Not great. As a Brit I thought it would be some of the best British food I've ever eaten given the hype and high prices. Unfortunately the beef wellington was not good. It was really mushy and the pastry was terrible. Like raw dough. My husband ordered the steak and it's the first time ever I've seen him not finish a steak.

I really do wonder if Gordon Ramsay has anything to do with this restaurant or if he just allowed for his name to be used. If he saw our food he would be disappointed and I won't be going to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant again.

It was a special visit for us as we were splurging on a very expensive meal for the first time and wanted it to be special. It was my husband's birthday but they didn't do anything special for him.

Unfortunately the waiter we had just wouldn't leave us alone, telling us all about his own plans to visit the UK and asking for tips and advice on just about everything. It ate into so much of our time and just let our food go cold. Not very romantic and intimate.

A real shame.

The American Waygu rib cap was amazing. My wife and I split an 8 oz. with sides of fingerling potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and asparagus. The sides were absolutely amazing. Service was impeccable. If you re looking for great food and service, you might want to check this place out.

Our server Jonel and the manager Lawrence made our experience a great one. Service was outstanding by Jonel and her assistant. All options and recommendations were explained thoroughly and our meal was unbelievable. It is the best meal that I have had in Vegas and I will be back again.

Overpriced restaurant with lower than average food quality. The service was not pleasant at all. I had a feeling that the server is trying to sell as much as possible. It looks like Gordon Ramsey is only good at criticizing others while can t even control his own restaurants.

My first attempt at eating here. Start with I made a reservation for opening at 4:30 pm. Arrived at 4:26 pm. Nobody at desk so walked in door was told to go out to desk. They were not ready to do business at the opening. Now 3 people in line but still check in at 4:32, people in front of me had no reservation and were told to come back later by then there was a line behind me of about 10 more groups. 4 more groups checked in behind me. And the rest left as others were saying a reservation was needed. The 4 groups that checked in behind me were then seated. They then asked for my name again at 4:42 to which I just walked away. I will never even know how good or bad the service or food will be inside as I do not put up with poor service and I walk with my dollars. Good luck to any other patrons.

Poor experience. I find it very funny that Gordon is critical about others and quick to belittle (as seen on his shows) he needs to take a long look at his Las Vegas steak house. The meals are over priced with a subpar taste. The ironic thing is I ordered the pork chops (as suggested by the serving staff) 20 mins later I was told that there was no pork chops "but order the roasted chicken because it is much much better". The chicken was ok I have had better the side of beans was the best thing on the plate. I have been to a lot of different steak houses in the past and the only thing that sets this steak house apart is the price $$$$$. The only good experience I had was speaking to the bus person that look after us, he was a young gentleman from Africa forgot his name. My friends that attended felt the same way. We left the restaurant with a lot of take out bags. Don't waste your time or money.

I always try going here whenever I am in town.

While the steaks and other foods are delicious, it's not what I come here for.

It's that damn dessert that's incredibly good. The Sticky Toffee Pudding with Brown Butter Ice Cream. So delicious and they shape the ice cream to look like a stick of butter. It's a must have every time I come here.

The service here is exemplary as well. Love the wait staff.

My friend and I dined at Gordon Ramsey Steak during a recent visit to Las Vegas. We have eaten at Burger as well as Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill. I thought that this will be the ultimate experience. We were seated upstairs which would ve been fine however I had to go to the Ladies Room which is located all the way back down on the 1st floor (long staircase to get up and down). Also it s probably time to upgrade the carpet and management ensure the place looks really clean. I guess watching Gordon on his tv show and visiting his other restaurants I expected the place to be pristine and it wasn t.

Wonderful and very attentive service. Very comfortable and elegant atmosphere. My steak was cooked to perfection. My wife's lamb was tough, so much so that she could barely cut it and almost inedible. Don't order the lamb. Aside from the lamb everything was wonderful.

Food was wonderful but our server was rude. Upon asking for a dessert menu we were asked what we wanted before receiving the menu. Our paid for bottled water was cleared from the table before we finished it. The secret side dish not listed on the menu was 3x the cost of the other side orders without any kind of warning.

