Went in today (11/10/13) to look at some used cars...

Went in today (11/10/13) to look at some used cars, I did some research on their website of what was in their inventory. When I arrived I was greeted by Marcus who allowed me to browse the lot without him hounding over me or following at a distance like I was some sort of prey. I asked for about three cars on the lot 2 FJ Cruisers and 1 Scion. Marcus was prompt on getting the keys and taking a test drive with me. He wasn't overly pushy on the test drive either allowed me to go at my own pace with everything. I was doubtful that I was going to be financed because of credit issues but some how Marcus got me financed with payments that were affordable. Mr Goldman was also fantastic made the whole paperwork process seamless and stress-free upon completion of the paperwork my car was waiting for me freshly washed and cleaned. I would recommend going to Germain Toyota they made the process of buying a car pain-free and easy and I have experienced the other Toyota dealership in the area which made buying a car an all day affair. I was at Germain Toyota for about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. I am looking forward to returning to Germain for servicing my Scion xB!
