Always a go to. Rib cap steak. Stickee Toffee Pudding.
Creamed spinach. Great service friendly staff
The steak was cooked great and the signs were good too it's just kind of weird you have to order your side separate and the kind of pricey so beware the food was good and the service was excellent it was a bit loud but overall a great experience in Vegas
Fantastic food and drinks... A meal worth sharing with friends or your special someone. Delicious from beginning to end.
I giving 3 stars because of what i ordered came out well done, dry and had very little flavor. I ordered the pork chop. I had higher expectations from his restaurant.
The ambiance was great. The wait staff was excellent. The wagyu sliders were amazing. My partners Beef Wellington was superb but my order came out wrong. The wait staff quickly fixed my order.
I will probably return for another try.
2 stars for the excellent customer service and amazing dessert but the stake was trash extremely dry didn t taste fresh super disappointed with the quality of steak I had really high expectations but end up shocked how bad it was
I been to Gordon Ramsay burger 10/10 best burger I ever had
Gordon Ramsey s pub and grill 10/10
And even fish and chips 10/10
Stake house was 0/10 I gave them two stars for having good dessert
With reservations made MONTHS in advance, we were sent to the bar to wait. We waited and waited and waited from someone to take our drink orders, but had to go and get them ourselves from the bar. When we were FINALLY seated, we were put in a corner with a "wonderful" view of the stairs and a wall. But once seated, wait staff was attentive although slow to get drinks to our table.
All our entree's were excellent, including the Wellington, a filet, a pork chop & the fisherman's grill. Had mac/cheese which was unimpressive, but the sauteed spinach was good.
Huge fan of Chef R. shows, and would love to try his other places, but would probably not go back here. Too loud, too hectic and we felt a little lost in the shuffle.
It was pretty good, but Gordon definitely doesn't work here.
Always on point best steaks in the US. Manager Joe is amazing as well
By far the coolest and most elegant place I have seen in vegas. The staff, the food, the decor.. it's all amazing. The food is to die for. TRY the beef wellington. It'll change your life. For dessert get a sticky toffee pudding. For cocktails I'd definitely recommend "the drifter"
Amazing Restaurant.. Service was great and food was so good it melted in your mouth. First Gordon Ramsay Restaurant off my bucket list.
Steak was nice, chips were terrible.... Waaaaay to salty. Extremely over priced, said i don't mind paying cause the food is going to be top class, however, it was a complete let down. Total bill for 4 of us $680..... Definitely not worth it sorry.
Atmosphere and waiters excellent. Front desk girls were rude when asked if they could take our picture. Our steak were good except one and it was all gristle. I was so disappointed but didn't want to have everyone wait for me to get another one.
I ate here recently with some colleagues. As a Gordon Ramsay establishment, I expected high quality service, atmosphere, and exceptional food quality. The atmosphere definitely aligned with expectations within the resort corridor in Las Vegas. Likewise, the service lived up to expectations. The presentation was enjoyable (loved the tower of steaks they bring to the table to help you decide...nice touch). Ultimately, I had a nice steak. I am not a huge steakhouse guy, but have been to most of the high-end places around the USA. This place was middle of the pack. There are better options down south in Scottsdale, AZ, or Houston, TX. Still, for Vegas, this was good. My only letdown was with the side dishes. In my opinion, the kitchen did not live up to the Ramsay name. This was my first experience at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Based on this experience, I can care less if I ever try another one of his places. I will watch him on TV, though. He does entertain, and I am sure that his cooking is absolutely amazing. Too bad he is not in the kitchen all of the time at his places.
Unfortunately, I have a great expectation for Beff Wellington, but it' s disappointed me so much. It is cold, unseasoned, as well as the roasted bone marrow. The source is salty and too much soul flavour for it. Also, the service is .............Not mad, just sad.
Wanted to try a steak from this highly touted chef .... must say it was good but not good enough. If you want steak and a better cut at a better price 801 chop house in Kansas City wins hands down. Gordon s is to overpriced and overrated.