I know celebrity restaurants can be hit or miss, but this experience was top notch. Hubby and I had a couple craft cocktails to start (the Drifter and Devils Barrel, both were insanely tasty) and the tasting menu with wine pairing. Although each course was divine, the hamachi could not be beat (and we had hamachi the night before at NOBU). Tempted to go back and do it all over again tonight. Also, every single member of the staff was amazing, we were so well taken care of, but do yourself a huge favor and ask for Oliver if at all possible, I can't even find the words to describe just how awesome he was!

Great meal. The staff were very good here and the food was really good too.

I had the American wagyu rib cap and we had the beef Wellington to share at the table. The wagyu was so good, I had no regrets and would get it again. I am glad I tried the beef Wellington but I am glad we split it for the table let as the wagyu was so much better. The favlor of the Wellington is very rich (whatever meat it's wrapped with under the pastry was a bit much for me).

We has the Mac and cheese and fries to share. The fries are a must eat!

For desert you have to try the sticky toffee pudding. I went to England earlier this year and this desert was on or above the level I had in England.

Overall a great experience and I already have my next visit booked this time in Baltimore!

I ve eaten at just about every high end restaurant in vegas as well as all of Gordon Ramsay s restaurants world wide. This place will not blow you away, not by a long shot. The food is good but not amazing. Eating here your paying for the name, and his ego on TV seems to of made its way to the dinner table somehow. I ate here 3 times before writing this review to be sure I didn t get a bad day accidentally, and ate something different every time too just to have a better data sample and comparison.

One of the best dinner experiences we have had. I got the Beef Wellington because I was eager to see what the hype was about. My wife got the filet. So, so good! We left fuller than I have been in a long time because I couldn't stop eating. Very expensive, but it was worth it.

This is a true dining experience. The ribeye cap was unknown to me before dinner but will not be forgotten. The buttery texture just melted in my mouth with the unmistakable beef flavor we all know and love. The mac and cheese on the side topped it off. Amazing meal that needs to be experienced by anyone lucky enough to get the opportunity.

It was good but not as great as I expected. Our table is in a very tight space where the other people dining next to us are about a feet away and you can hear their conversations very clearly as if you are all in the same table with just a few dividers. Not sure why we were all placed there while the other people were given nicer seats. I don't want to throw a race thing but we are asian and the people next to us are African American. Service was good but server could have told us that there is charge for the water, $9 a bottle and we ended up paying for 2 bottles. We also ordered alcoholic drinks with that. If we knew, we could have ordered a couple more alcoholic drinks instead. With the food, everything was great except for the undercooked rice that came with the lamb chops, not a big deal but when we told our server simply said, "thanks, I'll let the Chef know." This type of mistake is not acceptable for a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay's name in it. We are a young couple and he probably thought we are just trying to get a discount of some sort. We are huge fans of Gordon Ramsay and we went there for dinner in celebration of our 1st year wedding anniversary and know that dining at such restaurant will be pricey. And we paid the full amount and still tipped generously even if we were not so happy with our server. Still overall good but not great.

It was a dark, more expensive version of Ruby Tuesday's. If you go with a group and someone wants to do the five course sampler then it forces everyone in the group to buy a minimum of three courses. We were told that this was the chef's preference, but it was a big waste. It was supposed to be so that the members of the party were not waiting while the other people were eating the five courses. This was a joke, the sizes of the sampler were so small that the timing was completely off. For example, one "course" was a quail egg that we waited thirty minutes for and another thirty minutes before the next equally diminutive portion. That was an appetizer matched with a large so for the other people. Overall for the amount of money that was spent I am very disappointed. Same your money and time!

My wife told the staff that this was our wedding anniversary dinner. We dressed "Business Casual" (jackets required) which we assumed would be appropriate for the venue. We saw people going in/out wearing jeans and other "street casual" attire (no jackets). We were seated between two other couples against the wall within view of the kitchen area. We expected to be in a quiet area for an intimate dinner. The food was very good, with the exception that my wife's loaded baked potato was not done in the center (she removed it & ate the rest). The prices are high but appropriate for the "branding" of a celebrity chef.

