I would like to share my experience with others regarding my visit to the Glock Gun Shop. I am sharing this so others know what to expect. Expect EXCELLENCE!

I visited the Glock Gun shop on Tuesday
March 14. I brought a gen 1 G17 , gen 2 G22 and a G43 to be inspected by an armor. The G17 received all new internal parts, the G43 nite sites and new internal parts. Both of these guns were returned to me within 45 minutes.

The armor found two cracks in the frame of the G22. This gun has at least 80,000 rounds thru it. The armor told me a new frame would be fitted and it would be shipped to my local FFL dealer in Michigan on Wednesday.

I picked up the G22 Friday morning and had it registered with the new serial number. The G22 now has a gen 3 frame and is virtually a brand new pistol.

My cost was $60 for the nite sites. Glock covered all labor and parts under warranty. No shipping costs. Glock stands 100 percent behind their products! Glock Perfection is not just a motto but how they do business. I couldn't be more impressed ! Thank you Glock !

I have been to the Glock Head Quarters three times...

I have been to the Glock Head Quarters three times to have Glocks worked on. I have also shipped glocks to them to work on. Every time the gunsmiths have been extremely polite, professional and replaced all of the internal parts in my guns, replaced my old magazines and they have done it quickly. Glock has the best customer service of any gun company in my humble opinion.

I currently own 7 Glocks and would not trade them for anything. I just wanted to say that Glock is a quality product. I recently contacted Glock about sending me a promo package to get some Glock items and they sent it out free of charge and I received it in just a few days. I thought that it was nice of them to do. In another review someone tried to say not to buy from Glock because it was not an American made gun and that is was plastic and not of good quality. I guess that individual does not know that Smyrna, GA is in the United States. As for quality I know that Glock is a quality brand and I proudly stand by the name as I know all Glock owners do.

Took my gen 2 Glock 17 in for an update at the headquarters in Smyrna. Security Guards were polite and thorough checking me in. Have me a couple patches, keychains, and stickers just for stopping by. Went to the waiting room and an armored named Joel came out and talked with me. Very friendly and easy going. I told him nothing was wrong, just wanted it updated. He took my information and came back less than half an hour later and gave me the list of things replaced on my pistol, the parts list was about 2 thirds of a page long. Told me on the inside I now have a new pistol. I thanked him and he simply said, "That's what we're here for." and shook my hand. You just can't beat this! How many companies can you take something made in 1992 and they hand it back to you rebuilt, free of charge?

Great customer service. I stopped by with out an appointment with 2 of my pistols. The armorer took them to the back and 30-45 minutes later returned. My 19 year old carry 19 came back with a complete rebuild, only parts not changed were the slide, frame and barrel. All in all very happy with the service.

Is it accurate? The polygonal barrel makes it a beast for accuracy !

I was on my way to buy 2 pistols, Glocks.
I thought it would be smart to get some quick tips from Glock customer service to help on the 2 I was interested in.
Monty answered, not a very happy woman and asked if I wanted sales or technical support.
Great question, sales I guess.
A young man picked up and very quickly asked, how can I help you. As I started to answer he asked again, how can I help you. I again started to explain when he interjected again with the same, how can I help you.
I hung up and called back, got unhappy Monty again.
I asked for sales again, the phone rang 31 times no answer!
I phoned back, unhappy Monty again and asked for tech support, perhaps I would have better luck there.
I sat on hold 8 minutes listening to the recording or how someone was going to answer as soon as they could, but they were experiencing high call volume.
The call was dropped!
I called back, it s now 4:36pm, I started at just before 4:00pm, they close at 4:30!
Glock makes a great firearm, but their support is pathetic!
I phoned Sig Sauer, they re more money, but their customer service is amazing.
Thanks Glock I bought Sig instead!
It s now Tuesday, after Labor day and Monica from glock customer service phoned. I phoned back and asked for a manager to share the experience. Of which department? Let s try customer svce? They are all at lunch, it s lunch time here. Ok, how about the President or CEO. I was transferred to a recording of a customer svce mgr that was at lunch.
I phone back and again asked for the President or CEOs office and got Marina. She also kept asking how she could help and I kept tryin to explain as she would interrupt and ask the question again and again. I finally said if she wants to know then she could listen to the answer. She works for a VP. I asked if I could get transferred to the President or CEOs office and she said no! They are in Austria, there is no one above a CEO in America.
They do make fine firearms, but their service skills are highly challenged.
I suggest Sig Sauer, they are extremely professional!

