I bought a 2011 VW Jetta with 83,000 miles from these guys for $7K ($9K out the door). When I got it home it was leaking oil. I took it back and they looked at it and told me that they put the wrong filter on it. They had to order a VW filter and they replaced it. The leak continued. Then I noticed the windshield washer pump didn't work, the dipstick was broken and didn't seal (wondered if this was the real reason for the leak?), and a brake light was out. I fixed everything at another place and they discovered the valve cover gasket leaking. I spent $1K to fix everything only to have the lower main seal spring a leak. This car was supposedly checked out by Germain Toyota. Obviously not. It should have never been sold to me. In the end they gave me $6K trade in and I got a new Toyota Corrolla losing about $3K in the deal. These guys are not as honest and trustworthy as you would think. I would never do business with them again.

I bought my 2021 carmy, wow is a good car and with Adrian Morales he s a good guy, he s a good employee he knows how to care of the customers, he tried everything for me to let me go out with my Toyota, is kind of employee Toyota needs. Thanks again Adrian!

An easy and comfortable experience. From start to finish I never felt hassled or pressured into anything. Heidi was so fun and accommodating and Rick was funny and super efficient. I can't forget about Mr Gray in the finance department for working get numbers and getting me a great rate. I had a wonderful car buying experience at Germain Toyota.

Just bought a used car from Germain Toyota and could not have had a better experience! Having never bought from a dealer before, I did a ton of research not only on the car I wanted, but on all the common scams and fees that get tacked on.

Turns out all that preparation was pointless, because Germain had the car listed below, gave my trade-in the correct value, and didn't throw on any excess fees. It was a low-pressure transaction, and the fair prices made negotiating non-existent. I was also pre-approved through my bank for the loan, and they offered to match the terms.

We could not be happier with our new (used) car, and the entire process was a pleasure and a breeze. Thanks to Jeff Smith and Felix Martinez for their help, and we'll definitely be using Germain Toyota next tin we need to buy a car! This is one dealer you can trust, and I can tell they value reputation and long-term relationships over a quick buck.

Have acquire numerous vehicles from there over the years, they have always been very attentive and courteous. Alan, Eric, Rafal are great with customers. Most recently they went beyond the call to help me try to get rid of a vehicle, which they didn't have to do. Miguelina treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. He is a very personable young man willing to go the extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any questions we may have he takes his time to be sure they are answered to our satisfaction.

Rich did a great job of handling my routine 155,000 mile check up. He looked for ways to improve my car care experience. Great waiting area to take care of customers while they wait on their vehicles.

Avoid their service department , i was their for a routine oil change on 2020 Corolla service advisor come to me and he said you have a check engine(There was no light when I dropped the car), But he insisted that the check engine light is on and I could not verify it because the vehicle on the left inside the shop. and wanted to charge me $100 diagnostic fee on a new car that under Toyota warranty and has an extended warranty. Not to mention that i bought it from them, luckily I told him just change the oil i will take it to Autonation Toyota because i called them and they diagnose check engine light for no charge when the car still under warranty, ******* THE IMPORTANT PART IS THAT WHEN I PICKED THE CAR AFTER OIL CHANGE THERE WAS NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON !!!!!! It was a scam to charge me for a fake repair, *********** I m sure a lot of older folks that lives in Naples fall for this trick so be aware

I would like to discuss the absolutely deplorable experience I have had while dealing with Germain Toyota of Naples. I purchased my new Toyota Sienna from Germain Toyota last weekend, and while doing so I witnessed firsthand the aggressive and manipulative sales tactics they utilize while doing business. Allow me to start out by saying that English is not my first language; I immigrated to the United States many years ago. While in the bartering process, the salesman (FELIPE MEDINA) provided me with my trade-in value, which was acceptable for me. We discussed pricing and options for the vehicle with the help of the finance specialist (JEFFREY COX) who was speaking and writing extremely quickly as if my business was not worth his time. After agreeing on a price, we went through the process of financing, signing, etc. At this point, it s important to point out that I saved a piece of paper on which we had been writing and bartering the price. We had written on this paper that the salesman (FELIPE MEDINA), was going to drop the price $3,800 after my trade-in was accounted for. I signed the papers with confidence that the he would keep to his word and honor our agreement. After all that was settled, I was told the vehicle was a bit dirty but the detailing department had already gone home... So I should bring it back the next day. I began reviewing the documents, and realized that they had never removed the $3,800 from the price that we had agreed upon. I checked the math, re-checked it, and even had my son in law who is a banker look over the numbers. In total disbelief, I decided I would personally visit them once again. I made a terrible mistake of going by myself to discuss the issue. Once I voiced that there was a problem with the price, I was quickly descended upon by about 4 salesmen, and they circled me like vultures around a wounded animal. They verbally berated me, even bringing me to tears, and after salesmen RAFAL MARZIARZ went over the numbers, he had nothing to say. He could tell that there was an issue with the price, and that I had been taken advantage of. At this time, a MANAGER, BRAD NEWSOME, of whom I had never met ONCE during the purchasing process announced that I dropped $1,300 off the price of the vehicle when you walked through the door , a sad attempt at trying to rationalize the discrepancy. They realized that they had made a serious mistake with the price, and they said that I had a signed a legally binding agreement which forced me to pay the price. Somehow, the department which held this document was closed; they could not produce it for me. I wept by myself while waiting for my vehicle to be detailed, I feel violated and horribly mistreated by this establishment. I feel that because I was a woman and an immigrant who chose to conduct business without the presence of a husband they saw me as a very easy target to scam. They said they would call me the next day with news of the paper I had signed Needless to say, they never called. SIX days passed, and they still have yet to call me to discuss the paperwork. No friendly follow up on how I m acclimating to my new vehicle. NOTHING. I think that lack of communication speaks volumes about this situation. In all my years of car buying experiences, I have NEVER been mistreated in such a way by a dealership before. Everything you have heard about this company being a bunch of scam artists is completely true. If you are a woman on your own, please heed my warning and don t give them your business. If you are an immigrant of any race or walk of life, please DO NOT give them the chance to take advantage of you as they did me.

