Stayed at villas. Villa was nicely appointed, however beds were far too firm for me to sleep comfortably. No ice makers or snack machines that I could find in the complex.

Also they apparently need a new IT staff. None of their 800 phone numbers work. You call any of them, they answer and the call immediately hangs up. I notified them of this 3 months prior to my visit when I was booking the stay. Still not fixed. Wifi connection was a useless mess, either I could not connect because all available Ip's had been used (easily fixed by changing ip release rates), or it would connect but no internet access. On the few occasions I got both a connection and internet access it would randomly disconnect after a minute or two.

For the price of they stay I expect better service than what I experienced.

do not waste your points or money here. extremely poor customer service.

This is the second time we've stayed here and love it even more. We will be back.

We're very impressed with the resort. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building are clean. The landscaping here is extremely beautiful. We love the water park and the splash pad.

Clean, great area, but not everything worked on the unit

This is a great place to stay. They have the essential items you would need to cook. Great for families and couples.

The area looks really nice. Lots of amenities like various pools and a Waterpark. The rooms seem a little dated. Furniture looked like it was from the 70s. There is a pretty nice golf course, but I'm not into golf. All in all it was a pleasant weekend stay. But the rooms were not what I expected for the price.

Fabulous resort. Ten swimming pools and a water park. Spacious suites. Excellent service.

This was the best experience we've ever had at any hotel/resort. It was our anniversary and the manager on duty (Amanda I believe) was so warm and accommodating. I'm sure they've gotten a million anniversary guests, yet it felt like they honestly cared about giving us a unique experience. The steak house she recommended upstairs was awesome and the service was perfect. Our condo was clean and cozy and the view was wonderful. Thanks ya'll!!!

Large rooms. Great cost. Clean. Great amenities. Overall great stay.

Our family went here on vacation and it was amazing! You can walk or shuttle anywhere, uber's are super cheap, there is close by bars shopping centers Walmart etc.. The resort as things you can do each day at certain times...poolside happy hour was super fun...met a bunch of great people...but Tree Trekking was definitely what topped off the weekend for my wife and I. With water and gloves its like $140 for 3 hrs of excitement on an obstacle course!! Amazing resort would love to live here!

This was our Time Share thru Wyndham. It was very nice and slept 3 families 9 total. Only complaint was we had to call 3 times to get someone to get us because it didnt have places to park at pools and the like.

We stayed in the grand hotel (main building) and everything was great! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating! The water park was tons of fun too! Played the Watson course and loved every hole. Will definitely be back!

The rooms are large with extremely comfortable beds. There are bathrooms for each bedroom as well.

Excellent resort. Clean, friendly staff, nice golf with practice range. Large villas, walking distance to conference center and pro shop.

Amazing place to stay, would deffiently stay again. Only 1 exit away from disney making it very easy to travel back and forth.

Golf courses were not in great shape, the service at the resort is not that great - staff was nice but either poorly trained or poorly managed. Place is ok, but they don't make guests feel special.

Gorgeous Wedding location and people are awesome - I recently shoot a wedding here and I loved how helpful everyone is. The spots to get great pictures are endless. I highly recommend this place.

Saturday night was horrible. They had loud music with sub woofers that had my room shaking on the 6th floor

Love staying here. Private Water Park is a great break between days at the Disney or Universal Parks.

Good accommodations at Reunion. Wyndham staff tried to hard sell us a timeshare info meeting in exchange for discount Disney tickets. After a long day of travel we just wanted to check into our unit. Insulted me by asking my husband if his wife would be joining him later (I am the wife) then tried to make amends by telling us they assumed we were an alternative blended family. The nerve of those people. Just because I have white hair and my husband does not, doesn't mean they should assume we are not a married couple.

Do not come here for their New Years celebration. Lack of service and care for the people who bought their tickets, lack of seating and tables, they were fully expecting us to be standing the entire night. Over-booked their own event and then acted surprised when people complained.

This is in relation to the Worldmark Wyndham. Nothing like comming to Florida and staying in a time share where your choices in a shower are either colder than the ocean or scolding hot. To top it off the laundry did not work in the unit so add hot sweaty close to the mix. Plus the stains in the carpet in the unit. I think motel 6 would have been better. Then add the deposit they make you pay so you will show up to a high pressure sales presentation on the time share. They don t say it s optional and just they need your card for the deposit; way missleading and totally unethical in my opinion. Would never recommend staying at this location unless it s a last choice. Just know what you are getting into before you book it. What are the maintenance fees that I m paying if the facilities don t work and are not in good order.

we stayed about 1/2 a mile fro. the checkin place very clean new furniture and everything is good but they like to pressure you into buying more of your timeshare

We visit this resort at least once every 2-3 months. A great place for families. Great guests and service.

