Not only was he helpful in finding a policy that fit my individual needs at a great premium, he was friendly, courteous and showed a interest in my well being. I knew I needed to make some changes to my Medicare coverage and stumbled on to GoMedigap while I was searching. I contacted TJ MacWilliams who explained with great patience and with great detail what my Advantage Plan offered and what I could have with a Medicare Supplement Plan. This was a process that took about 3 weeks and many phone calls and emails, and TJ was there for me every step of the way. It s easy to see how many people would simply give up and settle for less because the process can be frustrating and confusing. In the end, I now have a Part F Supplement through Cigna which is already making a difference in out of pocket expenses and my overall health care. I ve got several friends who are waiting in the wings for Medicare coverage and I m already letting them know about my experience with TJ MacWilliams. Molly Elliott was amazing. Trying to traverse the Medicare options is a daunting task. The more I researched, the more confusing it became. Molly answered all my question without using "Medicarease" jargon. She presented all the information in a friendly, professional manner with no pressure. I had insurance and Medicare, but all this is new to me.went to my doctor and had to pay to much out of pocket so he told me i needed another insurance. People kept calling me and i kept saying no. I got a call from Patricia lewis and talked to her and i liked the way she talked to you about everything, and told me about her dad and me myself being a daddy's girl she had my attention. Joey called with the good news he could help me lower the price of my plan. I chose a new company to lower the price of my plan, answered a few questions and we were finished. Julie filled out and filed the application and I was on my way to saving on my monthly cost. Two weeks later all is complete, new policy in hand. Only call I made was to cancel old policy.

again againI would like to post review of Mrs. Meredith Parker in November 2017 I had the pleasure of talking with Mrs. Parker in regard to a medical plan since that time I have been in the hospital with back problems that in turn I lost the use of my right arm.. Unable to type are having someone to type for me to purchase a Dragon 12 system. So you will have to bear with me as far is proper punctuation. But to the point I have never met someone that impress me as much is Mrs. Park I have met two presidents of the United States not a BR AG but just the fact. Mrs. Parker was both very knowledgeable and courteous. She went into great deal of explaining all the plans your company offers during the time that we spent on the following she never failed to explain in detail the benefits of every plan. I intern decided to go with VA hospital which may have been a mistake but I was able to find a quality Dr. on the fourth attempt. Obviously he wasn't from VA. Again I cannot stress the outstanding capabilities of Mrs. Parker she is a credit to your company. He is also a ballet dancer I have never met or talked to a ballet dancer until I talked with Mrs. Parker I could cross that off my bucket list if I had one. I cannot stress the importance of having an employee like Mrs. Parker working for you. In closing James Edward Glancy.

Andrew Beltran assisted my wife and I with our enrollment is supplemental insurance for Medicare including Plan G, optometry, dental and hearing, as well as prescription coverage. He made these steps painless and we are comfortable we selected plans that are appropriate for us.

GoMedigap representatives were very helpful in getting my mother's insurance set up. The only complaint I have is that I am on my 3rd rep in under a year, normally with the explanation that the previous rep was promoted. That's great, but GoMedigap should really have a better process for passing along the current work load. We have been left hanging twice when our person leaves the role and then no one responds for weeks. Other than that, they were able to provide us with less expensive options, and even alerted us to a new less expensive plan when it came available.

She found me a less expensive policy than last year, and needless to say, it made me very happy. Service was great, and she actually returned phone calls! I am an early retired health/life insurance agent due to a disability & I just recently turned 65. You WON'T find a better place to acquire your Medigap. They have the most plans to choose from which just about guarantees you are going to get the best price available. Not all companies can afford to carry 30 different choices as it is expensive for them to do so. They must pay for the "privelege" of selling a companies policy.
You won't find another company with this many choices!

I was assisted by Barbara Martinez, who definitely went above and beyond in her efforts to help me find and apply for a MediGap plan. She made the change smooth and seamless and was a joy to work with. She also helped me to choose a Part D prescription Plan. I ran into difficulties, over and over, trying to fill out the application for the Part D Plan. My zipcode covers parts of two different counties, and when I got to the point where I had to enter my address & relevant information, the space for the county was already filled out, and it was "greyed out" so that I was unable to input the correct county name. Barbara was unceasing in her attempts to help me find a way to input the information correctly; up to and including contacting her supervisor and the manager of her area AND contacting the home offices of eHealth and management there as well, all in an effort to make my application possible. Barbara was extremely helpful, patient and pleasant during all of the many calls I placed to her in an effort to fix the application. I ended up having to apply via phone, as advised by Domingo Valdez of the California offices of eHealth, who also spent quite a lot of time tirelessly attempting to edit the application so that the "county, state and zipcode" spaces no longer have default settings. (As of this writing, the problem still exists, but I have total faith that the issue will be resolved soon.) This problem has not yet been rewritten adequately to allow the applicant to put information into the application themselves, but if eHealth's programmers are even half as dedicated to correcting issues as these two remarkable people, I have no doubt that it will be resolved soon! Please be sure to tell Barbara and 'Dom' what an excellent job they have done for me, and for other applicants as well, I am sure. You can be proud to have them as your employees!!
