We really like the bar area, if you want to see the kitchen sit in the restaurant area. Love the show, but relaxing with friends( his show increases my heart rate). Everything was delicious, best you could prepare. My friend had bone marrow (sounds gross), freaking killer! I had wagu steak, (had it at other places, never done right, hoping!) Again, loved it. Prepared perfect. All the other dishes my friends had delicious. That being said, make sure you make a reservation, and be sure you have the means. Gordon and his crew have to make a few bones for their craft! They should, tasty good!

Hands down the greatest steak I've had in my life! I don't expect to have another one like it unless I return. The scallops were great, even the truffle Mac and cheese was phenomenal. Make sure to get dessert - the sticky toffee pudding is to die for!

I'll start with positive: our waitress was very friendly, not snobby, and quickly attended to all of our needs.

Negative
Cocktails: very weak and nothing really stood out. I've had better cocktails at a chain restaurant.
-Food: I ordered the crab cakes appetizer, American wagyu, and street corn as a side. Everything was between okay to good but nothing spectacular and definitely not worth what I paid.
What really bothered me was how the wagyu came out. Granted, I didn't get the authentic Kobe but the steak was tough and my wife's medium rare came out practically raw. There was not a single bit of "melt in your mouth" sensation that you would get from wagyu beef. I honestly thought it looked and tasted like a $10 sirloin from a chain restaurant. I am not a steak snob but i know what wagyu should taste like.

I'm sure the staff would have given us something else but my wife absolutely hates sending back food so we just paid and left.
Overall, good service but mediocre food.

My family was in Vegas for spring break and decided that we wanted to dine at Gordon Ramsay Steak because we could not experience it at home. The entire experience was amazing. From the appetizers to the main course to the dessert, everything was AWESOME! I didn't order anything that I had never had before because I wanted to be safe. The shrimp cocktail was the best I have had....ever, and I eat shrimp cocktail often. The vegetables were the best and even my 10 year old was amazed about how good they were. An the cheesecake was to die for. It was so smooth and moist and the taste was great. Of the money that I spent in Vegas, this was by far the best money spent. We will visit again when we are in Vegas.

Ok. So i love to watch Gordon Ramsay on tv.
But we had to make a reservations which i already knew and did ahead of time the day before. We get there about 40 minutes early and had to wait which was our fault for going early. Then we go back to check in at our time and they say oh you have to wait about 10 minutes. Ok we do so but it was more like 25 minutes later. Finally got seated. And once we did the waiter was super nice. He offered us water in a glass or a bottle and we took the glass.(due to being in a fancy place why would we want a bottle water right) Well i think it was water right from the tap. Tasted like dirty water. Anyways. We got our food we ordered and it was not worth the price we paid. We got one plate with chicken and it had no flavor and was dry. And the other plate was the 32oz porter house steak which was supposed to be medium rare but was very well done on the outside and bloody on the inside. And for $125 (just the steak)came with No sides at all. I love to watch him cook but unfortunately will not be going back to the restaurant.

I expected perfection from Gordon Ramsay. The waiter kept pushing the SIGNATURE scallops as a accompaniment ,most of us decided to get it , not knowing that it came with a thick sauce smothered all over our Expensive steaks and ruining them. One of the meals had to go back twice until they got the correct temperature however they did remove it from our bill. We got a $135.00 bottle of wine , and not too many drinks and the bill was over $200.00 per person.

We waited nearly 2 hours for our main courses after ordering. When it arrived my skirt steak was cold and quite undercooked. After sending it back a new steak arrived 30 minutes later (unfortunately the rest of my party had finished their food). After being cooked properly, the food was terrific. The waiter apologized and agreed that the steak was poorly prepared. The waiter made no attempt to discount me for their significant delay and cooking deficiency. I arrived so excited to be eating at what I perceived as a prestigious restaurant. I left extremely disappointed. Dinning at this price point needs to perfect. It was far from that.

Nice resturant.. Food was bland.. We got a bone-in ribeye and I am 99% sure it was actually sirloin..(meat was dense and not marbled) The best part of the meal was the baked potato.. Not a total waste..just not special..

