by listening to and fulfilling their needs and treating them with respect and dignity.", and "when making decisions, we know that if it is the right thing to do for our customer and the right thing for our company, then we can and should do it. We are personally empowered to create positive customer experiences and company profitability every day."
I assure you that the above was not the treatment which I received at the Cypress store.

Mask policy discriminates those with medical exemptions. Not everyone has the virus and you can't get it from someone who doesn't have it. Shouldn't have to stand outside and shop online to purchase something in-store.

Verizon and all the big corporate companies that h...

Verizon and all the big corporate companies that have merged together to make it harder for consumers to get reasonably priced services should be ashamed of themselves for the almighty dollar. They have trained their staff well to speak fast and tell the customer what they want to hear in order to get them to sign their contract. I would argue in this case, there was no meeting of the minds, and that the contract I signed should be void. I switched back to Verizon from AT&T in September, because Verizon has the best coverage. This actually increased my monthly payments. In addition, I switched over to Dish TV. I went into a GoWireless Retail Store in La Crescenta, CA and explained that I was with AT&T and would be charged by them to switch over and asked if they would cover those costs. I was assured several times that I would be, and that I would have to bring in my old phone and iPad once my final bill posted. They also strong armed me into getting an iPad since I had one with AT&T. Unfortunately for me, cancelling DirecTV cost me a cancellation fee, which I understood Verizon couldn't help with. Fast forward to today when I went in with my final AT&T bill which was over $800 (with DirecTV cancellation fee) and was told that they would give me the "organic cost" of my iPhone 7S from AT&T (I have a verizon iPhone 7) which was only $250 (Gazelle's price was $355) and the difference of the $518 that was owed for the phone with AT&T (a little over $200) and that will be credited to my account. So they didn't pay the cost of my phone and I am stuck paying AT&T for my iPhone 7s and for my iPhone 7 with Verizon. This whole deal was a sham. When I walked out of the Verizon store on day one, I understood that they would cover the costs with AT&T if I switched back and the salesperson agreed that that was his understanding as well until he called his boss today and found out otherwise. He was confused. I told him I would not have switched from AT&T if I had to pay close to $1000 to get out of that deal. Therefore, there was no meeting of the minds and I feel that I was duped into agreeing to switch wireless providers. I was not given accurate information to make an informed decision. I am terribly upset and tears began rolling down my cheeks, because I had was between a rock and a hard spot. I couldn't cancel Verizon without incurring fees and switch back to AT&T. Anti-Trust laws no longer matter in this country and consumers have no voice when these situations happen. I am stuck with a bill that was promised to be handled by a sales associate that did not know what he was promising and felt comfortable promising the moon. Shame on you Verizon and GoWireless. Consumers work hard for their money, and you happily and without shame take it. I will be looking into complaining to my State Rep and whoever else I can. This whole situation was shameful.

I finally made the move from my S4 phone to the S8. Your sales person Dustin at the store (5195 S Fort Apache Rd #100, Las Vegas, NV 89148) handled the setup for me. What a smart guy you have in Dustin. Transitioning info and a setup that I wanted on the new phone was not the norm, but Dustin handled it beautifully. I think you have a rising superstar with Dustin. Mark him for bigger and better things.

Go Wireless was promoting $250. towards the purchase of a Samsung S8+ with a trade in. One store in Idaho Falls said that I had to use it for an in store accessory package for a charger screen protector and case valued at $200. I show him the fine print and he said that is all they could offer.
I went to the store on 25th street. It was late, I went in and spoke to Kyle.
Showed him the printout of the Go Wireless offer. He said they could do it. it would take about 15 min to switch over the phones. It was close to closing, so I said I would be back. I went back another day, walked in and Kyle was busy so he told another guy to help me. He told me they would only give me $47. dollars for my phone, and I had to have at least a $50. trade in. I told them that Verizon would give me $65 for my phone. He said that Verizon uses a different system to appraise the phone. That I could trade it in with Verizon wireless and get a credit for the phone spread over 24 months. I said No. and said the fine print show it is to be used for the purchase of the phone. nowhere did it say it was spread out over 24 months.
Between this store and the other store, someone needs to get there story straight, and figure out what is going on. Can Corporate provide any clarification Help?

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. ...

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have been going back and forth with Go wireless for about a year now. Last March I brought in two iPhone 7s that I was told I would be able to swap for the 7 plusses. I continued to get charged for the 2 phones I traded in while now paying on these 7 plusses. I am livid. It has been over a year of battling with this stupid company on either getting a credit on my account for the phones that I have been paying on or at least getting the phones back. According to Verizon wireless the phones have not been sold to anyone else or are being used by anyone else. unfortunately if I refuse to pay for the stupid phones, my cell service will be disconnected. I have been a Verizon wireless customer for over 12 years and they are about to lose a valued customer over this company. I was told to reach out to the regional manager, I did and he stated I would get a credit for the 2 phones. That was back in January and nothing has been done. I keep calling him and messaging him and he now ignores my calls/messages. I went onto the go wireless facebook page and told them what was going on. I received 2 messages saying they would look into it, I have sent multiple follow up messages and received no information.

The local office is always swamped. The last time I went to purchase new phones at the end of our family verizon co tract I had yo wait 4 hours from the time I was acknowledged/greeted at the store to the time the new agreement was signed...then I had to wait for one new and data transfer. Had to gk back in to get a replacement protective cover replaced which had cracked and thr waiy loomed so interminable again that I actually cut in on someone just starting the LENGTHY process for my 5 min. replacement. I apologized profusely to the woman at the counter but said I just couldn't stand there for 2-3 hours waiting again...all for a swapping of a screen protector.
Next time I will switch to Verizon directly, as bad as their customer service can be!

And an ironic side note to this, I tried to call GoWireless Corporate Offices in Nevada only to have the call disconnect 3x and on yhe 4th time it went straight to a voice mail not evwn identifying the number as Go Wireless and asking me to leav a message because the person at this extension wasnt available! Humpf! Just about par for this company...

I am very unhappy with the services of your store ...

I am very unhappy with the services of your store at Shorewood, IL.

I purchased a Razr phone on October 8th as I was due for an upgrade. I also returned my existing iPhone as trade for $350.00 which was processed toward the purchase.

I was told I had 14 days to return my Razr if I was not happy.

On Oct 19th, I went back to return my Razr. Julia (store associate) was very kind to process it, but she said that the system would not allow to process a refund as there was some internal issues. She took my Razr and till today, this issue is not resolved.

I am waiting for my iPhone 12 Max Pro, so I have not placed an order for a purchase.

Go Wireless needs to refund the taxes I paid towards the Razr and also return the $350 which was for the iPhone trade.

The store manager, Brittney has been of no use to me. I see no sense of urgency to satisfy a customer (me).

FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE VERIZON! Go to corporate store! basically i used to work for this organization and they are holding my commission check for 6 months and don't want to pay! my wife is pregnant and i am going to be a father soon. i sold 32 tablets which they call it as a pull through and i sold a lot of phones and services for them as well. They tell us we have to sell but don'tt tell about activation charges and other hidden fees. I am highly upset that i took my talent here because i am a sales representative and i have experience of 9 years in cellular companies! Therefore, I would highly appreciate that you all READING this hopefully do not go to the stores! Another advice do not buy any promotions that they sell because you will get ripped off for sure!
