We took our kids on a little getaway here right before school started.
The place was nice and open and plenty of room. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning.
We took the kids at lazy river, they had fun. The service there was terrible. We asked for a sever multiple times and no one would come.
The restaurants there are amazing.
On our second day, we noticed ants all over the living room and kitchen. We didn t complain, we cleaned everything up ourselves, we just wanted a calm getaway.
After five days, we were ready to go.
Soon as we got home, we noticed my sons $1400 MacBook was missing. My son remember that he had left it on the bed in the master bedroom where we all decided to pack everything up. Our little baby was not in a good mood so we had to hurry up and leave.
We contacted the resort right away, multiple times, over and over again. Transferred and we were told over and over again someone would call us back, no one did, not once.
We kept being transferred from department to department and no answer from anyone.
Once we finally spoke to someone in house keeping, the communication was horrible. The lady was rude, kept screaming at me we don t have your tablet, we don t have your tablet . Every time I spoke to someone, I had to tell the story over and over again for days because there was no communication between the staff there. The location of the laptop can not be traced because it s off. Till this day, we have not received a phone call or email regarding our lost item. I will never go back here again. EVER! My son is in school now and I have to purchase a new laptop.
