Previously had good service but currently appear disorganised. Suggest get a price first as the term 'small fee' is open to interpretation.

I would really not recommend using this practice. We had an appointment booked at 9.15 in the morning and they rang 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel due to illness. I would expect that a practice of this type would have much better arrangements in place to manage cancellations; it demonstrates a total lack of respect and professionalism to cancel at such short notice. It's basic - get proper arrangements in place to cover sickness, or at least give sufficient notice to ensure that very busy people's time is not wasted . If they can't organise this, I would not trust them to represent me in a legal capacity.

It is most unusual for me to endorse any company with a testimonial but in this instance I feel that it is so appropriate and highly deserved that it is incumbent on me to do so having received such excellent advice and both professional and friendly service. My particular thanks to Grace.

They are not see though and don't seem to have respect for the dead. They have changed the goal posts so many times.

One star is to much! They have no empathy towards the clients when someone looses a loved one emotions will be high they don't understand that sympathy, empathy and understanding is needed.communication is appalling. They seem just to be there to make money yes if you run a business you want to make profit but remember your profit is the people who employ you! avoid at all cost.

Incredibly slow- no chain either side and no problems but took 4 months to complete on our house purchase. When we went in for an update the secretary told us our case hadn't even been looked at. They were also rude on one occasion.

I have dealt with the wills side of the business which is great however the conveyancing side is not responsive, poor in returning calls and poor in responding to requests. The management of this side of the company is not as helpful as it could be and has left me exceptionally disappointed. I understand that they have part time stand in staff due to covid, and that they are working odd hours with these part time staff but those answering the phone are not well informed; a call back is all I ve asked for on a number of occasions and have not received this. I highly recommend Grace and the Wills/ Probate but cannot recommend the conveyancing.

We've worked with Katherine, Grace, and the team on a number of projects and have always found them professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable within their field.

Very helpful, have helped me with sorting out my Father's estate fter he passed away, they took care of everything and even found stuff I never knew about, with regards to accounts etc. Have continued to use after estate was sorted out, very knowledgeable. Would always use these since initial meetings with them.
