Well, I got hit and run on my right rear bumper. Charles "Chuck" Griffith was extremely helpful as always. Led me through the insurance side and the how it was going in the BMW shop as well. I've known Chuck since I bought the GT in 2014 and he's outstanding in every facet of the word.
He'd be the main reason I'd buy an updated BMW in the near future.
