I ordered for a ring of my choice and I was promised to get as per my design. However there was lot of communication gap, the person was not very helpful to complete my needs and requirement. I think customer service representative should know how to talk to clients. There are many times I had informed Neel that I am unhappy with the service, but no use as he was the single point of contact. Finally the ring I received was only after escalation. And not as per my design. I had to compromise on the design just cos Neel did not guide me properly while purchasing it.