Ok. before I start understand that this was about a year and half ago. We go to Vegas yearly and this was a place that we had heard was really good. .....We had heard and read the wonderful reviews of this Steak house. We made our reservation and showed up just before our confirmed time. Having to wait just a few minutes we were seated in a booth that faced the kitchen. Although this was nice, it was a bit overly busy. We were offered the "Gordon Ramsay" signed card with our dinner, which we declined. I ordered the famous Beef Wellington and my wife took a nice steak off the cart. We ordered a side, but were told that the Beef Wellington came with vegetables and mashed side. So, we only ordered one side. We also ordered appetizers. First and foremost, the service was fair at best. My appetizer, oysters on the half shell were ok, but that night they ended up being thrown up in the toilet. NOT GOOD. My Beef Wellington came with one time "SMEAR" of mashed, which you could maybe pick up with a spot and three, count them three small "cube sized" root vegetables. The steak my wife had, was over cooked, had tons of gristle and just bad. The side was so small that not even one person could enjoy it to any extent. We spent a great deal of money, ordered a bottle of wine, which was the best, and ended up feeling taken for ride on the Gordon Ramsay screw you bus. The next day we ended up at the Bellagio's best steak house and it was great. Sorry. But Gordon is a shame and not at all good. Crowded and over priced and just bad.....
Best food I have ever eaten. Will dream about eating here until I can get back!
We had celebrated 2 birthdays here. The food is amazing and everything we hoped for. Our waiter Charles was great and very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend the Wellington .
Food is great, only thing.. server pushed for a risotto appetizer. Rice.... they did NOT mention the price $95! Be very aware with the servers, if they offer you off menu stuff, ask for the price.
By far the best meal I've ever had in my life. The balance of each dish, the flavors and texture combinations were absolutely brilliant. This meal truly brought to life everything I dreamed the food in his restaurant would be. Even being completely full I'm left wanting more.
Amazing food, great service, no need for the sauces.
We split 2 steaks and 4 side dishes between 4 people. The steaks were amazing! Better than the Strip House hands down. We got the House BBQ sauce but didn't use it because everything was so flavorful already. We did the porterhouse and NY steaks with the fingerling potatoes, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms. My favorite side was the potatoes.
Great all-around experience that you must see for yourself. Delicious food and awesome service made this a great time for me and my wife. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could've met Chef Ramsay!
Ate there Aug 1st. 24oz rib eye, no flavor. Mac n cheese was dry, baked potato flooded with a nacho cheese type sauce. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, but hands down Smiths and Wollinsky was much better when it was here
For many years, I have longed to visit one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants. After watching many of his shows, I expected his restaurant to be the absolute best. This was NOT the case.
The girls in the front were extremely helpful and got us a seat almost two hours before our reservation. We started out great!
We sat in our table, which we were delighted to find was right by the kitchen. Our waiter seemed attentive and it was all going good. However, it quickly went downhill. My father asked about some drinks, but our server never answered his questions. We asked for lemons for our water. We did not receive them until halfway through our meal, and the man who was refilling our water brought them to us. Soon, we noticed our food sitting on the counter, waiting to be brought to our table. In fact, it looked as though half the restaurant's food was waiting. Our food sat for almost twenty minutes before our server finally appeared to give it to us. My "rare" steak was more of a medium rare. My mother's beef wellington (apparently Gordon's signature dish) was cold in the middle and all together... well, disappointing. Even with my steak being overcooked, it was still probably the best cut of meat I have ever had.
Edit: Since we were seated by the kitchen, we were able to observe interactions between the wait staff and the kitchen staff. At one point, there was a bit of a scuffle that ended with a chef flipping the head of the wait staff the bird, and a few curses being exchanged. Although it was entertaining during our long wait, we still would have rather had our food, which was directly between the butting heads.
So to sum it all up, food was amazing even when cold/overcooked. But the service sucked. However, the man who refilled our water (I think his name was Jacob) was absolutely amazing and more helpful than our actual waiter. In conclusion, Gordon Ramsay needs to be spending more time in the kitchens of HIS restaurants instead of in other's on TV.
This was my one big thing when I went to Vegas with my mom and sisters. I was disappointed when we had to wait over 45 minutes for a reservation I made several months ago. The manager personally checked in with us when he learned of our wait time. He was amazing!!!!! He bought us a round a drinks and our appetizers. He continually checked up on us during our meal. Noel, the waitress's helper also made our experience. He was very personable and fun to chat with. The food was amazing too. The beef wellington was better than I dreamed of and the sticky toffee pudding cake was the best dessert I've ever had. To top all that off, the manager gave us his card and told us if we wanted to eat at Burgr, he'd get us in as his VIP's. Wow!!!! Best meal ever, best manager ever, best day ever!!!! Burgr was amazing too.
Great restaurant, great food, and I can't wait to go back.
