Not sure how Glock managed to get few negative rev...

Not sure how Glock managed to get few negative reviews from consumers. Just recently experienced first hand the customer service and technical support from Glock. I didn't feel like I got any preferential treatments or didn't ask anything extra from Glock except to fix my magazine release from releasing my mag it was stuck inside. My Glock 48 was missing front and rear sights when i sent it for repairs. They promised me to have my Glock back to me in 3 to 4 weeks. I got my Glock in the mail a week after i sent it to them not only my magazine release was fixed but also the attached both front and rear sights. Exceptional service all around. Thank you so much. You guys rock!!!
