My wife Julie and I on a chance stopped by Germain BMW to see what inventory was available in a white convertable. John Joseph met us while we were browsing the lot and made us feel welcome and comfortable and guided us to a few options. We did not intend to purchase that day but he put us in the perfect vehicle that Julie had been looking for. John, his mangement and staff worked with us to put the right deal together.
