I bought a 2011 VW Jetta with 83,000 miles from these guys for $7K ($9K out the door). When I got it home it was leaking oil. I took it back and they looked at it and told me that they put the wrong filter on it. They had to order a VW filter and they replaced it. The leak continued. Then I noticed the windshield washer pump didn't work, the dipstick was broken and didn't seal (wondered if this was the real reason for the leak?), and a brake light was out. I fixed everything at another place and they discovered the valve cover gasket leaking. I spent $1K to fix everything only to have the lower main seal spring a leak. This car was supposedly checked out by Germain Toyota. Obviously not. It should have never been sold to me. In the end they gave me $6K trade in and I got a new Toyota Corrolla losing about $3K in the deal. These guys are not as honest and trustworthy as you would think. I would never do business with them again.