This is not a $$ restaurant for normal people as listed. The cheapest meal approx. $35 and this comes with no sides. Water was $10. After looking at the menu and trying to justify what was about to happen to our pocket book we decided it was our wedding night let's just enjoy a nice dinner. Unfortunately the food was mediocre to say the least. If you want an affordable, delicious steak dinner on a budget just go to Outback on the strip where the staff is friendly. As much as I enjoy trying something new when traveling, this experience burnt us. Much like the rack of lamb my husband ordered. Let's put it this way, for what we paid for a piece of meat and no sides we could have taken a helicopter ride to the Grand Canyon.

Food was excellent. Service was poor. We had reservations for 2 weeks for 10pm Friday Jan 24 but they still placed us right beside the waiter station and bathroom on a wall where there were no other tables. Waiters were constantly rushing by us and patrons going to the bathroom. So close the you could feel steady gusts of wind from them passing. We requested to be moved first thing but our waiter refused to find us a more comfortable location and said all the seats are the same you get what you get. He actually laughed at our request which made us feel belittled. Again great food, but this damped the overall experience unfortunately.

Although I have heard Beef Wellington is Gordon's specialty I couldn't help but have the wagyu. It was so delicious, like butter that just melted in my mouth. I also tried the sweet potato gnocchi which was pillow-y and soft but chewy at the same time. I paired a cab sav recommended by the server. The service was amazing and we got right in without a wait.. I hate when you have to wait even when you have reservations. You can't leave without dessert regardless of how full you are which leads me to the sticky toffee pudding AND bing cherry upside down cake. Both desserts are the best. I think I preferred the cherry bc I'm partial to pistachio especially ice cream. The entire experience from beginning to end was the best I've ever had. I didn't expect anything less from a restaurant in Gordon's name.

Best beef wellington I have ever had. Melt in your mouth tender, done to perfection. The risotto was absolutely wonderful. Service could not have been better. It is a true dining experience worth every penny....dollar.

Food was average and way over priced. I would feel bad as a chef to associate myself to this restaurant. The service was even worse my Husband and I waited 35 min for drinks and when I asked about it the waiter made me feel like I was disturbing him. Will never eat here again.

Please oh please do not waste your money here. We waited over an hour even though I had made reservations months before (should have just left then). The steaks were practically flavorless and the ahi tuna was the fishy-est tuna I've ever had. While our server was awesome and the atmosphere was cool we were extremely disappointed with our meal for the price we were paying.

Food...great...steak was great, sides were great, dessert (especially sticky toffee pudding) was delicious. Waiter...NOT good AT ALL...he should be thankful he got a $50 tip on an almost $400 bill (only thanks to my wife who left the money because she didn't want the other staff to suffer if they share in part of the tips). Our reservation was right when they opened for dinner and it wasn't even very busy yet.. Jon (our waiter) would've been screamed at by Gordon at the top of his lungs if he'd been anywhere near the place. If I'm spending $400 on dinner for two the service had better be PHENOMENAL- that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

Absolutely amazing. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful with information about the menu and options available and were extremely proactive in waiting on us. My wife and I were recommended the scallop risotto and it was the highlight of our night, until we received our steaks. Honestly the best steaks either of us has ever had and definitely worth the price tag for a one of a kind meal experience.

The Kobe Rib Cap steak was the best food I have ever put in my mouth -- followed by the second best -- sticky toffee pudding dessert. Pair the great meal with excellent customer service and you have a top-notch dining experience! I love Gordon Ramsey even more after this memorable dinner.

Wedding dinner with family... no special anything but just a candle. Cheap. Beef Wellington the signature dish was bland under seasoned. Puff pastry for beef Wellington was mediocre.
Short rib, steak tar tar, and sticky toffee was great though.
Could be better for this alleged 5 star famous Ramsey steak place.

My American Wagyu Rib Cap was just ok. For the cost, I was expecting more. My buddy was with me and ordered the same thing. His had quite a bit of fat on it and looked very different than mine. The sides on the other hand, were very good.

Each time I go to Vegas, one night I'll go to a more expensive restaurant than I would typically go to. This was that restaurant on this trip and I was a bit disappointed, as was my buddy with his.

