.: I received a notice in the mail, advising me that it was time for an oil and oil filter change, as well as a cabin filter change. I booked an appointment and arrived early (7:30) on 02 March 2016. Veronica Russell was my Service Consultant, and she treated me with respect and dignity, always making me feel important as a customer at Gateway Toyota. I was driven to the LRT station by Marvin, who was friendly and very nice, and he was waiting for me at the same station when I returned around 3:45 pm, and drove me back to the dealership.

I saw Veronica again, who provided me with the details of my service, including a 29-point inspection service. I paid my bill, and went to my vehicle (RAV4), which had been washed, which I very much appreciated.

I would recommend Gateway Toyota without hesitation to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota or Scion vehicle.

Our salesperson, Jimmy, was thoughtful and patient. He listened extremely well, and answered all of our questions. He provided us with valuable advice which helped with our choices, and made the entire experience wonderful. Our financial representative, Kaleem, was exceptional and guided us through our purchase with professional and helpful advice. We were able to purchase our vehicle in one day and are completely thrilled to be driving our new Prius! Thank you Gateway Toyota

Excellent service. Had an issue with the service and talked to the manager. Doris was quite helpful and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
I'm very happy and would say if you have to visit a Toyota showroom, make sure you visit Gateway first.

I spend over 60,000 dollars for a 2018 Toyota Tund...

I spend over 60,000 dollars for a 2018 Toyota Tundra in June. Have vibration when on the highway. Didn't even offer a new set of tires or give me a different truck. I find that I'm spending money at the wrong dealership.......so now I'm stuck with a vibration on my steering wheel on a brand new truck.I spend a lot of money,sold me a defected truck..or something is wrong with it.Bad services, I would not spend a dime at this place.

By far the worst dealership I've seen in customer service, and I am not new to buying cars. The sales staff are friendly but the finance team is incredibly rude, and spend their time lying. " I will call you in the morning" but not call, I give me until 1pm" become 24hrs later, now after 7 full day's I'm taking back my deposit and going to the a different Toyota dealership up the street. The customer experience is the most important aspect of your business and you don't think it's true. The final statement was "You realize you are not our only customer"

I dont want go again on that service center. I go for some service of my sienna and the gal says someone help you shortly and i wait 10 mintue in my van and nobody came for assist.
Next time i will go back on wheaton honda, where i just drop the keys and wait in lounge and they also offer coffe or drink etc...... And call after done your vehicle.

Really good experience. Rob was a great salesman to deal with, straightforward, fair, with no surprises when I bought my 2018 Camry new. Marsha in finance and the delivery team were great also. Even though it is further for me to drive to than other dealerships I take my car here to get serviced and have always been happy with the work and customer service. I would recommend Gateway Toyota.

Michael worked with us to get us into a vehicle we love with payments that work for us. He went above and beyond to make us happy. Great experience with Cat in finance as well. I bought a corolla from gateway in 2009 (it's still running!) and I'll always go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle that lasts.

Service: I never fear they are overcharging or doing more than is necessary. They have reasonable prices for oil changes (and they wash my car!), and they are efficient with their time when diagnosing and fixing problems. I really appreciate the excellent customer service here.

I am sharing my worst experience in Gateway Toyota and warn all of you about the impolite, discourteous, ill-mannered, uncivil, churlish, sullen,unkind, ungentle, truculent, crabbed, sour, disdainful, unmannerly and abusive (I dont find more words to describe my feeling and insult ) faced with the staff of Gateway Toyota ( from Mr Zain Lalji and his manager Mr Kameel) on date 30-Jul-2019..please read my post and spread to other until these people get punished...I have tears in my eyes with the character of these two people......

A week back i called Gateway Toyota to inquiry on purchasing a Toyota Rav 4 XLE..My Zain quota a Price(as per him this a retail price can get more better deal when i walk to showroom) , He proposed and insist to arrange a pick and drop for me to showroom(I have the written confirmation ) as I am leaving 35 km away from showroom and quite new in Edmonton and Canada..

Mr Zain picked me up but the the price of vehicle he offered me was way above then we discussed, and he has even no knowledge regarding basic technical and detail which makes me to buy that...when i have a disagreement with them and told them that I need a time to think before i go purchase..they suddenly denied me to drop at my location..I requested and begged to drop me as i was not familiar with the place .. then Mr Kameel came and iintroduced me as a manager of the showroom and stared using abuse language (he called me Sick, Mad,metal disorder) he told me that they can only drop me to my hoome if i go and purchase the car right away else he will kick me out of the showroom..he told me that I dont care what was promised to me but you arrange your own way..I have been waited there for almost 30 minutes and finally had to walk 4 km to reach to nearest LRT and atleast reached home...Since they promised me to drop at my office I left all my stuff and wallet at my office so i had no money to get back to home....

I never had experience of this kind of behavior from anyone in my life..they are not human at least and they only care about their sale by hook or cook...
I warn all of you to please stay away from the showroom, If they dont know the basic rule or service and treat their customer like this , forgot about buying a car i will go ahead and put a defamation case agnist them...I take this case and explained to Toyota customer care and waiting for a positive response from them and hoping toyota will take care of their customer..... Just look at my message conversation with My Zain and the price difference

I recently had major issues with my car. I was able to get my car in the next day and had it back with in the week. Everybody with the customer service was really friendly and also very helpful. After the repairs were done i was told to come right back if the same or new issues return. Thank you Gateway or making an expensive repair an ok experience.

