My daughter is a happy BMW owner. We all panicked when driving through Naples from St Pete, the panel light up with drivetrain warning. Moises Marante at the dealership went above and beyond to restore our peace of mind. He arranged for a mechaninc to stay after closing to examine our car. After a quote and explanation, we felt safe to keep driving the vehicle to our final destination. Moises was top notch and wish to find as great of a service advisor where we live.

My family currently has 2 BMW"s and we have purchased only BMW"s for the last 40 years.We like the cars very much and we like the service. Our current service advisor is Chuck Griffith at the Naples BMW dealership. He is really excellent at his job. If I need only routine maintenance I can count on him to get me in for service at a convenient time for me and to get me a loaner car if necessary. He always sees to it that everything that needs to be done gets done during that visit. If there is a charge for something, he contacts me for my approval. He also recommends things that should be done on the visit even if I haven't listed them on my list. And very important to me, if I have an emergency, he will always handle it for me and get me a loaner if the car has to stay at the shop overnight. One time Chuck gave me his car as a loaner when there were none available at the dealership. My only concern now is that he is so good with all of his customers that he will be promoted to a different job. Eric Kronen

My husband and I spent a few weeks looking for a used BMW and had several negative experiences. When we were contacted by JJ at Germain BMW, we were immediately confident when he said "I'll have the keys on my desk for you." It was my first pre-certified car purchase and I was anxious, but once my husband and I met with JJ we were both put at ease. JJ was very easy to talk with and explained the purchasing process in a very straightforward way and was also able to provide invaluable information while we completed the paperwork. I've driven Audi for 20 years and am not familiar with BMW, but JJ gave me a tour of how things work from the driver's seat in very clear steps and was extremely knowledgeable. Overall, the entire experience of buying a pre-certified BMW at Germain BMW was fantastic! My husband and I are so happy with our new-to-us car and we know that we can always reach out to JJ in the future with any questions or concerns about our BMW. It's a substantial purchase and it's great to feel confident that we'll have the support of JJ and the rest of Germain BMW for years to come. We absolutely recommend JJ!

My service advisor, Rhoel Gray, was, once again, fabulous. I had run over a screw in the road and destroyed a brand new tire. I called and gave him the details of the tire but didn't remember it was a summer tire, not all-season, and he didn't have one in stock when I arrived on Friday afternoon. He could have just given my back the car until Tuesday when the tire came in but Germain gave me a free loaner for 4 days. Rhoel was always there by phone or email if I had a question.

Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and eventually a loaner to test out. That loaner is now my new 430i convertible. This was my first ever purchase of a BMW. At first I must admit that I was a bit intimidated but having a Frank Angelillo as my salesperson immediately set me at ease. Frank is a top notch salesman. His communication and follow up skills are first rate. Frank worked with me every step of the buying process and was very patient with me thru the entire process. He listened to all my concerns and provided solutions. He is very knowledgable about his product and made it a truly rewarding experience. Frank made it feel like I was working with a friend I had known for years rather than a typical salesperson I just met. My wife Julie and I on a chance stopped by Germain BMW to see what inventory was available in a white convertable. John Joseph met us while we were browsing the lot and made us feel welcome and comfortable and guided us to a few options. We did not intend to purchase that day but he put us in the perfect vehicle that Julie had been looking for. John, his mangement and staff worked with us to put the right deal together. Very poor telephone etiquette. Do not handle messages worth a damn. Service OK not exceptional. Prices very high. Problem they diagnosed as only curable for $1,500 I am having cured by a local foreign car service group for $500.

Well, I got hit and run on my right rear bumper. Charles "Chuck" Griffith was extremely helpful as always. Led me through the insurance side and the how it was going in the BMW shop as well. I've known Chuck since I bought the GT in 2014 and he's outstanding in every facet of the word. He'd be the main reason I'd buy an updated BMW in the near future.

I was walking home after getting a haircut on a normal hot day in Florida, when a salesman came out and asked if I needed a ride. I had about 2.5 miles to go, so I accepted. It all boils down to something very simple. If you can trust your dealer, you have the best of both worlds. They know your vehicle better than any independent shop (no matter how good) and they provide the best parts available. I trust Germain BMW of Naples explicitly. That's it.

