By far the worst dealership I've seen in customer service, and I am not new to buying cars. The sales staff are friendly but the finance team is incredibly rude, and spend their time lying. " I will call you in the morning" but not call, I give me until 1pm" become 24hrs later, now after 7 full day's I'm taking back my deposit and going to the a different Toyota dealership up the street. The customer experience is the most important aspect of your business and you don't think it's true. The final statement was "You realize you are not our only customer"
