This is our second time staying at the grande. We would love to give it 4 stars, but the service is just not that great. Both times staying here our room wasnt ready at checkin (after 4pm). This time we requested the same room as our previous stay or comparable, but we were put in another room and had to move mid stay. We had to push for this and the people at the desk were unconcerned and unapologetic. She actually left for ten minutes without stating what she was doing. Someone else offered to assist me and when she opened the door, i found the girl who was supposed to be helping me playing with another girls hair. Real professional!!
Other than the registration staff and the entire process, everything was great. Beautiful large room, beautiful grounds, housekeeping and valets were friendly and helpful and perfect drive to the park. We will be back, but i hope the customer service improves or it willbe the last time.