I had visited Germain BMW last March to look at a used BMW 328 series, with the idea that I might want to purchase one this fall. I was able to take one on the lot for a test drive, however when I explained to the salesperson, Kevin Browne, that I was not in the market right now, he politely gave me his card and asked that I contact him should I decided I wanted to buy. Well last week, we recontacted Mr. Browne, made an appointment to come in and look at what they currently had on the lot, and I am now the happy owner of a used Germain BMW. There service was excellent, everyone we had contact with was extremely polite and helpful, and the purchase could not have gone more smoothly.

Awful experience. Try to call and get transferred to 12 different lines, then back to the original person. Did an awful job with my car every time I took it there. A week later, it would break down or something else would be wrong. Don't waste your time or money here.

My family (The McDonald's) have through the years purchased 8 new BMW's from Germain Naples. I have always been satisfied with the purchases and service. I had been looking around for a while, including out of state for a 2008/2009 M3 convertible and found the one Germain had for sale. Daron was helpful throughout the entire sales process, and worked with me to negotiate a good deal. Daron and Steve both really emphasized the condition and quality of the cars sold at Germain BMW, and the excellent condition of this vehicle. I am located in SE Florida in the West Palm area, and so was very reliant on having ALL the details of the car, and condition provided in a true manner, so as to not find any surprises when traveling the 3 hours to the dealership! ..Having had a bad experience before with another BMW dealer in Miami, this was very important. When I arrived at the dealership to pickup the car and complete the purchase, I found the condition of the car was just as they had described, well looked after and ex condition by the 1 owner. I did have a bit of an issue with the anti-theft system on the car, that they have been extremely helpful in working to resolve. Some car sales people and dealers will literally ignore you once you drive away. NOT at Germain BMW. Steve and Daron value their customers and I would highly recommend dealing with them for a new or used car. Ken also worked to arrange financing, with all the paperwork ready once I arrived. Overall I my experience with Germain BMW has been great. A great dealership selling high quality vehicles, with professional staff that seem to value their customers. Well worth the 3 hours drive each way!

Shipping my BMW to Naples to leave it at my condo was terrific move, made more terrific when I brought it to Germain BMW for tire issues and service. My Service Advisor was and is Christian Hoza and I have found none better!!! His professional demeanor, courtesy and genuine caring that the service performed is both necessary and cost-effective are all tributes to Christian. We drove 2-1/2 hours to buy from David Walker-Hughes at Germain BMW. Saw the car on-line and David answered the call and promptly sent me a video of the car and vouched for its condition. And was he right! We bought a 2016 Porsche Panamera with low miles, in fantastic condition, and at a great price below KBB. Patrick our client advisor was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! He was not pushy like some other car buying experiences we ve had. There were a few things that weren t ready at the time (window tinting, check has to be mailed), but otherwise it was a great dealership. We love our new X3!!

I just bought my 4th 7 series BMW from Germain BMW in Naples, Florida. I made the purchase over the phone sight unseen, and traded my 750 Li BMW to them and they hadn't seen the car, but I had purchased it from them 8 years ago. I dealt with John JJ Joseph and he was wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable of products, very responsive to all of my calls or emails and very profession in all of our dealings. I had a great experience with Larry Brewer at Germain BMW. He was straight forward from the first contact, never pushy and presented the best the deal from the onset. They were not hesitant to give a price over the internet or telephone. Compared to other places I shopped, this was the best and easiest dealership that I worked with in getting the deal done. I had set a 100 mile radius for BMW dealers to compare and although this was the farthest it worked out best.

Starting in the fall of 2015, I pinged several dealers to get an allocation for a brand new BMW M2 from several states. I tried my hand with dealers in my hometown of Atlanta, current state of Virginia, and finally settled with Rob Becker and his team at Germain BMW of Naples, FL. I had initially contacted him back in the summer of 2016 but he did not have allocations for me then. I went ahead with BMW of Alexandria waiting on an allocation for close to a year but was constantly fed empty promises and persistent setbacks. I was about to give up on a 2017 model allocation when Rob called me this past summer asking if I was still in the market for one, and that they had just received an allocation. From then on, Rob has been as reliable and competent as professionals come, responding to my very needs via email/phone/FedEx. As an out-of-state buyer, I could not have asked for a more smooth car-buying experience. Dedicated, responsive, and thorough, Rob is an excellent salesperson who also seamlessly scheduled a PCD delivery for me and my dad. One of the best driving experiences I've had, I owe it to Rob for getting me through all the hassle of paperwork before that day. I recommend anyone in the market for a custom-order BMW to go through Rob Becker at Germain BMW of Naples, FL. He will not disappoint!

