We traded in a BMW 428ICP Blue convertible for the new Hybrid X3 xDrive30e, and ALEX POPE made it happen in an afternoon! It was good karma that Alex had just one Hybrid in the lot, and it was the one I wanted. We did some research into the Subaru, the Mercedes and Lexus, but were drawn back to Germain Motors BMW Dealership because of the fine service we have received over the last 6 years. Alex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering our many questions, and extremely helpful in familiarizing me with the controls and cellphone app.
