I wish I had found MediGap sooner. I had questions about my current plan and my local rep stopped returning my calls several years ago. Somehow I found Adam Massey at GoMedigap. His service was impeccable. He answered my questions and ended up finding me a new supplement for less money. In fact he found me two choices. The first one didn't work (not his fault) and I was so frustrated. He called ME to see what the problem was. He went to work and found me a policy that would work. I was contacted and told that there were plans that were cheaper than mine as long as I could qualify for them through the underwriting. My wife and I both decided to apply for a Plan G which is what we had and were able to save over $900/yr.

I would recommend GoMedigap to anyone looking for Medicare insurance. There are many plans to choose from and can be a daunting task. I spoke to Jon Penn about 8 months ago. I had already signed up for a plan for 2019. Jon followed up with me in the beginning of March. He showed me many plans and I finally decided on one. I was also able to keep my plan F. He had a pleasant voice and not pushy. He had great follow up and was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for answers in regards to their Medicare needs.

For those of us on Medicare this is a learning time of year being bombarded with supplemental plan information. I am grateful I do have some knowledge of the healthcare system.
