Avoid their service department , i was their for a routine oil change on 2020 Corolla service advisor come to me and he said you have a check engine(There was no light when I dropped the car), But he insisted that the check engine light is on and I could not verify it because the vehicle on the left inside the shop. and wanted to charge me $100 diagnostic fee on a new car that under Toyota warranty and has an extended warranty. Not to mention that i bought it from them, luckily I told him just change the oil i will take it to Autonation Toyota because i called them and they diagnose check engine light for no charge when the car still under warranty, ******* THE IMPORTANT PART IS THAT WHEN I PICKED THE CAR AFTER OIL CHANGE THERE WAS NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON !!!!!! It was a scam to charge me for a fake repair, *********** I m sure a lot of older folks that lives in Naples fall for this trick so be aware