The armorers are very nice and will help with any problem you are having with your glock. They've replaced parts for me before and have installed their night sights. It's a great company and I choose to carry their product as an armed Security officer

Great people. Paid $57 for new night sights installed and they replaced almost all non serialized parts. New mag too. The security officer was nice and the armoror met me at the door. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I bought a new Glock G19 MOS and fired 400 rounds of top quality factory ammo. The barrel coating wear is worse than any 9mm gun I own. Also, the recoil spring jumps out of its nest after the first round. I emailed Glock support with no answer. I called them and they said barrel wear down to the metal is normal and the spring dislocation is no issue?? Why other competitive guns with better value don't have the same issues? See pictures attached.
Otherwise the gun is reliable and no malfunctions whatsoever. It fits really nice in the hand. I can pick up the plastic sights with no trouble but I don't like the trigger.

From appearances, Gen 5 finally fixed most of my minor issues with Glock when compared to other manufacturers, yet added new ones in the form of non interchangeable parts with previous generations...it's never a free lunch.

Walther PPQ or H&K VP9 still does striker fired pistol "perfection" better then GenV.

Not sure how Glock managed to get few negative reviews from consumers. Just recently experienced first hand the customer service and technical support from Glock. I didn't feel like I got any preferential treatments or didn't ask anything extra from Glock except to fix my magazine release from releasing my mag it was stuck inside. My Glock 48 was missing front and rear sights when i sent it for repairs. They promised me to have my Glock back to me in 3 to 4 weeks. I got my Glock in the mail a week after i sent it to them not only my magazine release was fixed but also the attached both front and rear sights. Exceptional service all around. Thank you so much. You guys rock!!!

I purchased a new Glock 30 Gen 4 and the slide lock came from factory installed backwards. I love Glock. But was very disappointed that something like this would pass through quality. I called and informed them and they took a note of it but that s all. Didn t offer anything or a new slide lock. Was kind of disappointed with the customer service.

Buy American.

Buy American.

There are many America based companies, why would you buy a plastic gun made in Austria. Would you buy a Volvo, Subaru, or Mitsubishi? If you would, buy a GLOCK, and support the entitlement nature that is starting to rot our society.

I've shot and own Colt, Ruger, S&W, Springfield, Kel Tec, etc. As well as Glock, FN, H&K, Taurus etc. Every time, there is a notable quality difference. Not only in performance, but also weight, feel, and quality. Many of these post talk about how great their support and how they follow through on their warrantees...... This should be a standard, not a bonus.

If you want a plastic gun, buy a kel tec or ruger. Glock has done NOTHING to make America what it is today, and the place we call home.

I had a pleasant experience speaking to a Glock representative over the phone, in their Georgia Headquarters location. I explained to them how my recoil spring back from 2012 seemed to have been replaced with a beefier heavy duty variant as of current 2018. It had been many years since I had tested the weapon, it was pretty much brand new, and I wanted to replace the recoil spring just in case. They were nice enough to send one over free of charge and it arrived in 1 week. It's not so much about saving $14-$15, it's more about the fact that I didn't need to ask for it, they offered to send one over without the hassle of having to argue and convince them to send me one.

Excellent customer service and warranty program. Bring in your Glock to get a check up, upgrade to night sights for $80, warranty for pistols that are no longer serviceable $300 for refurbished and $350 for new. It's like Disney World for Glocks.

The only gun I carry. I keep others in the truck, home, etc., but my Glock never leaves my side. The only malfunction I have ever had with it was because of cheap aluminum case ammo. I was a small arms repairman for 3rd Special Forces Group and the Glock had the least amount of issues of ANY weapon (Army standard, foreign, or SOF specific); that is what drew me to buying my 1st one. I like other guns, but I love my Glock.

Ordered a used police trade in Glock 19 online a couple months ago so I knew I finally needed to bring it in for a check up. When I arrived security was very polite. I showed them my gun and they then put a gun lock on it and informed me where to go next. Went to where security told me to go and my armorer was there waiting for me. He went through the gun and informed me I had a NY1 trigger and practically begged me to change it out to a normal Glock trigger. He also informed me he was gonna swap out all the internals for new one's and even replaced the old night sights with brand new ones at no extra charge. Also replaced the old mags for new ones. Basically a brand new gun. In and out in less than hour. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Glock I look forward to coming back.

