Glock has proven to me once again how much customer loyalty and how they stand behind their products. I recently had an issue with my factory Glock 36, magazine. Not only did Glock answer an email I sent them about it but, they also arranged the swap of the defective magazine and replaced them with an extra (2) magazines... What?? I was blown away by their customer service and support staff and mostly their communication throughout the whole process. Both via phone and email. A plus service and one of the best and most reliable products on the market! That is why they call it combat Tupperware!!