Is it a villa or just an apartment? We were supposed to get a superior villa and ended up with an old apartment in an apartment complex. It didn t really have a vacation feel because when you walk outside to the community pool, it feels like your visiting your friend s apartment for the day. There are like 12 different places to check in and you have to be at the correct one, which we did not know. We went to the first guest services (because that makes sense) where we are directed to another one down the road. This guest services is literally just in a small house with no sign. So after 20 min of trying to locate the right place, we find the apartment complex. Yes, it s definitely an old apartment complex. It was clean, but the door lock was so busted and they put us right in front of the main door to the building, so there was constant noise. The apartment was falling apart! They took the glass shower door down and replaced it with a shower curtain and there were patch jobs everywhere. All of the doors were wonky. It was disappointing because it didn t have a vacation vibe at all! We could ve just stayed at a La Quinta and had the same effect for much cheaper.:(

Lovely resort that is great for a family getaway and fun for the kids

It was very clean, inside decorated beautifully. But we had an issue with a snake coming up to our patio multiple times.

My wife,two daughters and myself went up on eleventh floor for fireworks. I had a college basketball shirt on and two drunk residents started harassing me about the team. I asked them to stop the B.S. and they continued till it got ugly. I asked for the manager and he was afraid to approach them so we left. This all happened with two mins of arriving. Accommodations are nice but this experience has turned my family and I off.

We had a house for weekend rentals and had a great time, all super clean and organized

Family room don t be fooled it s two bedrooms, a 3 hall, and one toilet/shower. 2 windows make it dark and literally not even a chair to sit in. Horrible for our family and when we called to say you ve posted this as family and it s literally two bedrooms no chairs they were happy to charge us to open the other side that has a kitchen, couch another bedroom and more. Ruined our vacation and tried up charging us.

Really enjoyed Reunion. Was there for a conference and the staff did a great job. Everything ran smoothly, and service everywhere was excellent. I had a three bedroom villa on the golf course and it was insane. More than I could ever use, but perfect for a family or group. Kitchen, laundry, huge balcony, and great bathrooms. They also have huge vacation homes but I didn't stay in one of those. They look great...like mansion sized. If you go make sure to check out the rooftop bar. You can catch the Disney fireworks at night from up there.

Excellent vacation location with lots to do. Golfing, swimming, relaxing near the pool and many more activities to choose from. There is also a water park on the property. A shuttle available to take you to different locations on the property. This particular night we were on the rooftop of the hotel watching the Disney fireworks.

The rooms at the Grande are nice and spacious. The service in the lobby bar was great. But, it's always very cold in the lobby. We've been several times and it's always uncomfortably cold in the lobby. I was disappointed this last visit because too many people were allowed on the rooftop to watch the fireworks. It should be limited to customers of the Grande and the restaurant.

Staff is not very helpful at the front desk. Needed an ADA Villa and specifically asked for that when making the reservation, was put in 2 villas that weren't ADA, finally, Jose got us into an ADA. Chair lift didn't work. Events were cancelled and the front staff did not say anything, even when we were talking about it at check in.
Water park was the highlight as the had a wheelchair that went into the water. My son actually got to get in the water with his kids.
Needs improvement in staff being schooled in ADA!!

We're here on vacation. Loving every minute. The water park is great and the golf is stellar. Rooms are outstanding. We are planning on making this a regular in our rotation of trips.

Wonderful place with beautiful homes and close to Disney.

The room and overall experience was amazing but the reason for 4/5 stars is that it is very hard and confusing to navigate around this enormous property. Besides that, its a very beautiful and luxurious place to stay.

Awesome stay. Don't rely on the shuttle service. Otherwise, fantastic time!

The room we got is large and comfortable and the resort has nice amenities. There is a pull out couch in the room for large parties, but it is uncomfortable.

Wonderful resort! We stayed in a 3 bedroom! Fantastic golf courses! This course is the Palmer a must play!

My goodness, this place is the real deal. Rented a villa and took the kids to the waterpark. Had the best time ever!

Ok why would you charge someone s CC 300$ for damages that never occurred? Beware at staying at this resort , they cannot be trusted . Complete Scammers ! Avoid this place at all cost !

very good place , but the villas doesn't have maintenance , just a little rain and the water come inside the apartment , we need to move a other in the rain , no body help us . I don't recommend this place

This was our first time at Reunion Resort. We loved our vacation home, owners, bike and walking trails and the amazing amenities offered to family vacationers. Reunion has it all and is like an inclusion suburban community. Staff, concierge and grounds-keepers were all hardworking and friendly too.

As a parent of 3 young kids I was surprised and disappointed that a large playground (with assorted slides or other play structures) wasn't built onsite. The tiny slide Reunion identifies as a playground is 5xs smaller then the one my kids have at home. And although the waterpark is fabulous, it would be nice to have a huge standard playground to accommodate 2 - 12yr old kids.

Just came to get outta the snowstorms but got a lovely few days of weekend living. Above average accommodations, cheerful friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic holiday at Reunion, great facilities, challenging golf courses, Palmer and Watson courses provided a good test on stunnimg courses. Nicklaus was not in such good condition, but we had an enjoyable round nevertheless. Villa was comfortable and had everything you need, Well serviced, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Not quite up to expectations but still had a nice stay.
