Not great- we were seated right By an area where they were clearing dishes and doing drinks and such- very loud , we could not even have a conversation without practically yelling- waiters and waitresses talking and joking amongst themselves frequently loudly where it was extremely distracting . Glad they like they re job but it seemed rude because it was right by us and there probably shouldn t be a table there at all. Ordered a drink- strawberry martini - it was awful, sliders were literally raw- they ended up not charging us for them but the entire experience was not great. For a ticket for two people ( without alchohol charge) it was a bill of $200 . For that price I ve had way better. Super disappointed, I ve been trying to eat here for over 2 years and it s always booked but ...... definitely not worth the wait.

I went there this past November. I had an amazing dinner! Steak oscar with king crab legs. And a seafood risotto. Just divine! I had veins in one of my crab legs and mentioned it. The staff there was so attentive about it i was given a dessert for free! Definitely a once in a lifetime meal.

Where to begin...

When you come to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant you expect the best but also have huge expectations that have to be met...and sometimes those expectations are unrealistic.

Let me tell you: this place exceeded all expectations and believed me I had set that bar HIGH.

I didn't know food could taste that good. Yes, it's pricey, but worth every penny!

The service is also outstanding. Our waitress could not have been better.

The atmosphere is great -- very British but also modern. The glasses matched the decor on the ceiling, which I thought was a nice touch.

Simply the best!

Wonderful experience when we visited. My husband and I had a date night here. Our service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. Great variety of drinks and cocktails. Great experience of helping us pick out our dinner and showing us the meat beforehand. Would definately recommend.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, however, I think the steaks lacked the quality they boast about. 2 out of 5 steaks were prepared incorrectly and returned so late, that we packed them up to go! The service was excellent, the decor pretty boring , and we felt let down when we left. I would rather spend $750 at another place.

Was there last night, with a few friends for my husbands 50th Birthday, it was absolutely fabulous, up until I took a bite of the Lobster Tail on my ' FISHERMAN GRILL' plater!...omg!!..Amonia!!...who knew lobster could smell/taste like that?!.. (I didn't, I seriously thought something bad happened in the kitchen)..then I was told, that's what happens to old dead lobster,(never in a million years, would I have thought this steak house would have that)....also the 81.00 for 9 bottles of still water.. (Really?!?)...the 1300.00 tab wasn't sufficient enough?...waiter was awesome and my cocktails were delicious though.

I've eaten here twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke. The aged steak I had sat in my stomach for about three days and the indigestion lasted for about a week. The atmosphere was horrible. Mr. Ramsey has to take a basic course in design aesthetics. The restaurant is cold, and impersonal. It evokes a feeling of sitting in some futuristic train station, complete with bad fluorescent lighting. The whole thing looks like it was salvaged from an unused scene in Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange. The halogen, fluorescent, and LED lights made the food appear blue. As any savvy restauranteur would have known, this can ruin a meal. The color blue actually suppresses an appetite. I dont know but it seems that Gordon is just in it for the money. Crank out restaurants, pump up his brand, and cash in. So stay away and don't feed his swollen forehead any more than it already is. I went back a second time. . . . dragged by out of town friends. I'm open minded. But Strike two. I can't tell what it was that I ate, maybe the oysters, but I got sick again. I'm sorry but there are so many better steak houses in Vegas.

The beef Wellington was awesome but the 2 bone-in ribeyes were raw inside of the charred exterior and inedible even though they were ordered as medium and medium-well. This was a disappointing experience.

I got the Bone - In ribeye steak.

I got the Bone - In ribeye steak.

First I want to say I'm a big fan of Gordon Ramsay, I watch his shows and even youtube his tutorial for dishes when I want to impress my girlfriend.

However, this restaurant was a disappointment. The bread and the appetizers were okay, not impressive.

