I used Kelly Blue Book to Reach out and get an offer on my vehicle, Joselyn sent me a text immediately. We set up a time to meet that day. I was delayed several times that day from our original appointment. Joselyn was very pleasant and professional each time I contacted her with me delay. When I finally made it to the dealership she asked me what I wanted for my vehicle, said she would be back in a minute and we talked it over briefly and I walked away with what I felt was a good and fair deal not to mention Quick!!

Terrible service went in on Saturday for alignment, as I went to leave Saturday at 4:45 to home the alignment was terrible my steering wheel was still crooked if I put it straight I would drive to the right, went back in on Monday at 7 am and they gave me a different store about my tie rods being loss and they can t do the alignment until that is fixed like what ?? Why couldn t you say something Saturday

I first came to your dealership on Sat July 9th, that is when I met Norman Oribello(5 stars). He made me feel very at ease as this was my first time making a purchase on my own. My husband has past so he always did this kind of stuff. So with this being my first experience I must say it was very heart warming. I entered there in tears cause I wasn't sure if I could do it. I left your dealership Thurs July 14th the very proud owner of a new Toyota Corolla 2016 and smiling from ear to ear. Your staff is wonderful ,they make you feel at home there was no pressure just understanding and very helpful and knowledgeable information given to me. Very good buying experience here, the salesperson, Chris Paul, was very nice and thorough with all of his explanations. He is even managing to keep up with my recent email conversation with him regarding my tC. Only downside seemed to be the manager of the used car lot, he came off as a little too unprofessional for the finalizing of a car being financed. Otherwise highly recommended

After a horrible experience at my hometown dealership, Germain was a breath of fresh air and well worth the distance. I set up an appointment over the phone in minutes. Bonus: it was a time convenient for me. The staff were all friendly and professional. I went in for routine maintenance and a recall repair. Both were done well within the time frame they gave me. I will be going back for my next maintenance appointment.

Great dealership. I went for an oil change and the price they quoted was far less than any other place. The wait time was less. They did a courtesy inspection too. Topped all fluids etc. And they didn't try selling me things. Hard to find such dealers. Kent the person i spoke with was great.

First time dealing with Germain toyota, the overall experience went great. Everyone was all on one accord communicating together making sure I was satisfied and valued, I kind of wasn't confident about car buying, but Kaleb Murray kept me encouraged and was so helpful. He was focused and interacted with everything, also gave details about everything, he was upfront and kept it simple, I'm a business owner and that's the one thing I want form an employee, honesty and intergrity. At the end of the day I was happy, and couldn't ask for an better experience. Two thumbs up, thanks Germain toyota for the great service, and also thanks Kaleb for believing in me. Be blessed :)

Norman Oribello did a fantastic and thorough job i...

Norman Oribello did a fantastic and thorough job in explaining all the features of the Sienna we bought. He answered all questions we had about all of the options and packages. He provided a comfortable environment for me, my wife, and newborn baby. Afterwards, he spent more than hour with us setting up the Bluetooth and features of the van.

I would highly recommend Germain Toyota and Norman!

Was for an additional car; I was very clear that I was looking for a used vehicle. I explained our situriaion and the sales rep said we can help you with $10K down. I said I was looking for a used car with less than perfect credit. They boasted about a Fresh Start Program what applicant taking part in this program has $10,000 to put down on a vehicle? And for the record the two cars I was inquiring about we used vehicles under $9000. So the salesman thigh of himself when I did the credit app and not listening to the customer (me) that I didn t want a new car.

We were in a rush. We had just had a baby and my car blew an engine two weeks beforehand. Luci Green was wonderful. She was attentive and direct as well as easy going. She wasn't the least bit pushy. I had asked her to verify some things about safety features and she had no problem doing so over the phone (I drove about 94 miles to Germain.) When I arrived things were prepared and exactly as Luci and I discussed. We went on a short test drive to see the features and purchased the car all in the span of 3-4 hrs. Due to my haste and some heavy traffic, 1 of the safety features wasn't working correctly, and I discovered this on my drive home. I phoned Luci the next day and informed her of my discovery and she said to bring it in. I brought it to them in the middle of the next week and they had a tech look at the car and confirmed it wasn't functioning. I had already purchased the car so they could have told me to pound salt, but instead, they offered to have a different tech look at the car at a later date and assured me that this would be handled in the most painless way possible. Up to and including them guaranteeing my satisfaction. I brought the car back and received an extremely affordable rental :-D of an '18 Highlander XLE. I just received the call that the car is operational and ready to go all free of charge. I will be purchasing a used Highlander XLE later this year from Luci and the folks at Germain. Luci's manager was also a dream to work with but his name is escaping me unfortunately.

