Poor! I sent several e-mail and called several times to pay my dues but never answers! So they prefer to send a bailiff! Lamentable!

Straight off you get an invoice where it stands still with:

Paid SEK XXX

Please pay us SEK 180 when we sent out a paper that you have already paid ...

Can't understand that this company can be legal.

Very displeased. You claim to have sent me a debt collection claim on March 7, 2016 that I did not receive, on March 24, the case is with the Crown Magistrate!

There is a special kind of people who work for Intrum, these are recognized by the fact that they have hearts of stone.

Entrance should be examined by the Data Inspectorate as they use questionable methods. We now have the THIRD case in less than ONE MONTH that has proceeded with the injunction to the Crown Magistrate. All invoices paid before, but without knowledge of collection fees.
The problem is that Intrum does not send out any collection claims or reminders. They just take the case, put in their fees and then pass the case on, completely without knowledge of the victim ... A real profit machine in other words.
That this happens once, OK, mistakes happen. But THAT SAME CASE HAPPENS THREE TIMES IN LESS THAN A MONTH IS NOT A FAILURE - IT IS A SYSTEMATIC PROCEDURE !!!!!
After a quick googling, the reviews clearly show that their business concept is based on just this: to take the case, put on their fees, not to send out any collection claims or reminders, add on additional fees and interest, and then pass it on to the Kronofogden - everything under the radar.

That such an activity may be active in Sweden. You as a client. Be very careful with them, the customers who deal with them will never remain as customers to you.

This company has for various reasons tried to delay the time in order to earn interest.

For 4 months they still have not sent my agreement proposal to the client that I have sent. Have submitted everything and still find something new every time.

They do not keep track of what has been agreed with previous staff, and if you point it out they will hang up.

HOW CAN AUTHORITIES AUTHORIZE SUCH A BUSINESS SERVING POOR PEOPLE IN THIS UNREGNANT WAY.

Got a reminder because we failed to pay the original invoice. We paid the reminder but received a collection request. The reminder did not state the due date, but we paid within a reasonable time from the reminder date, 10 calendar days. It took a few days before we received the reminder, then it was a weekend that came in between and two days from the reminder was paid until it appeared on their account. It was thus not possible to pay faster. When I contacted customer service, they said that there is no need for a due date on the reminder, only on the collection demand. If you have not paid the day after the reminder is dated, they have at least the right to send a debt collection claim. They also charged interest twice for the same period, which was very strange. The staff said that they send to KFM even if they dispute the reminder / debt collection claim, which is a procedural error (then I also had to inform them who can / should dispute what). Then they must make a direct lawsuit to TR as the dispute is contentious. The information in their debt collection claims also contains legal inaccuracies and is only intended to intimidate unknowingly. Works himself as a lawyer with i.a. claim on which I could be critical of the customer service staff in view of their incorrect information which they provided. Will contact our supplier and present this criticism to them regarding Intrum.

Sends out debt collection claims even though the invoice is paid and registered way back. Then refuse to take back the collection fee. Check your credit on time and on time. Should they use UC for this I will notify them immediately.

Feels very strange. Received collection at an apartment in a place I moved from at least 5 years ago.
On the intrum page under contact you get different phone numbers than what is on the invoice. And also another address. You haven't received the original invoice either .. hmmm. Will be calling around tomorrow. Not quite ok.

Worst scumbags on earth. This company lives of making things harder for humans. I feel sorry for them and the people who has to work at these kind of companies. I hope you will never have to deal with this company ever. You will regret it forever.

Interesting. Customer service I thought was unpleasant and thought I could take the accounting law and do what I want with it.

There are better debt collection companies to turn to than intrum, these commit crimes.
