He clearly explained the benefits and special features of each of Toyota's products and was able to compare them to Toyota's competitor's products, when we told him of the other companies we were considering. The luxury car we purchased with all the bells and whistles and award winning safety features is amazing, and the overall buying experience of our 2018 Toyota was exceptional!