Service rep was decent contacted me to let me know that I needed more work but not when the job was complete. I anticipate if in getting repairs done for a window, that I would not be able to identify the technician through all of the fingerprints left on the window. Small things make a big difference.

Great dealership, friendly service, and phenomenal pricing on used vehicles.

I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and worked with Gary & Heather Romine each time...

Gary always takes good care of me by going out of his way to find the right vehicle for me. I have learned to trust Gary with his candid honesty.

Heather, in financing, well take the time to find me the best possible loan. She does not try to over$ell me on a bunch of additional expenses, such as Gap insurance that (in some scenarios) I did not need.
... However, she has been doing this a long time and will tell me when I should buy something. For this I really trust her also.

The total experience leaves me feeling confident in my purchase. Feeling as though I was provided the best possible solution for my need & given the most fair deal.

Their experience and seniority in their position makes the day whole purchase so much more time efficient as well!...

If you are anything like me, you can think of a whole lot more you'd like to be doing than sitting in a car dealership. Well, these two will get you what you need , financed , and out the door ...

I truly can't say enough good things about Heather & Gary.

Came to do business for a 2016 CPO Avalon or Corolla. Nice people, I really liked Ty in new car sales. Perhaps its a trend with Germain Toyota but they do not negotiate at all. I was a little bummed because both of the cars met the requirements/ features I wanted. I have to thank them though for not negotiating because they saved me money. The next day I was able to locate a 2016 Avalon CPO at another dealership for an even better price than what I was willing to pay Germain.

I have sent an email about my experience with the service center earlier and no one has contacted me. I had a 1015am appointment for my 5000 mile inspection, fluid top off and tire rotation. I was told it would be 45 mins to an hour. After an hour I asked the guy that checked my car in about how much longer as I had an appointment at noon. With a birth of an attitude he says that he had just looked for me but I must of been in the bathroom. I was didn't know I needed his permission. He tried to sell me air filters for my car at about $80. I declined and he said they'd put them back and get the car washed. I waited another 10 minutes or so, then asked again. Again with an attitude he says they are done and just brought in the paper work which was put on another person's desk. I still question if that was even my paper work. I go to the cashier's desk to wait. After a couple minutes he still hasn't brought my paper work to her. So I tell her and another person I want my keys and car now as I have to leave! I have the maintenance plan so I had nothing to pay for. People are allegedly checking on the car and keep saying they are bringing it around. Still no car, I ask for the manager. Of course I'm super irritated and am raising my voice. I told him this was ridiculous and o needed my keys and car now! He says yelling isn't going to help. Well no kidding! But I'm extremely irritated at this point and still do not have my keys and car! He leaves the office to do whatever then comes back and says they are bringing it around. Seriously, I'd this had ever been the case for the past 10 to 15 minutes, my car would have been pulled around! He said something with an attitude to me and I advised him not to get an attitude with me! Him or someone else tells me to go wait outside and they will bring the car around. I go out there and can see the service tech in my car on the other side of the bay just sitting there! But remember the car was being brought around over 15 minutes ago! The guy who checked me in goes over to tell him to go around the bay instead of pulling in and into the line. At this point that should had been a given! He comes over to me with my paper work, with a better attitude. I ask for the name of someone higher then the manager I spoke with. He trys to say to come back in and I stop him saying AGAIN that I need to go!! Why couldn't he just give me a name? I absolutely do not want that manager to contact me but someone had better! Also the last time I was in the lady that checked my car in was told me tire rotation was not in my service plan. But when I called to schedule this appointment the lady I spoke with said it was.

We have had nothing but a top notch experience with Germain Toyota the last two times we were there. They helped us out in a crunch when our van unexpectedly needed repair, ensuring that our family had what we needed to make it through while we waited for it to be fixed. The following week we went back and traded in another vehicle with them. They were polite, prompt, attentive and went above and beyond to get us the best deal in town. Rich, the GM, is the best in the business. We will not go elsewhere as long as Rich is running the show. Thanks for all help!

I love Germain Cadillac and I thought that I'd have a similar experience when I purchased my wifes SUV. We also purchased the fabric protection and they keep giving us the runaround for seat and dent repair since that company went out of business.