Very nice atmosphere. The host, waiters, and various helpers were attentive while the food presented well and tasted good. My group members were well pleased with our experience.
first off when you are seated they try and sell u a several course meal but is followed by the waiter saying we ask if you do this meal that everyone does it not cool if I m going to spend $150+ Per person Don t tell me how my table can order. Since not everyone liked what was offered in the courses we decided to order from the menu I will say the sides were absolutely delicious but the steak although a great cut of steak was lacking one of Gordon Ramsay s pet peeves SALT! totally lacking any flavor and at this price point Should be unacceptable! anyways the atmosphere was nice you were in Vegas and It did have some flair but all around our table of five was very disappointed in our steaks and thought for what we paid should ve been a much better experience I hope someday to try another one of his restaurants but at this point I ll have to hold off and head to Caesars buffet.
Me tell waiter I wan et steak well done and no well done have blood en et . They want to take it back to cook so it can be cook more . Me say forget et maybe he will spit en it because service no Bueno. Me stand up and leave me no pay for nothing
I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay s shows. So, it pains me to say that I was not that impressed with his steak restaurant at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. The waiter was rushing us to order and did not provide a pleasant experience. My wife and I shared some lobster macaroni and cheese and the broccolini. She had a steak and I had the rack of lamb. The lobster mac n cheese was recommended by the server. It cost more than my meal and it wasn t that good. It was good, but I ve had better. It wasn t worth $65. The broccolini was amazing. The steaks were not seasoned! At all! Note: I do not have COVID. I usually make steaks from a farmers market and I add butter, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. However, I can t get a perfect pan seared steak. I also sprinkle salt and pepper on my steaks. Every other Gordon Ramsey establishment in Las Vegas is out of this world. Hell s Kitchen is the Best! Skip out on this steak place.
Just had to try this place out when I was in town. The bread they give out is delicious. Service is top notch. The $60 2 in bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly. Would come back if I win at the tables.
Fantastic food, ...just not worth the price. Mr. Ramsey obviously has some expensive bills to pay :)
Mediocre service, overpriced food, not too impressed for the hype
This was our designated "expensive" stop on our trip, and I think it was well worth it! We got the beef tartare, wellington, and then the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was delightful, but honestly I think the real breathtaking moments were the appetizer and the dessert. Don't skip out on those! Not to mention the decor is beautiful in a modern sort of way. Fans of the chef will love this place, but it is quite expensive, so keep that in mind.
The food was a 5! The wait for the food was a 2. I started with the Burrata Salad that was delicious. The bread was also very good with two choices of butter. The Beef Wellington was fantastic. Cooked perfectly, medium rare, with a flaky crust with the perfect crunch. Creamy mashed potatoes w carrots were great with it. Overall, I'm glad I wasn't in any hurry and the food was worth it!
Request Renne for your server. Extremely attentive & knowledgeable
8oz filet is very tender and tasty, chicken breast is very good. The Mac n cheese is amazing you have to try it. Id also recommend the mushrooms, both these sides are shareable. Complimentary bread was a pleasant surprise, 4 types each very tasty. Personally I'd pass on the cocktails and go for the wine. The noise level is about the same as any other high end steak house. Servers are very professional. This was a good first time experience. I will definitely come back, I need to try more items before I'd personally recommend to friends and family.
Talk about some incredible food and service! The steak was to die for and the cocktails ;)
The photo is light enhanced to bring out the color of the food.
Very good food. Service was great. Worth stopping by for a nice dinner.
Food cold. Great service. Sent $85 steak back. Came back ok. Not worth the money
Went here on vacation and was a delight, thank you Gordon Ramsay!
I do not recommend. We made reservation to celebrate my wife's birthday. We arrived 15 minutes before the time. We waited at the bar, when we realized that several people, like and without reaffer, passed our front. We questioned the receptionist who told us that those people had booked for 8:30, the same time as ours. Difference: we arrived early and before all who passed our front. We kept waiting, until I decided to go into the restaurant and ordered that there were at least 7 empty tables. Congratulations, you ruined my special night. The food: nothing super. I already ate better and cheaper. Incidentally, I recommend the Gallagher's Steakhouse at the NY NY hotel. Best service, food good and price more in mind.
