I m 73 years old and needed a new phone. I was very attached to my 6plus. Had a lot of questions. Actually wanted the 8plus. He explained it wasn t available, couldn t be ordered. I left unhappy, but because he was patient and said I really ought to move forward with the technology I came back the next day. I bought the 11, Cameron set it up and showed me how to use it. Many of your employees are very young and frankly not very nice even sarcastic. I left today with a new phone and would definitely come back again. Thanks

Terrible experience. From the start the staff was rude and would not help me but just kept asking me questions that were pointless and a waste of our time since I said I already knew which phone I wanted. The entire time the guy was rude and obnoxious. The other verizon store in Brigham is way better.

I am very unhappy with this store. I called and asked how I might go about making a claim to get my phone repaired. They said I can call, go online, or come down to the store. I came down to the store and they told me that they cant make claims because they mess them up and lose money. Well I am really mad about this and I am not sure why Verizon hires people if they don't have a high enough iq to do the job correctly.

Stopped by at 4:00 to look at new phones. Closed with a hand written sign on door, "gone to lunch, be back shortly". How was I to know how long shortly would be? Like that gave me any idea how long I would have waited? Nope, so I left.

My grandparents set up service with Verizon at this location. They were offered a bogo deal on the phones they purchased, they were told they were being set up on an affordable monthly plan. The claims made during this process were especially misleading and my grandfather is now paying almost double what he signed up for. My grandparents both went back to the store to discuss concerns they had as well as the large difference in what they were told to expect and the reality of the situation. The representives were dismissive and dishonest. I finally called the store with my grandfather's permission and asked if I could be walked through what was going on with the account. The gal I spoke with said they were not authorized to give information over the phone, that it had to be in person. I asked to speak with a manager and she said the manager was gone and she gave the phone to another employee. He said that it had been awhile since the initial sale and it would be hard to know what was said and what had actually occurred. He encouraged me to reach out to customer service because they were more willing to give credits and make adjustments to keep their customers happy. I called Verizon customer service directly to discuss options and see what other service plans were available. The representative was extremely patient and helpful but we were told that my grandparents had been set up on an unlimited plan and had to remain one an unlimited plan to keep from having to pay full retail on both phones. My grandfather may be elderly but he is by no means incompetent and he would never have agreed to a $200 phone bill being that he's on a fixed income. Shame on you for being dishonest just to earn a quick buck. Authorized retailers like this location are paid minimum wage and make their checks off selling service plans, phones, and accessories. Unlike Verizon corporate these people don't care about keeping customers for the long haul they are worried only about their monthly bonuses.

This was my best experience ever while visiting a Verizon store. Lindy was super attentive and so nice. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied. Overall, amazing verizon!

Website said employees and customers were required...

Website said employees and customers were required to wear masks which is why we chose this location. Employee was not wearing a mask and when we asked about the curbside service offered on the website we were told we needed to come inside. It was not a safe encounter during a pandemic and this is false advertising.

Hayden was so patient and kind, he went above and beyond trying to help me set up my phone on a prepaid account, which my phone wasn t compatible with, then helped me open a Verizon acct. He was very professional and although he was the only one in the store, which was quite busy, he took his time and I left very satisfied,
