Aww some disgusting Wellington frozen steak and taste like my moms disgusting pizza

Loved my steak here, one of the best i have ever had. It was the Waygu Rib cap. Perfectly cooked, but very pricy. I graded this down one because when they served the water i thought it was on the house and they charged me $9 for water. What a joke!

The steak was a little bit under seasoned, the Mac and cheese was delicious, my husband said the fries were the best he had ever had, the sliders were super yummo, great atmosphere, go in expecting $100 a person, and we didn't order drinks!

Came here for my birthday with reservation for 7:45. They make us sit for 30 min no table.
We got seated. To be honest we enjoyed hells kitchen a lot more. Servers were nice and manager tried to make up for poor front of house experience by giving us some free drinks. So from food stand point. We had mushroom risotto. It tasted bland. "Foire gras" tasted like regular liver. Tomohawk stake was hard to chew. Beef ravioli and duck egg appetizers were meh. Honestly there are better restaraunts in this city, which don't rudely make you wait for mediocre food. If you want a better gordon ramsay experience go to hells kitchen. Gordon should come taste the food here himself. Or maybe thats what he likes, i don't know. But honestly im a bit dissapointed.

I've been here twice. Two different appetizers both phenomenal! Each time ordered the Beef Wellington. Left nothing to be desired.

The cocktails were delicious. Unfortunately, my rib eye was a little bland. Not sure what went wrong.

The steak was average and the rack of lamb was below average. It s like a normal bistro food and the interior and ambience of the restaurant is below average. It makes Gordon Ramsey brand loses its spark.

Go for the medium-well prime filet and fingerling potato as a starter ..

One of the best dinners I've had in my life. Our waiter was 'Jonnie on the spot' stopping by all the time to check on us. The food was to die for and timed perfectly. I eat a lot, and I couldn't finish my dessert there was so much. Thanks guys! It was great!

Very disappointing experience. You simply cannot ask for a medium-rare rib eye, pay 72$ and get a very well done steak. The manager then promised me to offer us desert, but then the check was wrong. I hope something changes here: awful organization. Gordon Ramsay cannot be proud of this.

Great food and service. I had the American wagyu filet, potatoes puree and roasted banana tar. All really good. I did have to send the steak back to be cooked more but that's not unusual as I don't like any pink at all. My friend had the lobster Wellington and said it was better than the beef Wellington at Hell's kitchen at Ceasers. For what you get in both food and service it is well worth the experience.

The check in process, like most of customer service in Paris Las Vegas, was horrendous. Our waiter was much better and the food was fine but not special enough to warrant the price.

The steaks are awesome. Sadly they don't have grass fed beef or wild caught fish. A salad we ordered was a bit gritty as if it wasn't washed. That said, the service was outstanding and presentation was great. Once they extend their menu to include healthier and more organic options we will return.

The food was wonderful. Displayed beautifully. The attention given to us by servers was exceptional.

Extremely over priced..sea bass was flavorless, bread was dry and terrible, Brussels sprouts so hard you couldn't eat them...the chicken strips for $10 on Fairmont street were better. Worst meal I've had in las vegas... especially considering it cost $100/person... very disappointing... service disappointing as well

Our server was spectacular! Very knowledgeable about the menu. Was our first time. We would definitely go back when in Vegas.

I had the pleasure of eating at Gordon Ramsay Steak this past Sunday. I had the 8oz Filet and it was amazing. Our server was Oliver and he's a great server. Super funny guy and very knowledgeable. I paired the steak with the Mac and Cheese along with Potato puree. Both of these sides were super delicious. If your in Vegas make sure to stop by this place.

Absolute trash. Gordon would have torn his own restaurant apart. We had a reservation, waited 20 minutes after being seated before someone asked us if we had been served. We said we had not. Were told our server had gotten into a fight with the hostess and was "in a dark corner somewhere getting reprimanded." Not something you should tell your customer. We left and went to Mon Ami Gabi where we were greeted by our server almost immediately after being seated. Better food, better prices, better service. Don't waste your time at Steak--Gordon Ramsey wouldn't!

The beef ribs were exelent but the newyork steak was the wost steak me and my girl ever had so of i ever come back is for the coffee it was the best cofee i ever had

Friday 14th June my family were there for my 60th Birthday at the Paris Hotel. I was very excited because it was a surprised because of course Ramsey was my idol when it comes to cooking. The food was was fantastic but the service was below everage. We waited for so long even the waiter came and apologized for the delay. They served other people who came after us. I was furious maybe because we didn't look classy. Shame on you..

