Great company to deal with. Very helpful for small orders. I usually get from 1 to 5 pallets and they load my truck, or truck and trailer. Donna in the office is great. And the lift drivers know how to run a forklift.

I recently shipped a recliner from our warehouse in Calgary, Ab to a customer in Fernie, BC using Mustang. The chair arrived curbside to the customer's house the next day (roughly 20 hours after shipping). The customer was not physically able to bring the chair in themselves but the driver assisted them with bringing the chair into the house, going above and beyond his responsibilities. The customer was very impressed with the timely delivery and the excellent service that Mustang provided. I have been shipping product to customers for about 6 years now and it used to be a gamble. In the roughly 4 years I have been using Mustang I have had no problems with them damaging or losing product which is more than I can say about some other carriers I have tried. They have competitive pricing that given their level of service is well worth it. They are always timely in response for quoting, inquiring about service times and picking up their shipment. I have had no negative reviews from my customers either. I would highly recommend using Mustang for your shipping needs in AB & BC.

One of your drivers was parked in Okotoks outside a small local business, parked directly outside the store and blocking the main entrance of a strip mall, in turn people we re having to drive over the curb in CARS to get passed the driver/truck OR back up into ONCOMING traffic. Absolutely ridiculous and so inconsiderate.

Awesome. If you have freight to ship, this is the only transport company you need to know.
