I was expecting my experience to be complicated and frustrating.
This was not the case with Jamie Wiley. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful in my obtaining secondary insurance for the first time.
More than one time Jamie explained the process to me and I appreciated her patience.
Further, she found me an excellent plan for my Part D plan. I was advised this plan, because of the way I am set up, will only cost me $1!

Had one problem with prescriptions but everything else went ok

I worked with Chelsea Womack after a referral to GoMedigap from a trusted friend. I was educated on the entire process and allowed to ask as many questions as necessary. After two phone meetings I was able make a sound business decision for supplemental insurance and also later on what prescription plan would work best.

Jamie Wiley had all the answers, she uncomplicated a complicated process, Medicare is a mine field and she walked me thru it! I am confident the decisions I made are the right ones for my Medicare future.

Chad Slusarski was incredible. Due to compelling life event I had to quickly enroll into Medicare and pick a Supplemental Plan. Chad was a fabulous teacher and thusly I was able to make "very well informed" choices. He also was instrumental in educating me on how to get my wife reenrolled into Medicare w/o Penalties since we were on a Corp Medical Plan when she turned 65.

Brand new to Medicare, I was lost. Somehow I connected with Irma at GoMedigap and she was amazing! Talked me through everything, all the options, what meant what. First year in Medicare for me and I contacted a handful of brokers in various parts of the country. They were all very good but for some reason GoMedigap, agent Irma Lerma and underwriter, Megan Ruiz, seemed to have just that little bit more depth of knowledge and were very responsive to requests, calls and emails. It is clear that they keep very good case notes because a couple of issues that I was working through on my side, they had details from previous conversations that we had ready at hand. I was pretty up on the various Medigap plans but had some involved, somewhat esoteric questions that they were able to handle easily. I look forward to working with Irma or anyone else at GoMedigap for my future needs. So glad to get the heck away from Obamacare, that's for sure!