I was kept up to date with what was going on. Geff notified me what was done to fix the problem and that my car was being washed. I said I was taking a long trip this summer and he suggested that I could bring the car back right before we started to have all the fluids and tires checked.

Ann Roebuck is an extremely highly educated on customer relations and with tremendous knowledge about Toyota's products.
Took me no more then 15 minutes for the time I arrived to leave on a beautiful 2018 Toyota Camry and happy.
My vehicle was ready couple hours late and my Toyota care warranty pick up my bill and had zero balance.

I had a great experience with Germain Toyota of Naples. I live in Tampa and called to get a quote for a new Camry. The customer service I received from everyone starting with the sales rep to the sales manager was excellent. They quoted me a better price than any other Toyota dealership in central FL. The sales manager also negotiated the best interest rate on my loan with SETF. From start to finish, the process was quick and painless. My car was delivered to me within days of my first call to the dealership for a quote. I highly recommend this dealership, especially the customer service I received from Evelyn Camilo. She was very professional and took great care of me.

If you have an AC issue DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!! They tried to charge me $200 to diagnose it, which would ve been them draining the whole unit and refilling it just to test it out... and it takes 2 hours. I took it to Tuffy down the road..... $30 and 20 mins later my issue was solved: it just needed some water in the radiator and for me to hit the central air button

Update: tried making an appointment for an oil change. The phone rang off the hook for about 12 minutes. Looks like Tuffy will get my business again!!!!!!!

This is the third vehicle I purchased/leased through Germain Toyota of Naples. Obviously I am well pleased! Salesman Mason Martindale is truly a professional to be reckoned with. We had as nice experience when we leased our 2017 Toyota Camry XLE. Dora Muzi is our salesperson, and she was excellent, very attentive, and took care of all the details. Sales Manager Vincent Munno was very helpful and the made the entire process very easy. Business Manager Dawson Hall was professional, courteous and efficient. I spoke with Himar Alejandro Garcia and I scheduled for an appointment with him on Toyota Camry. I called him 30min ago before I go there and he said car is available. When I get there we found out that the car has been sold. How is that possible in 30 minutes. Also when I get there they were looking if they car is in inventory and it took like 15-20 minutes. And I just decided to leave the dealer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIMAR ALEJANDRO GARCIA. And by the way he didn t met with us. He forwarded to another person.........

Went in today (11/10/13) to look at some used cars, I did some research on their website of what was in their inventory. When I arrived I was greeted by Marcus who allowed me to browse the lot without him hounding over me or following at a distance like I was some sort of prey. I asked for about three cars on the lot 2 FJ Cruisers and 1 Scion. Marcus was prompt on getting the keys and taking a test drive with me. He wasn't overly pushy on the test drive either allowed me to go at my own pace with everything. I was doubtful that I was going to be financed because of credit issues but some how Marcus got me financed with payments that were affordable. Mr Goldman was also fantastic made the whole paperwork process seamless and stress-free upon completion of the paperwork my car was waiting for me freshly washed and cleaned. I would recommend going to Germain Toyota they made the process of buying a car pain-free and easy and I have experienced the other Toyota dealership in the area which made buying a car an all day affair. I was at Germain Toyota for about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. I am looking forward to returning to Germain for servicing my Scion xB!

I have taken my car to Germain Toyota on Wednesday 11/16/16 to have them look at the brakes then they found something else wrong with the car we were there practically the whole day and then come to find out that we were not able to get a loaner so Germain Toyota had their people drive to me and my daughter home then they said that they will call on Thursday well they didnt our home and they didn't call our cell phones either

I have told Toyota that I have appointments that I need to keep and I need a vehicle to get to my appointments and they will try But they didn't. They told me they called my cell phone today and I looked at my cell phone but did not see a message for today

My husband ordered a part online that shipped from Germain of Naples. We ended up not needing it (we were preparing to go on a trip and it didn't ship quickly enough). He called numerous times to process a return with no response. Very disappointing.

Went to lease a vehicle with our daughter. Spent three hours there. Short version: price given after 6 attempts to sell us a car went fro 661 to 327 a month. BUT we had to buy the car that day or deal was off! Lesson here if you need a Toyota you may want to go elsewhere unless you like playing games and feeling like they are just being greedy. We don t like high pressure sales that are only good for four hours. Had they given us a fair price from the start we may have had a sale. Go where you are respected as a customer.

Went in for 10,000 mile service. Was told would be don in an hour with car wash and that is exactly what I got. Service advisor Frank Lopez was very professional and made the whole visit easy

I got a notification on my dash to come into the dealership for my first service. I took it in and was greeted by Peggy Mazaras. She was very personable and professional. She told me what was to be done to my vehicle and how long it would take. She also offered a carwash. The car was ready about ten minutes earlier than her estimation. She went over the report with me. I will ask for her again when my car needs service.

Mitchell was my salesperson last week. I appreciated his knowledge of the hybrid vehicle and the fact that he drives one himself. He is very enthusiastic about Toyota and took plenty of time with the test drive to demonstrate many of the features of the RAV 4. He was transparent about pricing, pulling up several websites in front of me to see what my trade would sell for and also to see competing prices for the new car. I am very happy with my new RAV 4 and would recommend Mitchell to anyone who wants a painless car shopping experience.
