GoMedigap representatives were very helpful in getting my mother's insurance set up. The only complaint I have is that I am on my 3rd rep in under a year, normally with the explanation that the previous rep was promoted. That's great, but GoMedigap should really have a better process for passing along the current work load. We have been left hanging twice when our person leaves the role and then no one responds for weeks. Other than that, they were able to provide us with less expensive options, and even alerted us to a new less expensive plan when it came available.