The food wasnt too bad. Out of 5, food would be rated 3. The fries resembled McDonald's fries exactly, with the exception of dried cilantro as garnishment. My husband had the lamb and he said it wasn't seasoned to his expectations. There was too much sweet complimenting the meat. The presentation was beautiful though. I ordered the chicken and it wasn't too bad either. Very much like any other chicken you order from any other high end restaurant. Dried, but good presentation.

The biggest disappointment was the service. The service didn't meet the name Gordon Ramsey is known to have. Our party arrived 15 mins early and there were 9 of us-1 add. person than what was reserved. There were 2 separate reservations for the party: 1 with 5 people and 1 with 3 people. The host in the front said they can't accommodate 9 because they can only give us 2 tables. I asked how many people per table and they said 4. I argued that we are guaranteed 3 since the 1 reservation for 5 meant 2 tables plus the 2nd reservation, meaning 3 tables. They said they will see what they can do. We were seated 20 mins after our reservation, and between 3 tables. For a high end restaurant, the leather seats in the booth we sat had rips. 3 noticeable rips to be exact. Our waiter, he wasn't too bad but can definitely improve. We switched to regular water after we finished our distilled water and it wasn't presented to us until 15 mins after. Our water ran out once it came out and it wasn't refilled our entire dining. We were never once asked how our meal was too. Towards the end of our meal, the waiter came and asked if we still wanted dessert (which we ordered in the beginning already.) We were full so we requested it to go. 20 mins after, it was starting to get ridiculous so we were going to asked the status of the dessert when we see our waiter again. At this point, our party already left. As our waiter walked towards us, he met eyes with my husband and turned back. He came back with the dessert bag, but only to hand it off to the floor manager in front of us to give it to us.

As i reflect back on my husband and my trip, I honestly would rather go to the Effiel tower restaurant again despite it being more expensive.

Service was great, meat was tender, however at $70 I expected a bit more meat based on the displayed Wagyu Ribeye Cap steak on their steak display. Also it was undercooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside. The Moscow Mule that they brought was TERRIBLE! Just took 2 sips and left it as is, what a waste of the $18 they charge for it. I don't think I will return, sorry Gordon.

Doesn't live up to the chef's name at all and definitely not worth the price. The service was alright - not great for a steakhouse by any means, my ribeye left much to be desired (very bland and a relatively poor cut), the bread wasn't even warm, and my Old Fashioned was abysmal. All of this when the restaurant was half empty. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

The food was not very good. I was pretty disappointed. My steak was not seasoned well or cooked evenly. Part of the steak was raw and unedible. We also ordered the mushrooms and mashed potatoes. The mushrooms tasted like they had been soaked in soy sauce while the potatoes were extremely bland. Prices were high. You are definitely paying for the name. I would not ever go back to this restaurant again.

Freaking good meat.
Starters are ok, we had the foi gras and a salad, both were pretty small dishes.
The starter bread was good and petite as well.
But this all was forgotten when the porterhouse steak arrived.
Made to perfection, juicy, flavorful.
Just what i needed after the long fly here.

Steak was not good - no seasoning what so ever. I sent it back because for $60 I've had better steak from Texas Roadhouse. Baked potato was also unflavored and for $13 I was also disappointed. The dining staff were excellent though.I couldn't recommend Ramsay Steak though due to the unflavored food.

Fantastic as usual.

Fantastic as usual.
The staff goes out of there way, especially if you are a returning guest to make you feel special. As my husband and I wait for our exquisite meal to arrive, we take the time to notice the atmosphere. We can not help but notice the hustle and bustle of professional hospitality from the all of the staff out front. Their hard work and effort did not go un-noticed, so often this lacks in restaraunts so Thank you for keeping quality and hospitality important, it is appreciated.
Since the restaraunt was just opening the kitchen had to get heated up so the wait was longer than expected. The kitchen apologized for the wait and we were given complimentary scotch egg. Delicious. Then there is the what we all go there for, the food. Along with the atmosphere out front we were in awe of the beautiful dishes that were dispalayed with colorful precision and balance. Looks were not deceiving, the flavors were amazing. Slowest meal we ever eat. Dissecting the complexity of flavors and admiring the balance of the dish as a whole. Your taste buds will savour every bite. We had the pork belly appetizer ((phenomenal), a cap steak each (because they are AWESOME), Mac and cheese to share (delicious) and accompanied with bone marrow. WOW! Marrow on top of the steak oh ya! Treat yourself. Fantastic job to the kitchen. The display, texturing, doneness and flavor of the dishes were top notch. Thank you for keeping the quality in every aspect of your kitchen and dishes.
Also the mature' de made us feel very welcome and took time out to recommend to us other establishments of Gordon's and other establishments with "Gordon quality".
Keep up the Great work! Thank you for going the extra mile and making our experience pleasant and delicious.