Although some would say that the Glock pistol will never win in a beauty contest many people do not care about this. Most professionals want something that works. They want something that will function very reliably under a variety of circumstances so that they can bet their lives on it. Many professionals (almost too many to count) carry these and many world renowned instructors swear by them.

I bought a new Glock Gen 4 a few weeks ago. It has a bad trigger mech housing with ejector. Glock will not replace it. This has been typical of my experience with Glock. If you keep up with my posts, you are aware that Glock refused to replace a defective and worthless barrel with a couple of thousand rounds through it. Glock said it was worn out due to normal wear and tear. If you own Glocks then you know how absurd that evaluation is. Glock makes innovative and very functional pistols but their customer service and technical service might be the worst in the industry. I purchased the part I needed from Lenny McGill's Glock Store. I have to turn to Lenny often because Glock will not stand by their product.

What a FANTASTIC company, and some of the best customer service i have ever received. I will definitely make my safe home to more Glocks in the future.
So I called up Glock in Smyrna, Georgia to schedule some work be done on two pistols I own, as well as a couple magazines, and I was informed that there was no need to make an appointment. They said come on down, and twenty minutes later I was at their front gate.
The security guards took me into the guardhouse, wrote down my serial numbers at the front gate, locked the slides back on my guns and ran some locks through the action to secure them. They took a quick look at my drivers license, handed them back to me in the case and then gave me a visitors badge. They opened the gate, and directed me to the back of the area, which is where the Armorer Building is located.
The whole facility was clean, brightly lit, and the lobby of the armorer's building had a TV with Glock ads on a loop.
Before I even sat down, I was immediately approached by a Blonde Gentleman named Robert, who quickly took down my information and asked me to fill out a form for service. I told him I wanted a pair of Glock Factory Night Sights installed on my 17, and after telling me the price (63 bucks + tax! so cheap!) He then took my two guns and the 7 mags i brought with me back into the armorers area. Robert told me it would be about 45 minutes to an hour for them to check over both guns, install the night sights, replace any parts that needed to be brought up to Factory spec, test both guns, and file any necessary paperwork.
45 minutes later, He walked out with both of my guns in hand, and a printed list with all of the details of the parts that they installed in both guns. They replaced over 25 parts in total between the two guns at absolutely NO CHARGE to me, including two new triggers, new connectors, new springs, all the firing pin safety parts, new firing pins, new extractors, new slide locks and slide lock springs, and both of the recoil springs as well as installing the brand spanking new night sights.You name it, they replaced it at no cost to me.Mind you, my 17 is over 26 years old, so it needed some TLC, and they were more than happy to help out.
Essentially the only thing they didn't replace were the frames(although i was told it was 100 bucks if i wanted a new one, also very cheap considering prices online), the barrels, and the slides, which I was totally fine with. The best part of it all was when he smiled and said that 4 of my Glock 17 magazines were kind of old and the followers were pretty beat up, so he kept em and gave me 4 brand new Glock OEM 17 round magazines free of charge. FREE OF CHARGE. I can't get over that. It was all totally free, aside from the Glock Night sights installed which i was more than happy to pay for considering they zeroed them at the factory before they even left the door.
In parts alone, the work that was done was well over 200 dollars in value, and they replaced all of those parts completely free of any charges, including labor. Those mags sell for 30-40 dollars a piece at most gun stores and online, so the fact that he replaced 4 for free was incredible and definitely worth my time going down there.
I truly wish many more companies would stand behind their products the way Glock does, and I will definitely be going back to their factory for a tour and to take some classes they offer. They were even hiring when i went, and there were job availability pamphlets on the tables in the lobby where you wait.
All in all, I wish I could give them higher than a 5 star rating, because that was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Bravo Glock, Bravo. You have a customer for life.

I went to the factory on June 6 for an upgrade on 2 of my Gen 2 guns. The guy who met me to write up my requests was arrogant & rude. Every question I ask was answered with sarcasm. Went along with the BS because I wanted my pistols upgraded. An hour later I received a phone call informing me the 19 had a cracked frame and that they could give me a Gen 3 frame under warranty. When I asked if I could keep the original frame they said no. Now I have a bastard gun w/2 serial numbers and gone is my collectible 19. To make matters worse, both guns had new springs installed which are so strong I can barely rack the slides. Also both guns feel like they're full of grit; the slides now feel like they are loaded with sand. Both were smooth as silk when I brought them in. While the work was no charge, it will cost me to have them fixed because I will NOT take them back to Glock. Very disappointed. And disgusted.

