Poor quality gems. Anyone buying from them must get the gems checked by another gemologist within 10 day period to return.
Despite taking close to a month in making - loose setting of the stone.
And simply bad finishing.

Terrible service. Unprofessional. Not meeting timelines.
Shoddy and low standard of craftsmanship.
Looks like they have fake consumers and bots giving them rave reviews.
