It was my first time at Germain BMW and the experience was great. I purchased a car in Michigan and needed service in Florida. I emailed the service department to make an appointment and Chuck called me the next day. Not only did he set up my service he called Michigan to find out what issue I was having. When I dropped off my car he had a loaner waiting for me. Overall great experience