The service was outstanding and their steaks were the best ever. Will return definitely
We visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. Right away, I noticed that the restaurant was very upscale when we entered. It's located on the casino floor adjacent to the front entrance of the Paris Hotel. After viewing the menu, I immediately noticed that the food selections obviously centered around different cuts of steak as well as several non steak options. Those additional options were somewhat basic such as chicken, fish, and pork, yet they were very expensive as well. I knew beforehand that the restaurant boasted a pricey menu and some of that price is attributed to the name of the place which was to be expected. It's definitely a place for steak connoisseurs, which I am not, and you should be familiar with the premium cuts and selections of steak to understand what you're getting. The service attendant does a small presentation of each cut to give you an idea of what's offered. Again outside of the deluxe offerings for steak, the rest of the menu was basic but premium priced. Be prepared to spend many $$$$$ especially if you select any of the steak options. For example a party of 4 of us all ordered a main entree and 1 adult beverage each (1 steak option, 3 non steak options) and the check was almost $500. That is not to sway anyone from trying out this awesome restaurant, but understand this is considered fine dining, not casual dining. The overall ambience and presentation in this restaurant was top notch as to be expected. As a note, the restaurant is situated with open style booth seating just like you see on the TV show, with a view of the kitchen staff as they prepare meals. I definitely recommend this place if you're in Vegas but my opinion is it's definitely a place for special event or celebration unless you just simply want to treat yourself! Lastly, the food was delicious so it's a win, win!!
Food was good! Filet was great and chicken was slightly over cooked. Overall I felt rushed! From the beginning the questions were can I take your order and it being seconds since we sat... Are you ready for dessert? I was still eating my food when they asked for dessert. When including the price and it being an experience I would not go back.
Best steak I've ever had, hands down - and can't beat the service at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant - it's always top notch.
My fiance and I had one of the best meals of our life here, we still talk about it a year later! I recommend their El Matador cocktail, which was so good I had to find a recipe online how to make it when we got home. So good! We both ordered American Wagyu steaks. He, the filet, and myself, the skirt. Both medium rare and melted in our mouths. I had ordered a chimichurri on the side but did not need it at all for my steak so I ended up using it as a dip for my veggies.
Everything here was decadent and amazing, we are planning another trip back to Vegas soon and dinner at Steak is our top priority!
Was fantastic food but the bus boy was very rude. Literally threw the silverware down and was reaching across us ( no it wasnt cramped) but I feel like in an establishment like this they should be educated on etiquette. Everything else was fantastic and i would have given 5 stars if it had not been for him .
Very tasty! Every dish is amazing
Sure enough, I didn't smash the sign of God of Cooking
Especially the toffee pudding is so delicious! The scallops and steak are also really super delicious
The food is phenomenal and the waitstaff were knowledgeable and attentive. Allow ample time to dine here, it is a luxurious experience.
Went to Hell s Kitchen and this restaurant and this one didn t compare to Hell s Kitchen . Nastiest piece of meat I got . They had the worst customer service and our waiter was absurd. Save your money and go to the one across the street.
One of the best meals I have ever eaten. The beef Wellington lived up to the hype and high price tag. The service was impeccable.
The rib cap was the best meal I've ever had. Period. Thank you!
We loved our appetizers and the service was good, but our entrees were unpalatable. My husband's Beef Wellington was raw and my sea bass was under seasoned. Mushrooms were so salty that I got a sore under my tongue after taking a few bites of them. We were big fans of Chef Ramsay but now we are not sure if we will ever go back.
Love the place just wish GORDON RAMSAY would have SHOWN UP
Perfect food I have take ribeye with bone it excellent steak I take again after few weeks.
Staff, Steak and the facility is superb but the scallop lobster risotto was horrible. The whole dish was so over salted I would have rather drank sea water. For 75$ I was disappointed beyond belief for a Gordon Risotto. Go for the steak and the experience not the sides (except for the fingerling potatoes).
My husband and I were in town visiting a friend and of course couldn't pass up the chance to eat here. We made a reservation using Open Table. We arrived on time and were sat at our table immediately. The atmosphere was different from what I was expecting but very cool. I've been wanting to try a Beef Wellington for a long time so this was the perfect opportunity. It was incredibly tender and flavorful, essentially exactly what I was hoping for. My husband ordered the Tomahawk Steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm sure we will be back next time we are in the area.
Service was good..Food was Great!! I had the Robert cook just like wanted.. My wife had the salmon..
Superior beef. To be savored for sure, and a special occasion.
Nice ambience! It's Gordon Ramsay's steaks...what else need to be said. Steaks just melt in your mouth.