My husband has been a client of Germain for many years. Unfortunately his sales rep retired and we needed to have a new sales person. I chose Kevin Higgins from his photo on the BMW web site. It was a perfect buying experience, Kevin is knowledgeable on the x5 and was able to answer all my questions. We bought the same day .... we now have 2 BMW s in our garage. Kevin made himself available to us and did all he could to make our buying experience a good one. There is no doubt we will return to Germain and work with Kevin on our next buy.

We traded in a BMW 428ICP Blue convertible for the new Hybrid X3 xDrive30e, and ALEX POPE made it happen in an afternoon! It was good karma that Alex had just one Hybrid in the lot, and it was the one I wanted. Let me start off saying what a great experience my son and I had dealing with Alex Soare. He was with us on a Saturday for almost five and a half hours and was able to "sweeten the deal" to get the lease done. Now for the negative part..... My original salesman (whom I first met in September of 2017) Mike Brin was the polar opposite of my experience with Alex. Mike could have sold or leased me a vehicle last year but blew me off which led me to lease a Range Rover Sport instead of an X5 or and X6. I stopped in this past Friday and couldn't remember his name and Alex was very helpful in figuring out it was Mike so I went next door to see Mike and had the same terrible experience AGAIN !!! This time Mike led me out into the lot then left me there because he had "another customer". So Saturday morning on my way to the dealership I called Alex and decided to work with him instead. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW (but never Mike). Unbelievable difference in the two different (technically three) experiences.

It was my first time at Germain BMW and the experience was great. I purchased a car in Michigan and needed service in Florida. I emailed the service department to make an appointment and Chuck called me the next day. Not only did he set up my service he called Michigan to find out what issue I was having. There is nothing I dread more than getting haggle by car sales persons, so on my last visit to the Germain BMW I was hesitant to even make eye contact with the JJ (John Joseph). but what a surprise he was amazing, he listen to what I was looking for, my questions without even pushing a sale. Once I saw the car he recommend based on my comments he was so knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. On previous experiences at other dealerships this has never been the case, usually they are just guessing the features and have not idea of how the things on the car work. Thank you JJ for making the purchase of my X1 so easy. I think I have become a client for life :)

George Donovan has been service rep since I got my BMW 3 years ago. He is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable reps I ve ever had at a dealership. He doesn t try to sell me things I don t need and keeps me informed during the service. Two thumbs up!

I would give less than one star if I could. The lady answering the phone is rude and a liar. She thought I didn't hear talking about me when I called to speak to a manager and lied to me saying he was in meeting and we had a bad connection then hung up on me. Make sure you get your vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic. They are selling cars and rolling back the odometer. I changed my rating to 3 stars because a manager did call me back today and it was greatly appreciated. The phone call helped me to realize I had the wrong Germain dealership (my sincere apologies), however; your promptness in responding back to me does not excuse the behavior and actions of your receptionist which was disrespectful and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service! Worst Experience Ever!!! Kevin gave trade value of my vehicle, then decided he offered too much. Made me feel like because of his mistake they did not want my business. Salesman Marc was unhelpful and just did not care.

The Dirty Little Carfax Having been a long term customer of Germaine BMW, last November I purchased a 2015 750i with BMW certification and a clean Carfax from a very polite and helpful salesperson. When I picked the car up there were a few minor scratches on the rear bumper where someone must have dragged a suitcase. My salesperson said, Don t worry Doctor bring it in next week and I ll take care of them. When I got the car back the following week the repair was excellent. I enjoyed my car for the next 12 months until the time came that I consider trading it in. Much to my surprise, when I went to Naples luxury motors to have my car assessed for trade in, they asked me if I knew the car had a dirty Carfax. I told them that I had purchased a car from Germaine BMW was told the Carfax is clean. There had been no damage or incidents while I owned the car. Upon reviewing it became evident that the BMW service department had reported my car as damaged when they fix the scratches on the rear bumper. I was never told about this. I contacted Germaine about a month ago and they said they would rectify the situation. Today I again went to get my car assessed for trade and the Carfax remains unacceptable. I went to Germaine BMW this morning and spoke with the head of used car sales. I asked if they would buy back the car for the remainder of my payments on BMW financial loan. He told me me he would only give me $6000 less and I would have to pay him to take the car. During the past week, I had placed an order for a 2019 BMW X5 for my wife. I canceled that order and took my seven series home. If this is how they treat their long term customers, how do you think you will be treated?
