Staff was incredibly nice and the resort is beautiful. My only complaint is that the master shower in our villa did not drain.

Very upscale complex. Great clubhouse. Perfect site for those who love golf. Kid-friendly with a lazy River and numerous pools / hot tubs. Conveniently located near the theme parks.

Wasn't that clean. Washer and dryer hardly worked. The pools were great for the kids. The water park was decent other than it closed way early. Staff was friendly.

It is super cheap and really nice but the tv's look bad.

Love our stay here. Had a 3bedroom 3 bath unit. Unit was very clean.. Beds comfortable.. Appliances excellent.. No complaints. Will be back

One of the best and most challenging golf courses in Central Florida.

Used to work for salamander, at reunion resort and club. The best experience I've had at any work place. But recently have had the experience of being a guest and it was leaps and bounds better. 4 thumbs up.

A nice hotel but had some noise from people next door.

Brought my family here for a small reunion and it was wonderful! This place is absolutely beautiful-- free access to the kids water park which wasn't that big but was so much fun! The suites are huge and very spacious. There was a pool and hot tub at every corner and down every road, the area is gated off so it feels very safe. The people staying and the staff maintaining the area were VERY NICE!

The service was not great, we waited for four hours (ending at 9:30 pm and we have kids) trying to get a five-bedroom house with a clean pool; a task that became suprizintgly difficult as I saw the options they provided (one had a dirty pool, one had three bedrooms, another's pool was empty, and the other had a separated bedroom over the garage); We saw five houses before finding one that was decent though it only had four bedrooms. Later the hotel's manager reached out to me for compensation, but I still felt I waisted soo much time.

Beautiful resort, very peaceful and spacious, rooms are very clean. Has everything you would need in the kitchen

Very nice accommodations and staff. Main drawback is that you may be in a unit a long distance away from the convention hall.

Our room was gorgeous, the hotel itself is gorgeous. Everything is so well thought out and beautifully decorated/designed.

The resort was beautiful, however after an incident with my family I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied. My brother and his wife went to the Clubhouse for breakfast the worker who was making the omelettes clearly stated to my sister-in-law that she will not serve Black people because they do not tip. I was completely MORTIFIED! The manager stated they will take care of it internally and had someone else come make the omelette. Also, my brother was asked repeatedly while staying at the resort to show his ID. How intimating! These incidents were truly disheartening.

They do not evaluate the people who offer these vacation systems and they waste your time, since they are unattainable !!!

Nice calm area. Rentals are clean and the place we stayed at was near a pool and water park, free to enjoy if you are staying at the resort. My only get was that late night dining service is poor. We called several times to try to order food and received no call back. Not to many options for outside vendors who delivery into the resort. So word to the wise cook your own food or eat before returning to your rental.

This place sucks. I mean what do these people do with there life

Ritz Carlton pricing with Motel 6 customer service.
Stayed for 4 nights and had a very poor experience. The building our room was in was being painted and we could not use the balcony for first 2 nights. The painters were blocking the hallways and had their ladders and equipment everywhere. The elevator in the building did not work for almost 24 hours and it took several phone calls to get someone to respond. No one in the resort seems to understand what good customer service is.
Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The resort is fantastic but I come strictly for Tennis. The facility is wonderfully maintained accompanied with state of the art clay courts, a pro shop, and the best part, the pros, Josh & David. These guys are dedicated to the advancement of the players and treat everyone like family. Their skills of the game is impeccable and their coaching abilities are superp for all ages. I attended a week long camp and met incredible people from all over the world. Josh was phenomenal with the kids, teens, adults, and senior participants. I have made reunion my tennis home and I highly recommend to anyone to do the same!

Currently staying at reunion resort in south villas. Reserved a 3 bedroom villa for our six person group. Gave contacted guest services several times with our issues and our latest experience with a rude lady on the phone led to this post. We arrived missing one dining room chair, a tv missing a cable box, and our dryer doesn t work! Calling guest services does no good and just brings add it frustration as they say they can t do anything because they don t own the unit. Guess what reunion, we booked through you and are bringing our issues up to the only contact we were given! So far seems like no one us much help around here. We gave a couple more days and will see if anything improves. If not we will be taking our issues further down the line.