Bone-in Ribeye at best mediocre; just lacking flavor and I know my meat. Claimed to be 28 days dry aged prime but it wasn t close to what I expected. At $72 EXTREMELY OVERRATED. Happy to pay $72 but I want something memorable-this wasn t. Waited 30 min past our 8:30 rez to be seated. Excellent service
Great service!! Our wait staff Alejandro and Noel was great!! Great food, excellent atmosphere .. love it
Excellent cuts of meat but a little salt and pepper would go a LONG way to helping the end product. Prices definitely on the high end as expected but cant help thinking they missed the mark without even a little seasoning. The glaze was ok but having not ordered a sauce I did not expect to have a glaze but a properly seasoned steak. Probably will not consider going back as have had better steaks elsewhere for less.
Sides (creamed spinach and potato puree) were great and the sticky toffee pudding was excellent.
Everything else was excellent but since the STEAK is the reason we went I have to mark my review based on the steak.
This was a birthday celebration well worth it, we couldn't get a reservation so we opted to eat in the bar. We had a fantastic time. The drinks, an espresso martini and an acai blueberry lemon drink were off the charts. The beef wellington was so tender it was like butter, literally. The salmon was cooked to perfection crispy skin and all and did I mention the sides oh my goodness. If you go you have to order shiitake mushrooms their mac and cheese with pork belly crisps.
If you have never eaten in a high class restaurant this restaurant would be more than enough for you. For me it was definitely the equivalent of jail food. I would never put the name Ramsay on garbage like this if I was concerned with my reputation. Go somewhere else! Boston and NYC have better restaurants than the Vegas Strip. Lacks flavor, cold food, dry, under-cooked and overrated.
Amazing experience. The food was incredible, the service was well attended, the atmosphere was elevated but not snooty or out of reach. We felt really comfortable, had a really enjoyable time and wish we could have ordered one of everything on the menu.
I had the beef wellington, my bf had the 10 inch porter house steak (it was massive), and our other dining guest had the short ribs. Everything was absolutley delicious and made to perfection.
If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend experiencing Gordon Ramsay Steak at least once in your life!
Super fancy. The food was good. Costs an arm and leg..
Ribeye was horrible service was good. Won't go back.
Excellent service, nice atmosphere. Steak was very good, done just right but served lukewarm. Fingerling potatoes were a little heavy on garlic for my taste, but were hot and flavorful.
I am obsessed with Gordon Ramsay, so I made a reservation for 10 people for my birthday. We were promptly seated and were greeted by our waiter, Gentia. He did an amazing job at describing the meat cuts and drinks. I ordered the Beef Wellington and scallops. Both were absolutely amazing. My beef was perfectly cooked and the scallops melted in my mouth. My husband had the bone in rib eye and my daughter, the rib cap. The knife cut through them like butter. They were so tender and delicious. The Mac and Cheese was a hit and the Fingerling Potatoes were very flavorful. The HK Antioxidant was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Service was fantastic. Our water glasses stayed full and they kept on top of soda refills. I ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding and WOW. I can't even describe how amazing this dessert was. Definitely a must have if you go.
Such a great experience and I can't wait to go back!
UPDATE: The quality of the service and food has gone down. This is NO longer a 5 star restaurant. I invited a group of people here last night. The steak was not cooked well and it took an extremely long time to receive the food that was served. It was so embarrassing. The prices are too expensive for this restaurant now due to the lack of high quality service and food preparation. I use to always look forward to visiting this restaurant. Now I will visit Top of the World in Las Vegas.

Food was awesome. Service was excellent!!!!!!
Just had dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak. The beef wellington was fantastic. I've been wanting to try it and it did not disappoint. What did disappoint was the coffee I had with my sticky pudding. It was strong which is good but bitter. They can get a coffee that is strong but not so bitter. So it's four stars for me.
This 2qs amazing. Beef wellington was outstanding. Risotto was incredible. Beautiful place and top class food
Had been looking forward to eating here for a month. The food was only ok. Something went wrong in the kitchen because our food took really long. The manager brought us a complimentary appetizer which was still frozen on the inside. It was disgusting. Definitely an afterthought. They brought out the wrong side dishes so we had to wait again for our ordered dishes. They did allow us to keep the wrong ones free of charge..shmuh...our party was not impressed at all. There are plenty of great steak houses in Las Vegas and this was not one of them for us. Will not be coming back or referring to anyone. Good luck if you are going to try it.