I was in for oil change yesterday 11/26/19 at 4:15p. At first everything was going very well. The sales clerk let me know about special that was going on for oil change and etc. Well, upon my inspection, he told me I needed breaks(never letting me know a price either). I told him at the time, I did not have the money for the brakes. He then proceeded to tell me this over and over, to the point, he was trying make me feel bad. He, even told me I would get in car accident when I drove off the lot, why would anyone say this to customer? I was so applaud by his tone, his snarky way he was speaking to me, like he was making me feel uncomfortable. I have been coming to Toyota for years, I have purchased three cars from this location.and everyone has been nice to me, even if I didnt get anything but my oiled changed. Its really unfortunate that your service department has resulted into scare tactics to make a sale. Its also discrimination, to only do this to women, if I was man, none of this would have ever taken place. I left message with William Blanton and I did not receive a phone call back. Also, I feel like I was targeted and picked out to be harassed. There is no where in the book, that says I have to get brakes done at Toyota. When I got home my anxiety was through the roof. I have never been treated so bad and awful anywhere. Also my car was broken into the morning of me coming in, I work at 5am and 12 hour shifts, I had no time to get anything in my car stored back to the proper place, my car was destroyed and my mat was not adjusted, he noted that he put my mat in the back of the car, when they put my mat back in my car, they put it in the same way, why? Why would you put my mat all messed up, if its a safety concern? Also, he never gave me quote on the brakes, or the tires and the headlight that the report stated I needed, why? I didnt need tires and my headlight works perfectly fine! He informed me AGAIN at check out i needed brakes and he was putting it in as safety concern on my report. I have more than one car, I went home and parked my car and called my husband which the brakes will be taken care of at different car shop!!!! When I was leaving, he even said good-bye in nasty, way and his co-worker, like they were talking about me! I will never return here again. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long story short...I bought a used vehicle (with extended warranty)in the summer of 2017 because it is a USAA preferred company. I took my vehicle in to get repaired because that s where the warranty company says I had to go. First they kept the car for three weeks because this highly recommended warranty company refused to make a decision in the repairs that were needed. They patched a tire that was audible leaking air, not even 48hrs later the tire is leaking air again. (I would upload the video but it only allows photos.) I reported it to USAA and will Never coming back here again! Ha I even cancelled my warranty I ll pay money for real work to be done right the first time!

I had a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. I had researched several cars online and at other dealerships before stopping by Germain Toyota. I initially hadn't planned on purchasing a car that day, however, due to the wonderful experience I had while working with Marlin Black and Shawn Duboe, and the great deal I received on the car, I decided to purchase my vehicle from them.There were no high-pressure sales tactics from either of them to purchase the car or any unnecessary add-ons. They were friendly, honest, helpful, and professional during the entire experience. I would highly recommend their dealership to you and have already done so to several friends and family in the market for a car.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My salesman that I made an appointment with emailed me 10 minutes before I was supposed to meet him, then wasn't there. i waited 15 minutes then his manager said he went out to fix his cell phone and another member would help me. then the car wouldn't even start and they wanted to blame the cold weather. it was 46 and 70 the day before. The only person any helpful at this place was a service man named David. Avoid this dealership at all costs. i even saw another customer have to wait while his salesperson went and filled a car up with gas so people could take it on a test drive. A car should be up front, clean, running and not a waste of my time before I even got there

Overall a great experience. We bought a Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from the showroom and totally in love with it. Amanda was our sales person. She made our deal happen with total ease , got the best value for our trade in and the best price for our new vehicle compared to all other dealers in Columbus. We saw the car, took it out for a test drive, did all the paper work and drove our new car home in less than 4 hours . Amanda was so patient working with us and answered all our queries, helped us set up everything in our vehicle. We give her a total 5 star rating and we are so sure to recommend her to anyone who wants to get the best. The finance manager was extremely friendly and worked with us to get the best deal. Extremely happy with our choice to get our new car from Germain Toyota of Columbus..!!

The salesman,Gary, and the financial man, Ryan were excellent. I especially appreciated the information about the warranty In fact I was talked into accepting it since I usually consider warranties to be a poor risk. We enjoyed the conversation we had with him- he gave a personal touch to doing business.

I recently purchased a new car at Germain Toyota (my second car from them). We were not sure what we wanted, we just knew it was time to trade in our van. Omar Jackson was SO helpful and so patient with us. We didn't know what we wanted. We test drove, we looked at several different things and he worked with us until we found what we wanted and what would work with our budget. He was not your typical high pressure sales man, he was very helpful, knowledgeable of all the vehicles, made several good points, and we were beyond excited to leave Germain with a car I never thought we could have!!! Thank you to Germain for making it possible!! =) We will definitely come back again!