My steak; Biggest disappointment ever. I ordered Medium-Rare Pittsburg style. The steak came out almost well done.... I'm thinking in my head Gordon Ramsay wouldn't even eat this steak. I spoke to the server and she apologized and took it back. So not a big deal at this point, people make mistakes. Then the second steak came out, and it was still overcooked. At this point we waited over an hour for our entry and I can't sit around waiting for them to make a steak, so I told the server don't worry about making the 3rd one, because we have to go, just get us the bill. She then got the manager involved and he spoke to us about the steak, and he agreed that the steaks were overcooked, and because it's pittsburg style usually they broil it until rare and then char it to make it medium rare, however it looked like they cooked it too much before charring it. I told him I understand however I didn't expect 2 steaks to come out like that and we waited an hour for it. He just told me "I'm sorry" and that's it. They didn't even offer on taking the steaks out of the order, because I didn't even eat it..... The steak being overcooked is one thing, customer service is another.... I'm heartbroken, because I'm such a big fan.

Me and my wife have waited to eat at one of his restaurants and was completely disappointed. The beef Wellington was cold and the crust was soggy also the scallops were gritty and the king crab was cold and fishy tasting. The rice was also undercooked. The bathrooms looked like an outhouse that hasn t been cleaned for a week. I paid $300 for a meal that should have been refunded.

Expensive and well worth it!!!! One of the best dinners ever! Awesome bread basket. Well known Ramsey scallops were outstanding. OMG...American Wagyu fillet...most buttery and tender ever!!! Famous Sticky Toffee was just the right mix of everything...moist cake, buttery vanilla ice cream and sweet caramel sauce!!! Oliver and Noel were fantastic servers! They know how to read their diners and a great asset for any restaurant!!!

The place is cool. Pricey, but come on, they have chef Ramsey attached to the name. The food is great. Everything we ordered we loved. Servers are mostly men, with a weird attitude at first sight, but friendly at the end. No complaints, we had fun.

I enjoyed the American Eye. It was my first experience with Wagu beef and it was absolutely wonderful! It may have been one of the best steaks I have ever had. I chose the four cheese mac and cheese as a side, which was excellent and more than enough to share with another person. But, the steak was all mine! What I liked best was that I left satisfied and not stuffed. The only reason I do not give it five stars is because the staff was a bit off. They were polite enough and did a fine job of presenting the food and answering any questions. However they seemed to interrupt our conversation several times trying to serve us, making for a bit of awkwardness. While I find this rather common in other Las Vegas restaurants, this was not the case in my experiences of fine restaurants in many other cities such as New York, Boston and San Francisco. Perhaps I've been in Vegas too long? As I said the food was excellent!

Amazing food, amazing service, fantastic decor, and absolutely spotlessly clean! We ate at a bunch of the high end restaurants in Vegas and this one beats them all. The foie gras and rib cap we're excellent, and the sticky toffee pudding was probably the best food I've ever tasted of any kind. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Very good!! What surprised me the most was the quality of the meat, really exceptional! I confess that I expected more flavor from my dish (beef Wellington), the taste expectations were missed, which, of course ($$$$$), were very high.

Expensive but worth it if you're in the mood for a highly quality steak. Like any other high end venue in vegas, the place is very pretentious but offers a great ambience for a date night, many delicious menu options an impressive wine list.

The Steak is amazing I can't deny!!
But it is very expensive!
Unfortunately, the place doesn't match the quality of the food.
I sat upstairs and there wasn't anything to see. I couldn't see the kitchen and not even the other tables.
The unforgettable dish is the Steak Tartare!!!

Why make a reservation if your time isn t honored?...

Why make a reservation if your time isn t honored? We had a 8:45 reservation and waited over an hour before we were even seated. I understand it s a famous restaurant but why over book and force your customers to wait more than an hour we were told the wait would be 15 minutes at most. If we didn t travel out of state, I would not have waited. The same number of people had a later reservation and were still seated before we were. If Gordon Ramsay were here, he would never let this restaurant run this way. Once we were seated we had been in the restaurant over and hour and a half and still no food.
Only plus side is that Jonathan is an amazing waiter.