Was called in for job interview and how honored I am to even be able to step foot into building...but just never work for such rude and hateful people. I asked 3 people to talk to me about an odd and it was never brought back up. They expect you are a robot and do not give you, your 3 months like you were told during interview.
Glad to be out of such a very hateful environment!!!

To this day women can t shoot as well as men as punishment for defiling our fathers heavenly Austrian creation. If you listen really close in a seashell you can just make out the pew.. pew... pew of a Glock singing out ol glory on a bright Georgia day!

Glock offers the best customer service! I love that if we ever have a question or want ours looked at they are willing to take it and inspect it right away! It's great when you can go straight to the source and not have to ship your firearm off for repairs/upgrades.

The best customer service here! Cheap night sight install and free swap for extended mag release and extended slide stop. Been here with several pistols over the years, they will even upgrade internal parts on older production glocks for free. Buy a glock!

Security is top notch. Be sure to listen and pay close attention to the guards instructions. It will make yours and their lives easier. Leave all ammo and loaded magazines in the vehicle. I personally had my Glock 19 serviced and had night sights added. Workmanship was exactly as you'd expect from Glock. The personnel admired my Desert Tan duracoat and took care not to scratch or nick the finish. Took roughly 30 minutes of my time.

Glock has proven to me once again how much customer loyalty and how they stand behind their products. I recently had an issue with my factory Glock 36, magazine. Not only did Glock answer an email I sent them about it but, they also arranged the swap of the defective magazine and replaced them with an extra (2) magazines... What?? I was blown away by their customer service and support staff and mostly their communication throughout the whole process. Both via phone and email. A plus service and one of the best and most reliable products on the market! That is why they call it combat Tupperware!!

Best pistols in the game! Customer service is ALWAYS there to help, never have I once been disappointed with CS. Once I had a Sig Sauer...Never again....Trigger spring failures, Striker/firing pin breaking, barrel peening, etc....all happened with less than 500rds...CHOOSE GLOCK IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT

Went to Glock today to have my police trade in 21 checked over by the Glock gurus. The customer service was awesome! So helpful and friendly. The nice lady that helped me in the technical service area was super friendly. She took my 21 and went in the back.

She came back about 30 minutes later with a sheet showing me everything that was replaced. The Glock armored replace about every part except the frame and barrel. Now I know my 21 is good to go.

On top of top notch work and customer service they gave me a killer Glock hat and when I checked out with the security team they gave me a promo pack with a patch, pen, lanyard and stickers!

I own several Glock pistols and will continue to support them. Great experience at their Smyrna plant. Thanks Glock for an amazing experience!

I just talked to glock today 6/6/16. I have had nothing but bad experiences since dealing with the staff at glock in Georgia. I ordered my glock 19 back in February 2016 and decided to check up on it today since the time to ship the gun from 3point5 was 90-120 days. When I called I was finally given a ship date but on August 6th which is way out of my ship date that I was told. Everytime I call up there I get bounced back and forth between two ladies (Clarissa and Lita) who give me the worst customer service along with much attitude. After asking about my glock and getting the usual run around I wanted to speak to someone who was less rude and could help me more. I got transferred over to lita... After talking to lita I wanted to state that I was being treated rudely from Clarissa and lita's response was " oh she's sitting 3 feet from me and says you were being really rude". At this point I didn't not want my gun anymore so I asked about the return policy and when my money could get returned. They couldn't give me a straight answer on that and it seem like it was gonna take a while. It's weird because they took the money out so fast (few days after my order form was received) but I takes up to 5 months for them to tell me my gun is coming which was 2 more months out. The staff was also telling me quite frequently that they deal with rude and horrible customers all the time. I honestly wasn't being rude in anyway. I simply called up with questions and got nothing but attitude. For a staff like that to treat every customer like they are "rude customers" is very disappointing and doesn't seem like glock care's about their customers. All of the good reviews I read on here seem like they are from people who bought from a dealer and not from the manufacturer. I bet the ratings and reviews would be cut in half if other people didn't buy from cabelas or something and actually delt with the staff at glock inc.