Gordon needs to give them a visit! I am a world wide traveler and foodie. Steak Tartare had no flavor. I am also very specific how I like my steak, HOT as if it came right off the grill. Not warm, luke warm or kind of warm. When you pay over $100 for a piece of steak I think that s something reasonable to ask for. My steak came out luke warm. This was my first experience and my last. Steak is such as easy dish to cook if you get that wrong you should nt be in the steak business. So much for expecting the best from someone that advertises that all the time on his shows.

Rene our server was great. This was a bucket list item - I ordered the beef wellington but it came raw! Promptly corrected - but really THE signature dish - whoever was the chef and the expo did not do their jobs - should never happen! My opinion - don't waste you time here on a crapshoot!

It was a great meal and fantastic service, I had the Beef Wellington, which was amazing. the only thing they could have done better was a sharp steak knife, when they brought the knifes out and set them down for everyone i was expecting a sharp knife. it was closer to a butter knife. it still cut the meat but ruined the breading on the wellington.

Everything was phenomenal, we loved literally every single bite. If you can try the Japanese A5 and please believe the hype about the sticky toffee pudding!!!!! Magnificent

It's a bit on the pricey side but great food! Ordered the Ribeye American wagyu steak. One of the best steaks I've ever had. Dropped over 250$ for one meal for two but it was definitely worth it.

I have dietary restrictions and they were willing to be accommodating for me. I was able to make the risotto appetizer from the tasting menu my main entree without having to pay for the rest of the tasting menu items. Our server Amanda was excellent!!

My absolute favorite steak house in Vegas. I never fail to eat there when ever i visit vegas

We are local and decided to head to this location for a birthday dinner. We love GR and thought we would give it a shot. Overall we were underwhelmed. We have had fine dining all over and were disappointed. Our visit took all of 2.5 hours and every table around us was served and exited while we sat. The risotto was great...but our steaks were under seasoned. All in all a $600 meal that left me sad and disappointed. The dining room was loud and we spent the entire meal starring at the booth of people across from us. Just bummed! We will not return.

I tried the beef wellington in other Ramsay locations, but this was the best.

Eat there last night. The very expensive steak was not very good. My drink was watered down. The place was very noisy. I ve had better meals at Applebee s. I felt ripped off and very disappointed. If you want a great meal go to Capital Grill.

Our host, our waiters were awesome. Attention to every tiny detail were taken into consideration. I chose to partake in Chef Ramsay's favorite dishes, the beef wellington. Did not disappoint on any level.
I would like to give a special thanks and appreciation to Lombarto, this gentleman made our experience his personal agenda and was very informative along with a formal sense of humor to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
I would definitely return.

The food had a lot of good flavors. I really enjoyed every bit of it

The favorite place for anniversaries, birthdays, etc. The food is excellent. Try the Wellington or even the Rib Cap. The negative is the wine corkage fee. It's gone yo drastically to $50 per bottle. I bring bottles that sell for much more than that but it's getting bad.

Very expensive but very tasty. The whole 'shell' of the meal also makes a great impression. The waiter brings a trolley (pic rel) on which all types of steaks lie and explains how they differ.
In my opinion the biggest minus is for paid water. When water for your meal is usually free, it costs $ 9 per bottle. The waiter pours into the glasses as soon as he drinks a little.

For a dinner for two people you have to count from $ 200 and up (plus tip)

Been waiting 10yrs to have the Beef Wellington It was excellent the first bite melted in my mouth. Best meal of my life so far, whoever managed these cooks there are the best. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived, everything was high class and elegant. What a wonderful experience we had. I recommend that if there are two of you, do not order the big beef Wellington for two get your own. it's delicious and perfect

Went to Gordon Ramsey Steak for the first time with my wife while on a short vacation with her. I wanted to take her somewhere nice for dinner so I surprised her by taking her here. The atmosphere would get 5 stars and the staff 5 stars as well. Our waiters ability to pair a nice wine with our dinner was excellent. My wife s Wagyu was cooked to perfection and she absolutely said it was the best steak she s ever had. It was great I tried it. However the Ribeye I ordered was flat out awful. Being from Missouri and having worked in a butcher shop for many years growing up I know a quality cut of meat. The ribeye at absolute best was a select cut or something that you would find in a Walmart for about 5$ a lb it wasn t marbled at all with fat, but full of chunks of fat and gristle. This alone would of been disappointing, however it was cooked just as awful on too high of a heat. The outside of the steak was charred beyond having anything but burnt flavoring, while the center of the steak looked like it was cooked well, between the burnt taste and the gristle I just couldn t get past it. Definitely not worth the 350$ meal for 2 people. To be fair in order not to ruin the evening with my wife I didn t say anything and let her enjoy her wagyu which she absolutely loved. So I did not give the staff a chance to fix the steak.

