My Husband and I usually rent a condo on excitement drive every summer which is beyond superb. however we decided to stay an extra day and we bought a suite in the Villas North. worst experience at this resort EVER!!!
first off we paid 300 plus dollars plus a 100 deposit for one NIGHT.
which wasn't an issue but as soon as we arrived we noticed the kitchen was dirty. the counters had what appeared to be old spaghetti splatter.
The balcony door handle was broke. also once placing my yoga matt on the floor and attempting to do my yoga i notice under the dressers had crumbs and was filthy. also the night stand had kid toys under it. but the icing on the cake was that the room was listed as a washer and dryer room but the dryer was broke so we had to take wet clothes back home on a 10hour road trip to North Carolina. i called the front desk twice to inform them that is not acceptable for 400.00 a night and they ensured me a manager would be in touch. its been 2 days still haven't heard from ANYONE!!!!!!!!! this is completely ridiculous. If the manager cares about their customers or Customer service someone needs to contact me immediately.