We come here every year. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Especially Monique at the front desk. She made our stay extra special. She deserves a round of applause. And also a thank you for caring so much:)

The resort community is beautiful and clean. Seven eagles pool-great. Choose your rental company carefully if staying in a home.

Amazing from the rooms to the service. Roof top fireworks from Disney were nice although a bit distant. The bar down in the lobby has great service.

I didn't even begin to explore the many amenities here. But a weekend with the kids at their water park, great rates and service are something to talk about.

The resort is great! There are plenty of family activities like flag football and soccer golf. The resturants serve delicious food and they're accommodating towards vegitarians. The room is very nice and house keeping always manages to sneak in while we're gone to replace towels, clean dishes, etc.

Very nice rooms with lots of space. Beds are very comfy. We're looking forward to checking out the pools later!

Nice large resort. Very under staffed if you need anything.

We did a family "masters" trip of golf, food, no driving and such. The worst part was the golf course condition and rate of play. At $185 a round per person I expected a excellent course in condition and pace of play. I wouldnt give $35 to play it again. We cancelled our other tee times and played off resort the rest of our stay.
It took two checkins to get it right, close to an hour.
The tvs and lamps were not working. The maintenance guy got it fixed.
The wait staff and bartender are much more interested in their cell phones and chatting. Be careful if you order a beer they will charge everyone in your group. We ate and watched the game off resort for the rest of our stay.
They lack any management at this location. Manager titles yes. Manager skills no.
We will never go back.
The one star is for the bellhops and only for the bellhops. Nice guys, very good and aware.

Our family just loves Reunion Resort! Although we stayed in one of the townhomes (which did not afford us resort activities access), our purpose was to have a family Christmas together...and that singular objective was more than satisfied. The setting, at Reunion, is spectacular and provides a respite from all that surrounds it. Of course, being only 10 minutes from Disney (you would never know it!), is a benefit. But, having the option of golfing on an exceptional course, as well as enjoying dinner at the upscale restaurants on site, surely provides a welcome balance to the tourist sites which abound in the vicinity. It should be noted that the staff are most welcoming and the grounds meticulously maintained. If you are looking for a place to retreat, while others endure the pace, look no further!

Went here for business. Everyone was wonderful. Place is a dream vacation to go to.

Staff all very helpful food was great maid service beyond expectation. I have not 1 complaint will definitely come back soon

Really nice place. I felt very much at home in our Timeshare apartment. The king sized beds were heavenly. I wish we could stay for longer.

Pretty, clean and very organized. I enjoyed the time i spend there.

Not a lot of options at this Resort, unless you golf alot

The suites are amazing and the beds are so comfortable that I had no problems falling asleep. The grounds are georgeous even the day after hurricane Irma came through. This the reason for my stay here. The only issue I had is that I did not receive any information on what the resort had to offer and do during my stay. I called and asked the concierge and was informed that I had to go online to see. What if I did not have a smartphone or a computer? The restaurants we're closed due to the storm but all of the pools were open. I did not ask about the golf courses. I heard that they also have a game room and a water park for the kids which I did not see. The resort itself is exquisite and I will forgive them for the lack of giving any brochure due to the fact that we just had a hurricane.

Visited for a golf event. The courses were beautiful and the event was well run. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.

This place is a treasure in Orlando. Very clam and beautiful

You don't have to pay so much ... They charge a fee per day on top of the reservation and you see your bill go up. We certainly don't come back. If you want to enjoy the activities in Orlando, save your money for a cheaper hotel. I continued my stay in another hotel. I paid half for lunch and we were delighted.

Stayed at North Villas, pool is nice, water park is great for kids and adults. Not very timely on opening the pools in the morning.

It's a great place. However more for an older couple. Extremely quiet and lonely after 7pm

Great place! Need far better signage. If people arrive later at night the check in people need to make sure they give proper directions. She marked to go down ridge road to stay sunset view. Other than that it was great. The pool is Amazing.
