I would give less than one star if I could. The lady answering the phone is rude and a liar. She thought I didn't hear talking about me when I called to speak to a manager and lied to me saying he was in meeting and we had a bad connection then hung up on me. Make sure you get your vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic. They are selling cars and rolling back the odometer.

I changed my rating to 3 stars because a manager did call me back today and it was greatly appreciated. The phone call helped me to realize I had the wrong Germain dealership (my sincere apologies), however; your promptness in responding back to me does not excuse the behavior and actions of your receptionist which was disrespectful and unprofessional.
