If you have an AC issue DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!!!! They tried to charge me $200 to diagnose it, which would ve been them draining the whole unit and refilling it just to test it out... and it takes 2 hours. I took it to Tuffy down the road..... $30 and 20 mins later my issue was solved: it just needed some water in the radiator and for me to hit the central air button

Update: tried making an appointment for an oil change. The phone rang off the hook for about 12 minutes. Looks like Tuffy will get my business again!!!!!!!