I like good food and drink, but I don't like overpriced bottles of water and mediocre service. I think it should be a law for restaurants to offer tap water, we live in a world of good tap water and it is better for the environment to use it instead of wasting packaging. Our water was poured from plain glass bottles that did not appear to be sealed, so our party was shocked that we were charged $9 per bottle at the end of the night. In our group of 8, the bill was really confusing- we asked for separate checks but were given one and told to put our initials beside our items- but who can understand the abbreviations on the receipt? While they acknowledged that we were returning customers, one of whom was having a Birthday, the service was otherwise hurried and felt condescending at times. The table shared the oysters and no one enjoyed them. Mac and cheese is always a hit as well as the Beef And lobster wellingtons. I had the crab air salad as a main and was happy. Cocktails were either amazing or too strong amongst us. The atmosphere was nice but too loud, music distracting.

The food is good. But not up to what you would expect from a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay's name on it. And the biggest offence to me was not having tea on the menu. For god sakes, what kind of Englishman doesn't have tea on the menu?

Food was amazing. I had the tasting which may look like small dishes but are always filling and taste amazing. Friends had the tomahawk steak which they literally ate the meat from the bone. Great ambients and they are taking covid seriously with ample of spacing between tables. We had a few bottles of wine and cocktails that were great as well. Highly recommend going. Also you get a gift at the end of your tasting. Enjoy!

What a disappointment!! We are big fans and built a weekend around our meal here. My wellington was served raw and made me nauseous. Even after I asked for medium well, and they refused to make it that way, they brought it raw. The manager agreed and removed from our bill. They tried to bring me another cut, but my wife had reluctantly already finished her tasteless scallops and risotto, my sides were cold, my appetite was long gone, and I just wanted to go use the mens room. After removing my meal, we still paid just under $200 for 4 glasses of wine, terrible scallops and risotto, cold sides, a raw wellington and a bad tummy ache. So disappointed!!! We will not return.

My husband and I went to the steakhouse inside the Paris for our anniversary and we had heard the food was amazing so we thought we'd treat ourselves. We ordered our food, my husband the wagyu steak and I the fisherman's grill. While the brussel sprouts we're great, the mussels on my plate were cold and half cooked. I had to spit them out because I was afraid of food poisoning. And then to top things off, I took my son to the bathroom to change his diaper and was dismayed to find that there was no changing table. I had to change my 7 month old son on a blanket on the floor in one of the booths.

SAVE. YOUR. MONEY. PLEASE go somewhere else. We paid $225 for mediocre service and mediocre food. we did a seafood plate for 2 for $89 and it had sand and shells in it. We told our waiter and he did nothing besides say that he told the chef. Didn t even apologize or anything. Still charged us for the water we drank. $10 for 2 bottles. Didn t even seem to care at all. Another server came up in front of our table while our server was talking to us and was gossiping about another staff member right in front of us. My boyfriend and I are huge Gordon Ramsay fans and this was an absolute disappointment. And that s an understatement. Also the wait was really long for our food.

I was excited to be celebrating my 1 year anniversary here. My husband made the reservation a month ahead, and alerted them to my garlic and onion allergy. Imagine my surprise and sheer disappointment when I was told the only food I was told could be accommodated for was a steak or salad. EVERYTHING else was pre-made and contained onions or garlic. I had my heart set on a beef Wellington, so I took benadryl and gave it a try... only after they had a manager come confirm that I was choosing to go against my allergy (guess they have to cya too). Everything we ordered was okay... for some reason our expensive scallops were 2 different sizes (one much larger than the other, which is a Ramsey no-no), my spinach didn't have parmesan cheese as stated on the menu (ok maybe it had garlic... so grate some other cheese on it!), and a bottle of water which we thought was just how they gave you water when you sit down, was $9. I think it's time for Gordon Ramsey to revisit his establishment. Oh, and allow the chefs to accommodate for allergies. I actually thing it would be a great Hells Kitchen challenge.

I really really wanted to like the food. Service was fantastic, sides were good, but 2 of 3 steaks of ours were overcooked and just weren't that great. $100 for steak and potatoes including $6 water. Love you Gordon, but come on man, the steak was mediocre.