The New York strip and the beef wellington were good, but the mac n cheese was bland... charging $14 for the side dish is really steep too.

Had a five course tasting menu for fifth year anniversary of the restaurant on the date we went. Went with this option which did not disappoint. There was an option for wine pairings which we opted not to do. The food was excellent and the waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Biggest gripe was the atmosphere -- music was at times a bit overwhelming especially if you were looking to have an intimate conversation. Overall good choice for special occasions.

Everything was phenomenal! The steak (ribeye) was extremely tender, melt in your mouth goodness. The saffron risotto cost a pretty penny but the risotto and the scallops were cooked perfectly. We also got pork belly which was tender and bursting with flavor. Honestly the best meal we've had in Vegas so far, just be prepared to spend money. I definitely think it's worth it

Restaurant is nicely done; service was OK. Food was nothing but substandard. My meal was served cold; our steaks were cooked improperly. Extremely overpriced. What a disappointment! I will never return back to this restaurant and will definitely discourage others from eating here also.

Let me tell you something... You watch his shows? Get his signature dishes for STARTERS beef Wellington, the fig pudding EVERYTHING MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH!!!!! The waiters are amazing staff is prompt and for 4 of us (no alcohol) the price was actually well worth every bit of it. Please go treat yourself

If you like bright red decor, and bar-loud video game house music. This is the place for you. It's good food, sure, but it's nothing my Grandma couldn't out-do. And it's pricey as heck. I'm a believer in fair value exchange, and this place isn't that. It's a price gouge. Great service though. Except for the ambience, it's a classy dining experience... Would not go again.

The best food experience in Vegas. The food is superb. The service is like no other. My server was friendly and professional. It felt so personal. The ambience is cozy, London feel. You must make reservations. It's worth the price range.

Expected so much more from a restaurant with Gordon Ramsay's name on it. My husband's steak was overcooked and by the time it came back out, my dinner and our sides were cold. The waiter even told us that next time we should order one temperature lower so it will come out right - but this is supposed to be a STEAKhouse. There was a wedding in the upstairs rooms next to our table and 2 of the employees were arguing about a steak, right in front of our table. Very unprofessional and a frustrating experience. Also, our waiter was rather inattentive and we found ourselves waiting around for a significant part of the evening just for someone to pay attention to our needs. We even had to flag down a hostess to get the steak fixed, and when we were finished I had to ask for the meal to be boxed - they didn't even offer! Overall, a decent meal but not worth the cost.

Great atmosphere attention to detail and quality of food was amazing.

A group of my friends and I went here for a birthday dinner while we were vacationing in Vegas. We were escorted to the second floor and I loved the atmosphere. My drink was delicious and so was the food. The bill wasn t too bad for three people. I actually expected it to be more for a restaurant owned by a world renowned chef. I would definitely visit again if I m ever in town.

Sooo good, steak was way better than expected. Our server, Lala, was outstanding.

There's no complaints about this place at all if you enjoy great food great company great service great Decor then this is a place for you if you have at least 150 to people can enjoy a nice dinner but you won't be disappointed the service and the staff is excellent the food is brilliant

Best steak house in Vegas by far! If you see any reviews that are less than 5 stars on this restaurant it is only because they had one tiny bad experience and probably stemming from one employee whos having a bad day. And NO, Gordon Ramsay is not in the kitchen checking every single dish going out so if you are unhappy with your meal then just send it back and they will get it right. In short, amazing staff and absolutely perfect food.

This was depressingly unimpressive. The server was friendly and the enthusiastic.

The food, however, was extremely underwhelming.

Our starter was excellent and the break was pretty good, but the steak... Man... The place is CALLED Gordon Ramsay Steak. You would think they would absolutely nail the steak. But other than impressive cuts, the meat was bland.

That's right... Bland.

On the menu they offer a choice of sauces. I'm a meat purist (if you can't tell), which means salt, freshly ground pepper at the end, and maybe some butter... That's it. The meat should flavorful, tender, and... Well... Beefy.

I guess because we didn't get a sauce, we didn't get any actual flavor.

How disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and the interior was welcoming but a little dark. We didn't eat as it was well beyond our budget. Couldn't justify spending nearly 1/2 our rent on one dinner for two. The food is likely great but it's very expensive.

Great atmosphere food was good ,but was cold when brought to us.

The food was expensive but decent. The service was alright but there was so many dust bunnies on the pendant light fixture. It was gross. Also the cove lights were half burnt out. The ones that remain were flickering and made me think it was eating in a night club :/
