I knew I needed to make some changes to my Medicare coverage and stumbled on to GoMedigap while I was searching. I contacted TJ MacWilliams who explained with great patience and with great detail what my Advantage Plan offered and what I could have with a Medicare Supplement Plan. This was a process that took about 3 weeks and many phone calls and emails, and TJ was there for me every step of the way. It s easy to see how many people would simply give up and settle for less because the process can be frustrating and confusing. In the end, I now have a Part F Supplement through Cigna which is already making a difference in out of pocket expenses and my overall health care. I could not have done this without TJ s guidance and goMedigap s resources. I ve got several friends who are waiting in the wings for Medicare coverage and I m already letting them know about my experience with TJ MacWilliams.
