Convenient to hotels, restaurants, reasonable parking, the small river. Only issue was seating signage was a bit confusing. We sat in the wrong area along with 3 other unrelated groups. We were in section 124 but landed in a 200 section. Check tickets and area carefully

Beautiful stadium (inside) but very difficult to navigate (outside). Driving to this location as a first-timer was difficult. This may be a Google maps issue, but there is the stadium and then a convention center (?) adjoined. Google maps brought me to a street between the two buildings without implying where to park or which was the correct venue. I did not enjoy the guesswork involved with finding the right parking lot or the correct entrance. I do not think this is wheelchair friendly given the distance between buildings, parking lots, etc. If there is an accessible entrance, it is segregated and mostly hidden.

Have been couple of times for concerts. What great arena for being close to the artist. The sound is incredible. Ample parking and tons of resturants. Great staff working the events. The only negative is placement of the merch tables. Leads to crowded hall ways.

I am proud to have a season membership with the Providence Bruins. This is my first year and have loved it! My ticket rep CJ is very willing to assist with any questions or requests I have. The whole staff is very frienly. Drink prices/concessions are very expensive ($9/$10 for popcorn - $11-14 for alcoholicdrinks...) we always eat and grab a few beers at Murphy's Irish Tavern before going to a game. The seats are very comfortable. Great family environment. I frequent this venue with my family for concerts, disney on ice, Friar's College basketball NCAA, and more. I skated with the players from the AHL team in the photo featured. Go Bruins!

I just could not for the life of me decide which donut flavor i wanted...I'm sure others of you can relate. I have no problem deciding on a coffee flavor (I always get Hazlenut ;P ) but when it comes to donuts, its just harder. i always end up wishing that i would've picked the flavor(s) that i didn't end up buying and it's a super aggravating experience. But then i found this site called moodfoodquiz.com .... it asks you like 9 or so questions and then determines what donut flavor you're in the mood for to give you the best donut experience. my latest mood result was "Wild Blueberry"... DELICIOUS!

For other events, the Dunkin Donuts Center is completely fine, but for concerts, especially last night's, was awful. There is was security or staff anywhere past the front gates. Letting people in is also tough and security is a primary concern. I think the arena did a decent job here to make sure thst guests were properly scanned and bags were checked.

The entire arena was a mess after that though. It was chaos everywhere else. There was no staff to lead you to your seat. There was no lights on any floor/row to indicate where you were going. There was structure or order checking tickets. Stairs and paths were blocked because nobody was patrolling and telling people to sit.

The seating areas were also awful. I was seated in section 114, but the entrance to my seat was actually section 115 and walking down a path, but I never would have known, had I had not spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get to my seat in the dark. The seats were generally uncomfortable and were so tightly packed together that my knees were almost touching the person in front of me. Even if a petite adult was trying to pass by, the entire row needed to empty to allow them passage out of the row.

This arena was fine for a hockey game, but terrible for a concert.

DD center is easy to get to and even easier to navigate. Feels big with a hometown atmosphere.
Providence Bruins and the Friars rock the building and I got to see the BIG 3 league from Ice Cube. It was a great little event. Former pros playing 3 on 3 half court...awesome!
