Turning 65 is a big enough deal in itself, but having to sort through the numerous plans out there for Medicare supplemental coverage I feared was going to be a daunting task in itself. My wife and I were fortunate to have found GoMedigap. This is my year of retirement from full time teaching, and we were inundated with decisions that we did not understand how to make regarding supplmental insurance, advantage plans, limits to advantage plans locally, etc. GoMedigap helped us negotiate the complicated path preparing for our medical coverage in retirement, what type of medical coverage plan to choose, what it entailed and how to get through the confusion of Medicare Parts B and D. My experience w Go.medigap was great. Jeff H took me thru the process,....was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. What I thought would be a headache turned out to be very pleasurable.

I spoke with a number of agents, Annalin Bryant was very knowledgeable and offered plans that met my needs. GoMedigap is not tied to one carrier, so if my current plan rates increase more than competitive plans, they will assist me with another carrier. I could get the same rate going direct, but the carrier's agent has no interest in finding another plan when their rates climb.

My experience with GoMedigap was nothing but POSITIVE. They answered my calls promptly, courteously made suggestions, and found a solution tor me that saved me money. Jardin, in particular, was most helpful despite my many phone problems. She pursued me relentlessly, and I appreciate her persistence.

Gomedigap and Austin Hauser are awesome. Austin gave me lots of information on the quality of the carriers, probabilities of acceptance, quality of the carriers customer service, follow though of the carrier etc. that I had no access to previously. The process was easy and of course there is no charge dealing with him. He is an independent agent and gets paid by the carrier for directing you to one of the carriers. I will use him again and have already referred a friend to him.

This is the second time we have used GoMediGap and both times the outcome was very satisfactory. I originally used GoMedGap for my wife when her supplement indicated it was pulling out of our state, She obtained a lower cost, but equivalent policy. This year I inquired about my wife and myself. I did not expect being able to change due to my pre-existing conditions, but was surprised when I was able to get a reduce cost, but similar policy coverage.