Got a call from Neil who was very friendly and took my complain to Chris S as fixed
operation manager who helped me to order my radio and replace my one remote
that was not working.

Thanks Chris for all your help.

WORST.

I bought a used cart them them Kia Sorento 2012 in Jun 27, 2015
just 2 month ago, Salesman name Gerry help me when he handed over the
car keys he noticed that remote starter is not working, he told me to bring
this car agian in weeks or so and they will fixed it.
Yesterday my audio system stopped working I took my car to get this fixed and
asked them to fixed my remote control which salesmea gerry promised.
he turned from his word and they told told me it will cost another $150.00 to fix this remote I wnet to sales manager named RICK, he was worst among all he refused
to help me and left me felt that I am trying to Rob him, he insulted me in front of all his staff and told me that he will find one used remote that is lying around and give me used one as if he is doing me big favor that also just one remote not other one which his salesman promised.

I spen $20,000 on this car and guess what after 2 month they don't recognize you
salesmen Gerry told me that he even don't know me. Then I have to provide Bill of
sales to make him realized that this car was bought from thier locaton.

I would suggest nobody to buy any thing from this people they are just bunch of greedy people who will remember you untill sale and they will not recognize you after sale.

I am going to tell to this to all whom I know and make sure nobody buy anything
this greedy peolpe.

I do not recommend this showroom to anyone especially for servicing , as they just need our money . They don't do their job well and just wasting our time . We had an appointment and we had to wait 1 hour to be checked in ( with my 18 months old baby ) . Very poor service .

Always get great service from Joanne in the service department at Gateway Toyota. Work is always done promptly and I never have issues getting an appointment. No one likes to pay repair bills, but I am happy to pay for quality work. There are at least three other dealerships closer to where I live, but it is worth the extra time and distance for great service where I get value for my money.

So impressed with this dealership.

Staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. Service check in is efficient and fast. Customer waiting area is clean, bright, equipped with charging stations, has couches, a tv and tables big enough to work at.

There s a small found counter where you can purchase freshly made all day breakfast, lunch and drinks.

Coffee is free.

Recently I had decided to go take a look at some new vehicles possibly thinking about an upgrade. Upon arrival the staff greeted me with a friendly smile and conversation.
Not knowing exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle I had many questions, which the team members easily answered. I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor who was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Although I did not purchase a vehicle that day I do know I will be returning in the near future.

My husband and I had a great experience with Gateway Toyota, and it s all because of Zain Lalji! I have had really bad experiences with other dealerships before, but that has changed since Zain has helped us with a new purchase. Not only is Zain honest, knowledgeable and friendly, he treated us just like family! Zain is one in a million! We were in a special situation having just returned from Asia and Mark helped make the transition seamless and less painful. THEY GIVE USED CAR SALES PEOPLE A BAD NAME. Viewed a vehicle listed at $10,900, had a lengthy test drive and underwent pre-purchase consultation. Though we were ready to purchase that day (Saturday), our sales person informed us that inspection and service records would not be available before Monday. Documents were not sent until Wednesday. Called Thursday with an offer to buy, only to be told vehicle price is now $14,900. I did not expect these underhanded tactics and unprofessionalism from a reputable dealer.

Basically I will return to Gateway for my next car and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone else. If you want to know the specifics just keep on reading . . .

I has already been looked for a new card for over 4 weeks and got quite unsettling reactions from a number of people - too busy; I didn't look serious enough; I didn't look the type to spend money etc.. Then a friend advised that I try Gateway. Well I had a great experience while working with Gateway staff to purchase my new car. The Sales Manager (Rick) was a riot and my Sales Associate (Gerry) was a perfect gem.

Gerry was patient and helpful as I tried several vehicles and when I settled on a specific model he spent all the time needed to identify the actual car that had the extra options I wanted. After some talk about money and Rick approving the deal the order was placed and the wait was on. . . but it took just a week for delivery.

Now I got to meet with the people in Finance and Vehicle Delivery - an organized group of people who really like their jobs and it shows. They were just fantastic and completely organized and still managed to get a laugh. It was next to no time at all and the paperwork was completed, the car was inspected, and I was on my way.

My baby is 4 days old and I am having a ball. Try Gateway and believe me you will be treated with respect and all the honesty that car salesmen are not supposed to have....

I had a very stressful time dealing with Rojan.At first he was nice and all friendly but beware he only cares about his commision.He does not respect your time, very pushy and will pretend to be so busy and will often get out of his cubicle and just leave you there waiting feeling so defeated and crushed.He left and never came back then he started to.talk to.otherr customer after our conversation with him did not go according to what he wanted. We were their in his.office waiting for who knows how long and finally decided to make our way out with out hearing any words from him.I have to.say that the ladies at the front are all smile and friendly and trying to be helpful but the whole.experiemce with Rohan is.not very pleasant therefore will never go back and buy any vehicle in this location!

Compared to other dealerships I looked at Gateway was by far the least high pressure sales tactics. I was able to negotiate price and purchase a used car in about 1.5 hours. I spent more time just getting to the negotiation stage at a lot of dealerships. Yasmin was great

The staff are very friendly from the moment you walk through the dealership doors. The sales staff aren't waiting to pounce on you the moment that you arrive so that is very important. There are several models of vehicles on display in the showroom to view as well as hundreds of vehicles on the lot that can be taken for a test drive. Our sales person Peter was excellent to deal with as was the finance dept. JP Angeles and the delivery staff Leo. The whole purchase was very quick and they went out of their way to be helpful and transparent through every step of the way. It made purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable. Great job people!