Gordon needs to fact check himself. Who dumps steak sauce all over a perfectly good dry aged steak. My wife and I decided to share a delicious bone-in ribeye. It came out smothered in a sweet demiglaze. To make matters even worse, our $75 steak was cut in half. Not taken off the bone and sliced. It was cut straight down the middle. This is not how it cut a bone in steak. Terrible experience.

The service was extremely slow. Waiter even asked what time we needed to leave. Had reservations at 6 we where seated right away. Order for 5 was taken with 20 minutes. Then it all started going down hill from there. Water/wine glasses empty had to flag down someone to get more drinks. Food came 1 hr and 20 minutes later. We ordered the 6 scallops (was told it was their specialty ) as a side to share. They came cold. With the bill coming to over 600.00 I feel that was unacceptable and nothing was do. That had to be the most disappointing meal I have ever had. I only wish this would reach the top and let them know that they need to check in on the restaurant. I will never recommend this Gordon Ramsey steak restaurant at the Paris Casino.

Where to start... Smh, I've been wanting to try Ramsey's Beef Wellington for years and for $60 I would've never thought the meat tasted like pot roast! So disappointed with it I couldn't even finish it. The best part of our meal was $14 macaroni and cheese, the one scallop side and the $10 bottle of water... Safe to say I highly doubt I'll ever try another Gordon's restaurant, I'll stick with Top of the World and Dirt Dog.

We had a meal at Gordon's pub and grill at Caesars Palace on valentines night and was a great dining experience , much so that we decided to try Gordon,s steak at Paris for my birthday and was totally let down by my experience from start to finish, i.e. from a shaky table which the waitress refused to fix or reseat us , the starters were a dissapointment we ordered the pork belly which came under cooked, and resulted in me been ill later that evening, the Caesar salad was a let down with its lack of anything but lettuce.
The main was slightly better but the waitress forgot our sauce. and to top things off the price tag at the end was shockingly over priced at $300 us dollars.

This place is totally not worth the price and the time. I came here for a friend's birthday with a reservation and they put us in a table in front of the smelly kitchen. My friend ordered the American waguy fillet and I ordered the fisherman grill. The fillet was decent but the Fisher man dish was a big disappointment. It was cold and fishy, the salmon was so bad, I feel like I can cook it at home. We has the foia gras for appetizer, which was pretty interesting. It was an interesting combination between foia gras, waffles and sweet and sour sauce. The atmosphere was loud and boring as well.

The food was great. The server was fantastic. Not pushy, but informative. We had the mushroom risotto which we shared as an appetizer, and it was fantastic.

I ate the beef wellington with fries. The beef wellington was great, a top 5 steak that I've ever eaten.

The fries were good, though I would have expected steak cut fries, though not a bit deal.

We had a reservation for 4:30 on a Saturday evening and got right in, and it was already busy!

The only thing I didn't like was it was very loud in the restaurant, and the music didn't help. The music could have been toned down a bit, and the song choices were a bit odd, most of it was 80's music, which I like, it just seemed like for the restaurant, it was a weird choice.

Be warned, it's not cheap. :)

If you like your steak at 2x the the price of what it should be, and don't mind paying (a lot) extra for something to eat with the steak (like a potato or vegetable), and don't mind an overpriced teeny/tiny piece of cheesecake, then you are at the right place. The food was good and the service was great :-)

I was somewhat disappointed in this restaurant. The decor was very trendy. The service was good, although I thought the waiters spent too much time talking and explaining to each customer the meat process... Not their fault. And spending $200 for a meal for two people, I expected to be wowed. I was not. I had ahi tuna that fell flat in the taste and presentation department. My husband had a steak and he said it was very, very good, but not great. We expected more from Gordon Ramsay.
