Not just I used to work there for 9 years under Germain Management Team but I drive 40 miles to get my service done at Germain.
As a previous employee, I only have great things to say about Germain and all crew under Mr. Brian Kramer.
In reference at service done on my 2016 Tundra today, I can only say thank you to Ann Roebuck my service adviser.
Ann Roebuck is an extremely highly educated on customer relations and with tremendous knowledge about Toyota's products.
Took me no more then 15 minutes for the time I arrived to leave on a beautiful 2018 Toyota Camry and happy.
My vehicle was ready couple hours late and my Toyota care warranty pick up my bill and had zero balance.