My boyfriend and I ate there last night. We ordered the porterhouse which is over $100 steak. We liked the steak we bought at the local grocery store better. It was also cooked rare when we ordered medium. 90% sure the food made us sick. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Disappointed because we were excited for a nice dinner at a well known restaurant.

We ate here just a couple of nights ago while visiting Vegas for our anniversary and her birthday. I spent some time reading some of the reviews and am actually a little shocked at the lack of good reviews and people's experiences. It appears the restaurant has taken a little bit of a step back in the past year as this is where most of the poor reviews have been coming in. We made reservations only about 3 weeks in advance and had no issues. We arrived about 5 minutes after our scheduled reservation and were taken right back to our seat. The seating arrangement was a little disappointing as we did face the corner where the kitchen staff go in and out and we could see the chefs slaving away.

We were by ourselves, but ordered two appetizers, two entrees, two sides and dessert. For our appetizers we got a lobster dish and the pork belly. I saw another review that said it was undercooked. For me, I preferred it slightly that way, but it was perfectly cooked and the flavor was excellent. We both loved the lobster as well, although it was a rather small tail, maybe four bites worth in all. Main entrees were also very good. I got an American filet and she got the Beef Wellington. For it being a signature dish the BW left a little something to be desired, but my American Filet was the best steak i've ever had. I am often frustrated at restaurants when I order my steak medium or medium rare and the steak is overcooked and brought to you medium well or well done. My steak was cooked perfectly medium and the flavors and seasonings were spot on. Enough to flavor the meat without overpowering the meat itself. Both dishes were tender and melt-in-your-mouth.

Perhaps the best part of the meal was the sticky cake and brown butter ice cream. It was a playful dish where the ice cream came in the shape of a stick of butter. It was the perfect ending to a great meal.

Our server John and his assistant Mike were fantastic. We never had to wait to receive our next course, never had an empty glass, and they visited our table often enough we knew they were attentive, but never so often as to be an annoyance. The only thing we were a little bummed about was not meeting Gordan as we heard from Mike that he was in the restaurant greeting guests briefly only the night before.

This place has great service and great food
But the management is not very attentive. We were seated by the kitchen. We saw how long the soups and salads took to be picked up after they were prepared. My onion soup sat for 10 minutes, 15 feet away.it was lukewarm, and much too sweet . I should have sent it away, but did not see our waiter for awhile.
The shellfish tower is a work of art, and by tasty. The steak was ok, no special thing It was too sweet. The meat flavor was overwhelmed by this awful sweetness
It seems like a Ramsay restaurant but mon ami Gabi at the same place would have made a better choice for us
Too many little things wrong to want to spend another 500.00 again

Highly overrated. Pricy food with mediocre performance. It is not really a Gordon Ramsay standard in my opinion.

The food looks good but tastes really like a standard strip restaurant. Lamb rack with Cuscus looked good and was ordered medium - we got it with burnt parts (there was actually charcoal!!) and obviously well done. The sad point was that the side dish was far from being a real Cuscus. It was an industrial thing which doesn't even look or taste like a geniue Cuscus .

The Caeser salad was good though.

Honestly, I wanted to come here because Gordon is by far my favorite reality star on TV and I just had to try it.
I ordered the seared tuna and brussel sprouts. They were both amazing! The meal started with fresh assorted breads and salted butter. The sprouts was large enough to feed 2 or 3. My husband ordered Beef Wellington and a baked potato. He said his steak was like butter in his mouth and his potato was good.

The only thing that would prevent me from returning is the price tag but for us, this was worth it as a treat.

I watch Hell's Kitchen and Master Chef and always have wanted to go to a Gordan Ramsey restaurant. Had a great dinner. Was worried about all the negative reviews, but tried it anyway. The hostess that led us to our table was a little unfriendly, but our servers were great. Our party of 4 had salads, soup and a variety of steaks, including the signature beef Wellington , all served as ordered with the exception of the royal bone-in steak; that had a little too much burnt crispiness on the outside. The dinner was good and I'd go back again. The French pressed coffee with the chocolate spoons was nice too. Overall, good food and good experience, glad I chose to bypass all the negative reviews.