Bought a 2007 carolla in 2013, was in a bind, solid credit, decent car, but got raked for more money than the car was worth, at a reasonable interest rate. My fault admittedly for Getting duped, but they had been recommended by a friend who knew our salesman, of course... in the meantime we have had terrible experience with the service department, after buying the extended warranty... Their lack of communication, knowledge, and attention to detail is appalling in this market especially for what they charge. Last and final experience was tonight when I picked our car up, after 5 days of being at the dealership. $600.38 for spark plugs and wires... but the best part was the $70 charge for a headlight and guess what... yup headlight hasn t been replaced. So I m forced to take time I don t have to return, explain my frustrations, to get a headlight, that I was overcharged for to begin with. I don t mind spending money for quality work, but Germain has shown its incompetence for the last and final time. I will be sure to warn everyone I meet looking for a car in the Columbus area, STAY AWAY! The Long and the short, bargain better, they WAY OVER CHARGE, walk away even if you feel like you can t, do not buy any of the extras they skate around the details when needed, and last but not least DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE. Incompetent and OVER CHARGE you for it. Beyond displeased!

Good Service is always guaranteed whenever I visit Germain Toyota Scarborough Blvd got an appointment for service the next day. Sad this visit was my last 55k Toyota care plan. They've been of great help all these years I used their Service Dept. Thank you for doing such an amazing job taking care of my investment. We'll see what the future holds if I don't upgrade to a higher Lexus model, I will definitely use your Dealership again. Highly recommend this Dealership

I recently completed bought a 4Runner from Rachel Bayer at Germain, and while she is fairly young she was very enthusiastic and willing to spend the time necessary to get all my questions answered in a timely manner. I had a trade-in, and she coordinated that part of the transaction well with the input of mgmt. She has been very responsive in following up after the sale to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase and the truck, which I am. I highly recommend Rachel.

Went in for an airbag recall and oil change and my car has never been the same!!!
Not sure what they've done to the undercarriage but now I have to either take it back and have them right their wrong, or find a good local mechanic.

Brought my car in for a simple oil & filter change because frankly I don't trust any other work to be done after previous experience! My car is a 2006 Corolla that I've taken good care of! So I've had this work done many times in Chicago and here in Columbus! After driving my car up the road to Brice Road it began making all sorts of noise underneath where other drivers stood their distance. I brought my car back and the guy stated it was normal and refuse to fix it! There should NOT be any noise after an oil & filter change or tire rotation! Seriously!!!! At this point, I just wanted get away as fast as possible but had to stop at the store. After grabbing a few groceries I opened the trunk and all my things was moved, shove, and ransacked! They was too busy searching for something of value to steal & take because I'm an older woman!!! This is the 2nd time I've noticed this after leaving this facility! There is no need for them to go in the trunk or go through my things during an oil & filter change! I am so annoyed with this place of business and will definitely inform others to stay away!!!

I called around 11 today to verify the vehicle was still available. I asked if we could discuss pricing over the phone/text and was told it s best to come in. Ok so we set arrival time appointment for the evening to check out the vehicle. My daughter took off work just in case we liked the vehicle in person and the price was right so that she could drive it back home. We drove over an hour and twenty minutes only to arrive and be told the vehicle sold over the phone ten minutes before. The young man offered gas for my troubles. The issue I have is with the way they apparently do business. If one sales person has paperwork being processed on a vehicle already then why allow another sales person to set up an appointment for the same vehicle. This was total waste of my time, mileage and my daughter s PTO. Used sales dept. should maybe think of a better process or procedures to handle situations like this.

Finally got rid of my leased 2016 Toyota RAV 4. The car had a noise and a vibration in the drive train at around 1900 RPM and again at 3500 RPM. Had it into Germain service four times and each time they checked it out and said there was no problem. They always found another RAV that supposedly had the same noise so they said it was normal.

I have never had a car that had a noise and vibration in the drive train that did not have something wrong. Out of alignment, out of balance or bad bearings but according to Germain service dept. nothing was wrong.

Germain has caused me to never buy another Toyota again. What good does it do to have a warranty on a car if anytime you take a car in for service they tell you nothing wrong it is normal.

No more Germain and no more Toyota's. Thanks Germain.

Worked with Cody Close on a car that didn't last more than a day at the dealership. Even though there wasn't images and the car didn't go through servicing yet, Cody made sure that the vehicle got a quick wipe down and sent it to service after I purchased the car. He made it easy and the laid-back atmosphere in the sales department and financing department made for a non-dramatic, non-confrontational experience.

Update:

The initial experience was good, but the follow-up has me frustrated--I've reached out a couple times and have given a week to get back to me about the "we owe" portion of the contract when I purchased the car (The portion the dealer agrees to, in terms of repair or additives, when the vehicle is purchased). I'm okay if you communicate with me about the length of time or saying it might be awhile--this is reasonable--when you say you'll get back to me a don't, I feel like I've been blown off.

As I enter my 3rd year of driving my $30,000 plus rattle box from this dealer I think constantly of the amount of time and money I wasted at this dealership. Horrible product, horrible service.