Seeing as this place is on the vegas strip, this place can get crowded. Make sure you make a reservation. Before ordering, the waiter brings out samples of the beautiful cuts of steaks for you to inspect. I ordered the beef wellington, it was excellent. You will likely wait around 30 mins for your steak to be prepared.

There is a reason for just 4 instead of 5 stars. I'd give the food 5+ stars. The New York Strip was absolutely amazing - the best steak I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned, not too salty and very tender. The kobe beef sliders were also amazing. Even the simple sides, Yukon potatoes and asparagus were fantastic. They had a nice craft beer selection too that nicely complemented my meal. While I was not there for the atmosphere ( a friend a mine and i sat at the bar as we could not get a table), the music was loud and the decor was not inviting at all. The service at the bar was outstanding however. With a little nicer atmosphere i would have given this place 5 stars.

Went their 4 years ago had the chicken plate with fried crunchy chicken skin and liver! an amazing plate paired with truffle mac and cheese. This was an amazing meal worth 5 stars.

Went back 2 weeks ago and ordered same plate, for that same price got a rotisserie chicken (skin on, soft and tasteless) fried gamey liver that was rare and very mushy for my taste.
When I asked the manager why the food was so low quality was told that this location was under new management who felt that the menu needed upgrading so they changed the recipes. was told jjnothing she can do but I I go online and give a review maybe they (management ) would listen to complaints and fix the menu.
I am surprised the quality would be sacrificed at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. what a shame

The first time we went to Ramsay Steak it was amazing. The whole experience was great. This time it was nothing to write home about. The hostess we're to busy talking about their own life to seat us, our server was completely uninterested in helping us, and our meals were mediocre. Our beef Wellington was mushy, the table next to us had a mushy Wellington that they sent back and their next one was the same. The puff pastry was like eating soggy dough. I wouldn't recommend the Wellington to any one and I would have a hard time recommending Ramsay's steak either.

Do not waste your money here, not good. Had seafood tower for 2, was good, not great. Salmon raw in middle. Beef wellington a huge let down, just ok kind of bland not enough reduction on plate. Lobster Mac and cheese side dish was 65.00 and good. Best part of meal was dessert, sticky toffee pudding, SO good. Service was excellent, atmosphere nothing special. Total was 380.00 including tip. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Great overall experience. Very filling portions and great service. The food was very close to 5 stars but a bit on the salty side. Beef Wellington was also a bit on the dry side. Despite this, I would definitely return and do recommend if you're a fan of Gordan Ramsay.

Cheap furniture, dated and ugly decor, worn silverware and plates. Felt like I was in a dark fast food restaurant. We were a group of 4 sat at 2 tables of different heights pushed together so nothing could be placed level in the middle. The steak knifes were quite dull and looked like they had been caught in a running sink disposal. Staff not friendly nor available. We had to ask for napkins, place settings and salt and pepper. However, Food was outstanding.

Ramsay lives up to his name with this restaurant, even though he is not the chef. The cocktails are delicious and if you choose to not do the tasting menu, I highly recommend the lobster wellington. I've never heard of such a thing, but I shared half a lobster wellington and half a beef wellington and although both are delicious, I think the unexpected lobster wellington was even better than the beef.

I would definitely eat here again. We all left full and happy. We were in and out within an hour and a half and considering the exquisite food we ordered, I'd say the final price was fair.

A friend of mine and I each committed a credit card for an entire summer to figuring out our favorite steak house in LV. This is in our top 5. The beef wellington was my absolute favorite. The wine pairings are great. The atmosphere is not stuff and still high-end and trendy. The staff were always on point when we went. Make a reservation!

Came for the signature Beef Wellington. Left with disappointment. Beef has no taste and dry. The puff, mushroom, beef were basically 3 separate dishes, and fell apart to 3 items when cutting.
NY strip, medium well, came well done.
Onion soup was good.

Overall for the price and quality of food, it s not worth it.
